My phone screen was destroyed, I thought I would have a hard time finding a place to replace a Nokia screen. This was the first place I called, they said they could order the part and fix it. The screen took a little long to come in (the holiday was close,) but I understand they cant control that. As soon as it was in, they gave me a call and fixed up my phone really quick, a little over an hour, and my phone has worked great since.

Fixed charger port on my galaxy phone. 39 up front to order part 30 when picked up. 60 total. Phone charges like new again. Happy customer.

Do not waste your time here. I had an issue with the charging port on my phone and called in to see if they were able to provide a service to fix it. I was immediately told that they can order a part, and it would take only a few days to get there, but I had to put half down. However, they provided no service, or even attempted to look at the phone. After waiting over a week for the part to come in, I had someone else look at the phone, and they fixed the problem with a tooth pick. I called in to see if they could refund the half down and asked why someone at their store didn’t even look at the phone or provide any preliminary service before hand. The representative said that they normally do and can only refund less than half the money. I’m sure they have the capacity to fix phones, but their operations are ran fraudulently with a take your money first mentality. I would recommend you patron a different phone repair facility, for this location is an absolute sham.

Ive been here twice. The first time was to get a screen protector installed on a previous phone. It sucked but this time I had them switch the aura glow back glass on my Note 10+ to a black one. I paid $50 and provided the back glass. Im just happy I didnt have to do it myself. 😁 It took an hour and now I have a black phone again. 🖤 Thanks!

Took my phone in for a data transfer that went fine so I decided to get the screen fixed went to pick up my phone my lock screen no longer work told me it wasnt their problem I had to pay $145 for a phone that I cannot get into now. call him up the next day with the solution told me he doesnt work for free not his problem. Ive been a business owner for 25 years I have never talked to customers that way.I would not recommend this place. That wants to charge you money for doing something that ends up causing your phone to be a paperweight. and Does not want to do. anything about it. PS young lady that works there was very kind and helpful and on the other hand the manager that says he was the manager has some kind of power trip going where he feels the need to take money. Something that he messed up Ive looked on the reviews and there are other reviews almost identical as mine so this is not the first time this has happened at this store I will be taking them to small claims court. Had an iPhone crash on me. Took it to Apple only to be told there was nothing they could do for me, the phone was dead, and I needed a new phone.Some family members recommended this place. Erik was super helpful. He was straight forward and didn’t sell me on something I didn’t need. He changed my battery out. In fact, he gave me a great deal to get the battery changed out in my second phone as well.Both phones are working wonderfully since and saved me from having to give Apple another dime.Thank you!

They were the cheapeat place around to fix my phone screen on multiple occasions. They also uphold there warranty no questions asked.

Had my phone screen fixed. Came back a week later cause my s pen was malfunctioning . Now Im noticing when my front camera faces me its hazy and cant focus. But its to late to go back and fix it. Spent a little over 300 here. Wont be coming back

Ive been having problems with my iPhone 8 overheating and losing its charge at an abnormal rate, so I came here thinking I might need a new battery. The guy who helped me checked my battery health, determined that it was okay, and explained to me that the problem is more likely due to a recent software update being too much for the devices processors to handle.I really appreciate how he was honest with me and took the time to explain what was actually happening, rather than having me make an unnecessary purchase and be left with the same problem. Ill have to go ahead with upgrading to a new phone, but I ultimately saved money thanks to his help. Ill definitely come back in the future. Thank you!

I thought it was great that I got my cracked screen repaired in an hour, but they repaired it with a broken screen, as there are times where the entire screen is a green texture, which is what I expected them to fix. They also broke my volume up button, as it doesnt matter how much I press it, its non-operational. I emailed them about both issues and they say its not covered under warranty. $250 for a still-broken phone.

We had a cracked screen and bad battery. The phone was done in a reasonably time, fixed perfect. My iPhone 6s now looks and works like new at a very reasonable price. I will recommend this business to all my friends and family.

I went in and paid $120 to get my screen repaired and receive a screen protector. I went in to pick up my phone about 30 minutes after the time they told me it would be done, and they told me to wait another half an hour. I did and once I finally received my phone back everything seemed fine until I tried opening it with my thumbprint. The home home button would not work at all. I showed them and they redid the screen and 45 minutes later I got it back. My phone worked okay until I realized that now half of the screen wouldn’t work! Well at this point I was halfway home so I called them and they told me that I should restart my phone and if it doesn’t work to come back in. I restarted my phone but half of the screen still wouldn’t work so I drove back up to the store. They then told me that it’s probably because my phone is on a low battery and that I should leave it with them and charge it but I said I will take it home and charge it there and bring it back the next day since I had already spent so much of my day there and it was close to when they were supposed to close. I knew they were bsing me but I came back the next day anyways after my phone was fully charged to tell them that my screen indeed was still broken. They then gave me an estimate of when to come back and when I got my phone back it worked, but park of the screen was popping out. After THREE SCREENS they still had not installed it correctly so I gave up trying. Half my screen is now popping out and their cheap a$$ screen protector has cracked without being dropped.

