Never take my time to write reviews but this Champs location is definitely one to avoid and deserves this review.They are the most unprofessional shoe store ive ever been to. Had given them a second chance after the last time no receipt was given to me for my shoe purchase and no email receipt was sent either.I let it slide, as we all make mistakes as humans but not surprisingly, they did not fail to disappoint me once again.So here I am now taking the time to warn others. Just recently, I placed an online order and received a comfirmation email stating it had been delivered just to be told at the counter they did not have my order.I was asked to wait a couple more days for it to arrive when the tracking number clearly stated DELIVERED to 23000 Eureka Road. As much as I thought about it, that made no sense to me to ask to wait more time for something that had already been marked as delivered with a signature on file, thats plain absurd. I tried calling customer service after leaving the store but they are just as careless. A waste of my time, gas, and money that I will not be compensated for. Will definitely not be giving this location or Champs as a whole another opportunity. Ultimately, I ended up taking my business to Finish Line where I was met with professional and adept staff who actually care about their customers. Stay away from this location unless you want to be empty-handed on Christmas when your children are anxiously waiting for their gifts.
I just purchased some shoes there 2 days ago an I went back in when I noticed no receipt was given to me an I was told it was sent to my email which usually every place gives you a receipt so now it never came to my email which now I have no prof of that this was purchased if I ever wanted to bring it back ! I didn’t like not getting a receipt after I paid for something.
I went here the other day to try on some shoes before ordering online and the staff was nice and greeted me. They had no problem with asking did i need help or finding a size for me . They carried the vapormax which a lot of store were sold out of.
There register froze during my purchase. It took $200 off my debit card which they WERENT able to refund in the store and I had to call and leave SEVERAL messages on the customer service line before them telling me that all they could do is wait 7 DAYS to see if it would reverse itself! When I asked her was there anything she could do on a corporate level to correct this mistake or compensate me for the trouble, I was told NO. all we can do is wait. Them she refused to transfer me to management. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!
