They’re nice enough people, but I don’t like that I was signed up for an insurance that’s $3 a week without my knowledge. I also don’t like that they tried to force me to have it on autopay. I like to make my payments so I know the moment money leaves my account. Or the fact that I just got a call to remind my payment is due. Today is literally the due date. Why are you calling me and bothering me? The payment isn’t late.

On 10-16-19 I went to this rent a center I have rented from this one before about 6+ years ago back then there was a different staff crew they were very helpful.. NOW!!!! I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE. Me and my fiance picked out a really nice set that we wanted that was the only piece of furniture in that place that was not used or had rips or stains on it. Get some people in there that know what theyre doing they was not helpful at all very SAD

I rate it 0 I just cant write a review without rating it. They literally gave me a broken xbox and a broken controller. And kept changing the prices everytime I would ask a new question about the same product suddenly the prices would change. They are rude and inconsiderate. DO NOT EVER COME HERE. FOR YOUR OWN GOOD AND FOR YOUR MONEYS WORTH DONT EVER GO HERE. They have no idea what they are doing.

Store is amazing 😍😍😍😍😍😍and team really cares about the customers 🤞🏼I had one team player call me and fix a issu I had now I have posted it to my amazon face book page and I have gotten 2,977 responses on it although it wasn’t pleasant my fist experience they was able to fix it and make it the best one now my husband and children can enjoy there furniture 🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝

I went there at 1 was told my job verification would be done by 330 and the rest by 6 they waited till I went up there at 5 to do a work verification and then I get my product home and there is no games no controls
