Friendly, helpful, and always have exactly what we need. I would rather go here than some big box store because not only are the people more knowledgeable, you definitely want to support local. They make it easy because they have everything and theyre really nice. And their little gift selection is cute too- they have a lot of Michigan themed items.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. There was no waiting at the key kiosk and the main register. Everyone was nice and super helpful

Always have what we need and was pleasantly surprised to see suet on sale.

Today I was in there getting screws for my moped.Employee Devin as usual was very helpful knowing where to go to find what you i needed. I give four stars instead of five because I was told today not to bring my moped in the store when I need screws for it but you mean a whole lot of walking back and forth a long distance.

It was a beautiful experience everyone was friendly and showed me what I was looking for. If I had a question about something and they didnt know the answer they would get in touch with someone who could help me.

Great place to find things for working around the house .

Needed table fans. Called first. EXCELLENT customer service. Told they had some. Headed over. Easily found, thanks to instore staff. Not only had fans, but had my favorite Vornados! Got two. Cant beat this place for location, prices, selection or service!!!

The staff here are very knowledgeable and will help you not only find what you need for whatever diy project but will even give you tips and pointers on how to do it fast and correctly.

This particular Ace, (Ecorse & Pardee) NEVER has what I want. I am NOT EVER going to bother going there again, because I always end up going elsewhere for ANYTHING hardware wise I need!!

Cashier and guy stocking were very professional and helpful whoever that lady is on the floor was quite rude and unnecessarily loud. Longtime local customer i wont be back as long as shes there.

Its a nice quick place but the help doesnt always know there products in the paint area you need to train better in that area and put more help on the floor

Always love an Ace run. You pay a little more, but the size of the stores makes it much more convenient for quick runs. They also always have knowledgable staff ready to help with just about any question you throw at them. Their rewards program is pretty good. You get a $5 reward for every $250 you spend. Additionally they send 5 off 25 coupons frequently, and I just received a $10 coupon for my birthday. 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect neighborhood hardware/ everything store.

Customer Service Employee Noah went above and beyond when I visited today (1/20/20). He saw that I was looking around for things and asked if I needed help 3 times (I WAS in there a long time!) - he quickly and knowledgeably answered questions I had, and was very pokite. I made a point to find the manager before I left so I could give him a formal commendation, which she really appreciated! Very good experience here today, mostly thanks to Noah!

Hopefully the customer service is better than the phone service. Can’t stand talking so polite to someone and saying thank you so much and before you can finish your sentence the lady just hangs up on you. Smdh

Great local place for most hardware needs without making the trip to a large warehouse store. I enjoyed that the store has friendly and available staff to help me with my needs, getting me in and out with what I needed efficiently. My only complaint would simply be that being a smaller store means a smaller selection of some things such as tools but they have most of basics.

Good service

I went to purchase a $300 grill and after standing outside for 30 minutes the associate who assisted me was rude wouldnt come within40 ft of me and refused to check other locations after telling me everyones sold out, we wont ever be shopping there! Went to home depot and got my grill.

Its a convenient store thats been in Taylor for as long as I can remember. Its a bit pricey on some items, however the helpful & knowledgeable staff keep people coming back.

I had came in today to get paint brushes and the Lady waited on me right a way after asking me what I needed, etc. I said Thank you very much because of how polite and knowledgeable she was.

I looked online and found a spa fuse I was looking for. This location popped up and said instore pick up available today. Headed to the location with the fuse in hand, walk in and ask the front counter if they carried the fuses instead of roaming around the entire store. The check out guy seemed unsure but recommend an aisle, another young lady walked up and confidently said we don’t carry those. I mentioned the in store pick up being available today online. She replied with you have to order it and it will come Thursday. She answered so quickly and confidently my boyfriend even said, she knows what she’s talking about huh? Discouraged I left the store, walked to my car and ordered the fuse. What do you know, it said in store pick up expected TODAY. Walked back into the store scanned the aisles and what else do you know i find the fuse within a minute. I went to the front desk with the email confirmation and fuses. I essentially pulled my own instore pick up order. I mention how discouraged I was in the customer service and the woman didn’t quite seem to care. I would not recommend. A simple check of the fuse aisle by the staff would have sufficed if there was incertainty, but instead she pushed me out the door with her “we don’t carry that” response and all along there was one on the shelf, clearly meant for me. Thanks ace hardware for nothing. Don’t worry I’ll do your job for you. Moral of the story, try to find what you need yourself, even if staff is unsure, they’ll still confidently send you in the wrong direction.

Working here from out of town walked in to the store ask where the items I was looking for were in the store and was ask to put a mask on I didn’t have one so they tried to give me one well I walked out and went down the road a few miles and spent over 500.00 dollars in a different store I won’t be back you must not need the business and the last time I looked governors don’t make laws the state representatives do and I wasn’t breaking the law

This is one of my favorite stores they always got things on clearance store very helpful when you go in there I live really close and I very much enjoy going shopping and hearing getting things I need for my home

This store is not your average hardware store. Excellent staff, very helpful every time Ive been there. They are very friendly and go out of there way to help with whatever I need. This is the only hardware store I plan to use.
