Their always patient with me. Im usually making an exchange and ordering the item online and seeing what is the best savings between the online sales and my HT cash. I never leave without purchasing something for my kids or myself.

Worst experiences here at this HotTopic. Recently waited outside in line for 2 hours for the 5000 pieces funko pop and instead got scalped by people who brought thier small children who clearly DOES NOT collect funko pops just so that their parents can scalp a few extra pieces and sell them online at ridiculous prices. Next time give tickets to adults and not children. This is just 1 of many bad experiences.

I just got back from buying a TON of anime stuff! Its my first time evet going there and it was pretty good! The staff is really nice and chill. And knows the stuff they sell. I could only ever find adult XX and not adult smalls. I would recomend going there. Tons of anime Danganronpa, HxH, MHA/BNHA ), Naruto, and a ton more

Staff is friendly and pretty funny as well, I can always find something comical or gag gifts at this place. Quite the store to walk through, there’s new merchandise regularly coming out and unique stuff you won’t find anywhere else at the mall (or in the area in general, for that matter). Not for every demographic for sure, but if it’s the kind of stuff you’re into it’s a great place to shop.

Staff is always super friendly. However, 3 stars for how small and cramped it is. It seems a lot of the stock doesnt move and just clutters up the place. The store slot its in is far too small for a Hot Topic with that much inventory. I feel bad for the kind workers in there having to navigate that place daily. Needs a bigger store.

Nice store to visit. Very clean, organized, and friendly/helpful staff. However, I gotta take one star away because the spaces in the store are a bit too small and you have to get past a few highly annoyed people who are trying to shop.

Part of the email club and have gotten some good deals over the last several weeks. Store has a lot of great items and some exclusive ones. Stop in!

The workers are always very helpful and kind, which makes shopping at the store very pleasant. The workers know a lot about the items they have, and will even help you if you are looking for an item they do not have. The workers are amazing.But-The store is very crowded, which is stressful and frustrating. The prices are often very high. These are issues with all Hot topic stores though.

The employees here have always been helpful and kind, its a pretty chill/relaxed sort of atmosphere here BUT it is a tiny tiny store with absolutely no wheelchair accessibility whatsoever. Pretty sure that goes against accessibility code all together and leaves the store cramped as hell and difficult to navigate even if youre able-bodied. I cant imagine how someone with mobile difficulties would manage at all in this location.

This place is to small. But if your into the style of clothing great place. My son and daughter love going here.

This appears to be a nice little shop. I just looked around but didnt buy anything but still its a nice little shop that can be useful for those who are interested in the items that they carry.

Will also love this store. If you or anoyone around you is alternative or watches popular tv shows then this is the place to be. Sizes in clothes may run a bit small but other than that its a great place.

Great customer service! This used to be one of my least favorite Hot Topics but the new personnel is great, no matter how busy they are they are always ready to help you with a courteous attitude and a legit smile.

I did not have my skateboard so i could not enter. But the flashy lights and silver everything made it look appealing

Hot Topic is a claustrophobic tightly packed store. If you hate tight places, dont like bumping into people, and require good lighting then I suggest you stay away. However if you can get past that you will find some unique items that are real gems, once you find your way past the cheaper novelty items. But if the first things mentioned bother you I would suggest Lunch box. Doesnt have he wide assortment of Hot Topic but wider area better light and less novelty stiff strewn about. Hot topic once known for the weird and hard to find rare items has become, at least to me, a place where it is mostly quantity over quality, but with a nice quality price tag. Very out of sorts.

This is the second time Ive been to Hot Topic and have been treated nasty when I was attempting to use my Samsung Pay. Samsung Pay works differently than Apple or Google Pay. It works anywhere that accepts a credit card by emulating the magnetic strip. They insisted that the customer was wrong and they didnt accept it. Wouldnt offer me to try it and when I insisted, it worked as I said it would. Hot Topic needs training in customer service to understand its not good customer service to stand and argue with their customers over something they obviously are wrong about.

Very small considering all of the merch flooding the store. Im a wheelchair user and its hell to get through the aisles. I can only get half way through the store. The rest of the back i cant reach! Either way the staff are super helpful and friendly amd moved some things to accommodate a tad. I just dont care for the layout of the store. Maybe put you registers back against the wall like they use to be years ago to make more space for your merch.

I loved the old hot topic when it was about rock not wimpy whiny emo or cartoons. They still have some ok clothes here but super overpriced and they suck for getting rid of cussing on shirts lol. I now shop here for my younger kids then for me anymore and thats if Im in the mood to spend almost $30 for a shirt. They do have some good clearance items but thats always a hit and miss.

After looking for bathing suits at every store at the mall hot topic came thru with some great sales. Only 10 bux for a 60 dollar suit and another 5 bux was knocked off because it was my bday month. I couldnt be happier. Wish i would of came here first. The staff was super nice and helpful!!
