Avoid at all costs. I stopped going to this Jeep dealer years ago after consistently poor service. But they are local and all I needed was a replacement key so scheduled an appointment for today. Without going into details of my experience there (because no one really cares) I will just say that my experience was marked by poor communication between departments, Service not taking ownership of the scheduled appointment, Service acting like no one on site could replace a key, and trying to reach management by phone to address the situation was impossible due to a no-answer and a full message box.Accommodating customers in a less than optimal situation is what a good dealership does and I encourage you to look elsewhere if that is something you value.

Well we take some work trucks here from time to time a few days ago we sent a truck here to have work done, the service side was top notch great work. Now as far as the parts department what a joke because of todays events we will never be back. Good job screwing a good customer. Our parts guy went here and ordered a new tensioner pulley for a truck that is an 2012, the lady in the parts department said it was a dealership only part that was a lie but ok whatever. today he comes with the bill for over $400.00. Thats criminal I had him return the part went to the auto part store myself got the same thing for $100 plus a new bolt which the dealership didnt even have. I had to take my 2021 jeep compass in for a minor repair. Dropped my car off the evening before my Friday morning appointment as I was told, when I set the appointment, that they would have to keep it until Saturday.When I picked my car up, I noticed my seat adjustments were all off and I also needed to adjust my rearview mirror. I then looked at my mileage and discovered that almost 200 miles were put on my vehicle! Not only the issue of almost 200 miles on my LEASE but, whoever drove it, didnt replace the gas they used. I got home, immediately called to speak with the manager to find out what happened. Ive been given the runaround for an hour and redirected to a full voicemail. I can completely understand taking a vehicle out for a short drive to make sure the issue it was brought in for is resolved but, it was a turn signal bulb. Im angry. Disgusted the manger has not called me back to resolve or explain this problem.Update: the service person Ive felt with has gotten in contact with me. She has watched footage of my car and said it didnt move from her lot all night. She offered to let me watch the video. She has been respectful and professional.

Easily one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had at any dealership I’ve visited. Everyone was attentive and courteous. Oscar was very helpful and listened to what I was saying. Didn’t pressure me to buy but was on the spot with everything when something more was needed. Did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied with my deal and the purchase overall. Needless to say, I left with a brand new truck and a smile on my face.
BUYER BEWARE. I’ll try to make this to the point. On Tuesday I spoke to a sales rep we will call Willy (hint). Willy says a Wrangler is available and I could schedule an appointment to test drive it and they will appraise my current truck. I tell Willy I would like to place a deposit and he states it isn’t necessary. Wednesday comes and my truck is appraised for a great price. Willy and I discuss numbers and I tell him I will be there on Thursday to test drive the Wrangler and close a deal. Still, on Wednesday, I meet unknown sales manager (30-35 male) in person and inform him that Willy has been in touch with me and we are near I deal. I tell sales manager that I’m very serious about the Wrangler, but do to work, I could not drive it until the following day (Thursday). I offer a deposit on the spot to the sales manager. Sales manager refuses and says “No need, it’s yours”. Excited I go about my day. Thursday comes, I rush home from work, clean out my old truck, gather the title and load up the stock wheels. As I arrive at Telegraph Chrysler Dodge Jeep for my SCHEDULED appointment, I see two happy customers driving what I thought was my Jeep. Willy appears shocked and tells me that the sales manager (conveniently not in at the time) must’ve sold the Jeep behind his back! How could this be I thought?!? Long story short, they don’t care about proper customer service. They want the money. The Wrangler was never “mine” nor was it pending a sale. It’s ok to tell a customer you aren’t accepting deposits and it’s first come first serve. This was trickery and deceit. They kept me on the hook just in case the other deal fell through. I’ll NEVER go back. I’ll be sure to tell any prospective Chrysler buyers to avoid TCDJ as well.