The work done at place is still causing issues with my phone TO THIS DAY. I left a review to which the owner replied (and for some reason I cannot): I’m sorry but we do not give out refunds over the phone as you were demanding. You never even brought the phone in so we could see what was going on and possibly warranty the screen for you. You’re more than welcome to come back into our store to see if your screen complies with our warranty policy. which is extremely disingenuous as I explained that I live out of state and would not be able to travel at the time due to restrictions, AND sent multiple emails with pictures and made multiple phone calls.

If I could, Id give it a 0 star rating, the way they talk to their customers is appalling, Its a miracle they even get business. Clearly they have absolute 0 skill when it comes to repairing things. Jesus christ someone with the equipment could do better just by watching a youtube video. Do not shop here, Do not get repairs here. They will abuse you in emails in response.

I accidentally shattered my IPhone 7 during the quarantine, I’m thankful I had someone to turn to ! This place was the first place I ran to and I have to say, despite the circumstances and the amount of people breaking their phones lately, I was able to get my phone fixed the same day! The price was reasonable and it’s like I never broke my phone. I’m impressed and the customer service was wonderful. Will be back if I ever get clumsy again. ❤️

I usually buy the parts myself and put them on myself and the first time I have them do the work for me, all kinds of stuff was left loose. I will never have them work on my phone again ever. I took my phone apart to see what was loose and how to see how good of a job they did and everything was left loose

Late on Sunday afternoon my iPhone had a blank screen and was of absolutely no use. I dropped in and in less than 5 minutes I walked out with a fully functional phone! Great service in this day and age!

I even had fun talking with the staff while waiting. I walked in with a shattered iPhone screen, and in less than 20 minutes it was replaced (looking and working like new again). Came here because the reviews seemed good, my first repair (iphone xs max) was okay at first but the screen had a pink tint and then it glitched out and put my display upside down and backwards. Came back to get it fixed and the second fix was better. I ended up cracking that and getting a new screen again-right before the quarantine which was glued on terribly and ended up popping off today - in which case they didn’t honor any warranty and told me i would need a new screen at full price. Had a few not so friendly staff members- different person helped every time i went- all in all not worth it

They are unprofessional and they have no experience in fixing glass phones......I had to get it fixed twice in one day. They made it worse than it already was, they broke the back of my phone and left glue all over it....my microphone sounds horrible on speaker now and my screen looks faded....dont go here!....and dont try to take your phone back for a refund, they told me that Ill have to get the broken screen put back on my phone that they have already pulled apart twice and poorly put it back together twice just to tell me that I would have to give it to them a fourth time to pull apart and take the screen back in order to receive my money back....mind you they had already destroyed my phone not once but twice. It looks as if someone stomped on my phone multiple times then put a new screen on it with elmers glue...this place is horrible and unprofessional....DONT GO HERE! Better off going to dearborn.

Went in this great establishment yesterday with a cracked home button. The woman at the counter explained to me that it couldn’t be fixed. What she did though is configure my phone to have a home button. Very good customer service. Wish i could give them more than 5 stars.

Ive taken my Galaxy S5 into this store a few times for some repairs and they are always awesome, helpful, and friendly. Even though this shop is a little out of the way for me I cant see myself taking my phone anywhere else. This time I had some issues with my LCD becoming disconnected and Daniel was very helpful and understanding. This place was AWESOME. they got my phone fixed quick and took time to explain the issue I was having in terms I could understand (I am NOT tech savvy at all!) My phone looks good as new and I only had to pay $93! Everywhere else was $20+ more for the same repair. I dropped my phone and completely shattered my iPhone 6 screen. After calling around to every store I could find I had the most reasonable price. I brought my phone in and they had it done within a half hour. I am very impressed with customer service they gave me. Everyone there is very nice and happy. I highly recommend coming here. Went here to fix a cracked iPhone X screen. After the job, the screen was fixed but it distorted at angles and was harder to do a typical “hard press.” I ignored this issue then suddenly the lcd on my phone stopped working. I am now getting these colored flickering lines on my phone. Tried to call to get a refund but they did not comply. Please do not go to this business as they don’t seem to care about their customers

Went in to get my cracked screen repaired, they were fast 4 and the $ was a lot cheaper than the competitors. Especially being that I hated coming outta 2 c notes. Gave 4 stars for now, gotta make sure theres no issue in the near future with the phone.