I was in the dealership on 2-12-21 for a test drive for which I was to receive a $75 gift card. It is now 6-28-21 and I have yet to receive the gift card. I have emailed and called multiple times with no response from them. This is poor customer service. If they are not being true to this incentive (which they emailed the incentive to me to get me to come into the dealership) then what else are being dishonest with their customers about. I would not purchase nor recommend this dealership to anyone based on this experience.
Continued to be harassed by their boiler room sales staff to sell my 2016 Ram to them. I purchased this vehicle elsewhere but had it serviced at Telegraph Dodge a couple of times. Now that my phone number is in their system their sales staff keeps calling to buy my truck. This after I told the service director I would never return to their dealership.I have asked them to remove my number from their system (they havent). I then BLOCKED their number. Now they get around this by sending voicemails directly to my number.AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I honestly was not going to purchase that day, but I was so impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail when I explained to him what I was looking for. He helped me find the perfect car. He also stayed late to make sure my financing was all set and I was able to drive off that day with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee! Terrible service, told me my vehicle may be there up to 10 days….on day 30 I picked it up and they still hadn’t looked at it. When I talked to Jeff for updates he repeatedly told me mine was a few days out. Just be honest…you’ve lost my business over it.
They don’t consider your time. My truck has been sitting in their lot for a month and 2 weeks. And they don’t care I’m paying payments and insurance. They promised a rental and didn’t hold up their end. Their management and service isn’t trustworthy and they lie to your face. I advise everyone to avoid this place. I’m still waiting on my truck! And when my husband confronted them they just said that he was harassing them.

I bought a 2019 RAM 1500 truck from this dealer and have had the worst experience. First their inspection failed to note a broken door lock on the passenger side, ignoring that all the locks are at different heights and dont set properly anyway, coins jammed in the center consoul, and a failing front left side fog light, second the title has not been mailed to me and they refuse to send a copy and cop out by blaming the DMV and state, so that I cant transfer it over. They only gave me 15 day tags and now they expire tomorrow and no one will help me or give me an explanation, this is terrible service and a terrible dealer, do not buy a used car from them they will cheat and lie to you. On top of all of this, I call and and put on the side IGNORED by the dealership. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER

We Had our Fathers/Our Family car towed to this Chrysler Dealership for emergency type service something electrical because it drove fine one day and the next it doesnt want to complete the start process every light in the book is on saying service that use the reader 6 codes and no power steering so we had it towed for vehicle and self safety. We chose this dealership out of several recommendations and its just a plus that its close to home. Even though we bought the vehicle in Bloomfield hills we thank you for taking it in for repair. They found out it was all from rodent chewed wires. They are very understanding of our current very very temporary financial situation. I couldnt recommend going to this Chrysler Dealership more for servicing, buying or anything else they offer. Also to update you, we got the car back and they did a great job 👍. This place is The Chrysler Place for servicing or great place to buy a car. It is where we will go.

My experience here was terrible. I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday and did not receive any form of communication for 6 days. And that communication only happened because my husband reached out to the service rep. Who then advised my vehicle has not even been looked at. 2 days after that, no calls or anything and all of a sudden it’s done and we owe 400 dollars. We were not told that the warranty would cover nothing, just okay here’s your bill. The service rep originally told us that as soon as it was looked at he would let us know if it was covered or would be out of pocket. Very disappointed. I honestly don’t think they even tried the Warranty because the issues that were addressed should have all been covered.
Angela was our sales person and she was so great! We had a heck of a time getting a hold of our insurance people on a Saturday (pro tip: don’t buy a car on the weekend). Angela was very supportive and helped us so much, and even made a very frustrating situation kind of fun!

Great people all around in every categoryUPDATE = 3 STARS - After the sale, the salesman, whom wont be named said call with anything. They only gave 1 key with the sale & promised to have the other found or made the following week. Took 5 weeks, 3 calls & 2 instances where i NEEDED THE 2ND KEY, to finally get the 2nd one in my hand. Recently, I made multiple attempts to contact said sales man, as my loan was refinanced & I need to know how to get refunded the multiple thousands of $ for the extra extended warranty + the gap insurance that I originally purchased in their loan, but both that got bought via the 2nd loan. Seems as though he said he was willing to help me when it got him money in his pocket, but after that money was there, further motivation was removed. SO, my wanting a new Durango SRT or Hellcat will NOT be given to a dealership who has employees where actual customer service doesnt seem to exist. Sorry guys. You got a 3 now & not a lower 2 or 1 simply because of the professionalism & demeanor the finance gentleman showed.
This was my first experience with Telegraph Chrysler Jeep. We had been working with another dealer in the past and happened to drive by to look at vehicles on the lot. When I got out of my vehicle to browse the inventory after hours and one of the sales consultants just happened to be returning from delivering a vehicle. We chatted and Scott Liedel offered his assistant if we had further interest in leasing and trading in my vehicle. A few days later we noticed a 2021 black Jeep Rubicon 4xe in the lot. I phoned Scott the next day to see if it was available to test drive. The next morning I test drove the vehicle, was provided a fair offer for my trade-in and good price for the Rubicon. By the end of that day I was picking up my new Jeep. Thanks to everyone at the dealer including Justin in finance for a job well done. The experience was top notch and effortless.

When I scheduled this service appointment, I was told 24-48 hr turn around time. When I actually dropped off my vehicle, I was told 4-5 days. Not what I was expecting, but ok because I need the work done. That was Monday. Wednesday I call to check on the status and I am told that the diagnostics have been done and they know what work is needed. OkCalled the next day (Thursday) and I am told they have an estimate for me but the supervisor ( who is covering for another employee) will call me back. OkDan calls me back and saysits in line to be inspected.Wait, what? So, nobody has looked at my car yet?No!I was told you have an estimate for me.No, I dont.(Idk if Dan was having a bad day or if hes just a rude person in general. But, Dan was d to me).If you do take your vehicle here, consider yourself warned. Two different people telling me two different things to me. Either way, I still without a vehicle.
I made an appointment online. I clicked the box to have the dealarship pickup and deliver for service. I called Wednesday to confirm everything and was told they dont pickup cars after 12pm. This put a huge wrench in my plan as i didnt have anyone to take me Friday to drop it off.I managed to get someone to head up to the dealarship Thursday afternoon. They had the vehicle all day Friday, all day Saturday and I never once recieved a call with any information. I tried calling Saturday but with it being close to them closing I never got through to anyone. Sunday they are closed, now its Monday and I still hadnt heard anything. I called the dealarship after being transferred for the 3rd time to service I got someone to answer the phone. I was advised they are waiting on a part. They are keeping my car till Tuesday. The communication is lacking I should have been called after they looked at it so I knew what was going on. I didnt plan on being out of a car this long and now I have to try to figure out how to pick my car up.Update and it gets worse: I picked my car up Tuesday night only to realize my windshield was damaged during the repair. I have been trying to contact the dealarship for 2 days with no success in getting this resolved. I cant even get a service manager to answer the phone 😒.

I was in an accident about 2 months and I still haven’t gotten my truck back, I get that it takes time to fix a truck but I was told it would only take a month then when I called again they pushed it back a week, then they did it again. They finally told me it would be the first job on Friday and done by Friday. But now I’m told it will be looked at Monday, I’m so fed up with this place I would say never go there.

Got my Jeep from there a few years ago. Travel all the way over from the east side for maintenance and oil changes because I didnt appreciate the local CDJR up sell or service. Great service in and out. If you go at a peak time there will be a wait but that should be expected.

He works with the finance manger named Justin to scam the customers into making huge Down payments so they can pocket the cash! There’s no way a person with a 783 credit score should need 10k down for a hellcat charger! This place should be banned and closed down with a chain on the door!

Took my 2018 jeep compass trailhawk in for oil leak. It took approximately a week plus to get it completed (not bad) the one star is because they didnt clean the oil off anything. When I drove it home and got out it smells like burnt oil inside and out. I looked and its still covered with oil underneath and oil inside the engine compartment. How am I supposed to tell if its still leaking underneath. I will watch oil levels to drop (oil was overfilled at the dealership)

Overall they bent over backwards to work on pricing to get me into the Jeep I really wanted and for that they were amazingly awesome. Unfortunately while I was waiting to buy my car (so were like 10 other people) so I sat there for a couple of hours. While I did not have an issue with waiting, I did have an issue with their lack of communication. My mother and I sat there for most of the time not understanding either what was happening, why we were waiting, or an estimate of when we would be next. I just feel a little more clearly understood communication would have made us feel much better about the whole situation. But as far as their willingness to go the extra mile I would recommend this dealer.