I shattered my iPhone 5 screen. They did quick work that looks well done. The price was reasonable at $85.I am unhappy though with the quality of the part they used. It has a blue tint to it that my phone did not have previously. I called in and was told that they do not have access to Apple branded parts. Their website says only the best replacement parts are used. She admitted that the blue tint is normal for the replacement screens.Had I been told upfront that this may happen, I would have given 5 stars. But I feel like I was misled that my phone would be like new with a high quality part.

Fixed my screen professionally and quickly. Found a motherboard issue and sent it out for specialist repair the same day, phone works like its new out of the box. Dont waste your time elsewhere, if you are lucky you will run into Emily the manager she is superb. Really went above and beyond in terms of customer care and quality.Update: If they change your charging port make sure your reception is still good, the antenna is connected to it. Just found out they used aftermarket part and my reception on iPhone is horrible.

Great service not usually found outside of Hospitality industry. Took my iPad in for screen repair and estimate for my phone. Ended up only being the screen protector. Without even asking Emily changed out the screen protector as I signed in the IPad. I hate when I break my stuff but if I do this is where I will continue to go! Great job!

Really nice people! I recommend this place. Even though they couldnt really help my phone but I had very little hope going in given the circumstances of my phones demise. But they didnt charge me anything for the inspection and reassembly of the phone and they had to do it twice.. the second time to show me what had gone wrong.

Great experience.I broke my iPhone 7 screen while out of town and got it repaired at an independent phone shop. $108 for an aftermarket display. Big mistake. Colors were washed out, the 3D Touch didnt work right, there was ghosting in the animations, it was just ugly.I stopped in this place to see what they could do. I was happy to hear the customer service guy say they have Apple OEM parts, and he assured me I would be happy with the repair.$122 and two hours later, my phone looks and works just like before I originally broke it. Im very happy with the repair.Highly recommended!

I paid 60$ to get my iphone 7 charger port fix and not even a day later it stops working again.

Got a stylo 4 and dropped it/cracked the screen just a couple days later. I remembered seeing this place driving by and decided to stop in. They did a great job. They ordered the screen and a few days later my phone was back to looking brand new. Dropped it off before work and had it back by lunch time. Employees were very nice and knowledgeable and price was fair. Will definatly go back if I need anything repaired in the future.

Went in to get my shattered iPhone screen fixed but after the repair I noticed my vibrate was not working. I took the phone back and received the best customer service possible from Joaquin the manager Manda. They were super patient with me and fixed my vibrate as it was damaged during the first repair because the screen was put on too tight. Great prices, timely service, and amazing customer service. Will definitely revisit if I further damage my phone. :)

I took my galaxy note 4 in to have the camera lens replaced. I was told that they put in a real glass lens. Not true. My lens was replaced with a plastic lens. Havent been able to get a good long distance picture since. I would recommend going somewhere else. They outright lied to my face. Not a good business practice. Lying to your customers gets you black listed in my book. Anybody whos ever asked me where to go for phone repair is told dont go to cellular surgeons.

These people convinced me to repair my iPhone 7 with an original Apple Refurbished screen that ended up costing me $140. I was willing to pay the price in order to have a good screen and avoid other issues. I later took my phone to be serviced by the Apple company itself and instantly they were able to point out the flaws of the aftermarket screen. Pretty much told me that the screen had not been an original apple screen. Returned to these people for an answer and they pretty much gave me the boot. They werent willing to work with me, provided a million excuses, overall a waste of my time and obviously a waste of my money.

Terrible service! Please stay away and just go to the Apple store. They’re some liars! They’ll tell you they have “OEM” products BUT THEY DON’T. This goes for all the “Metro phone repair” stores as they are owed by the same person.

The staff was nice and the service was quick. I took my nephew there to get his IPhone screen repaired... when I picked it up they suggested a warranty. I agreed and purchased it and surprise nothing is actually covered on the warranty. So tho they were nice and I have to go there again I wish they were upfront about what they are selling as far as the warranty. Also his screen did start lifting a week after so truly not happy.

We’ve had 1 screen replacement (the “butter fingers incident”), 1 bent frame (“boy slams iPhone in car door incident”), 2 forced reset gone wrong issues, 1 “My girlfriend dropped it by accident” screen shatter saga, and yes... even 1 “Grandma-ran-it-over-as-I-was-closing-the-car-door-and-it-fell-out-of-my-pocket grand finale event.I couldn’t believe they could fix it. 😵Repairs ranged from free to under 200$.Never more than 3 hours.I’ll always go here.
