We usually go to the Canton Home Depot since it is close to our home. The Taylor had an item that we couldn’t find in other Home Depot’s. As soon as we walked in, they had free waters for their customers….nice move. The employees were very helpful and friendly. We found remnants of carpet that were perfect in price. I would have given this store 5 stars except they wouldn’t honor the price of the markdown carpet. They said it was an error. However, they did give us a discount which we were happy with. We will be back.

Had everything we needed for our up coming bath remodel this week. Just not as customer centric as they used to be. Out of 8 employees that we were close enough to only the flooring guy and 1 associate stacking customers acknowledged us. Used to be higher. When you walked in would get a hi and within a few feet someone would say something. Seemed today too busy down stocking or doing something else. Will still be back but wont expect as much maybe next time.

Things are very organized at this one. Helpful and respectful. So kind and caring. My friend and I went here. Looking for bedroom curtain rods t,cleaning supplies. Plus many different things. I was amazed how easy it was to be able to find everything. So easy. Plus when we asked the nice man a question. He was so helpful. This man was working in bathroom parts and supplies area. I would like to give man. Big thank you. 😊

I do not recommend using their so called secure locker system for any online orders. My package was opened and half my order was stole. They cut the package open and very poorly taped it back shut. They refunded me for the stolen item and acted like it happens alot. Or werent very concerned that it happend at all.

Check your website for a product.Website stated that 10 of your product was on aisle 49.Get to your store on my way to work and there is no aisle 49.All 10 of your product is still shrink wrapped on a pallet outside high up being stored.You are rearranging your store and I got bad info off your website and I didnt have time to wait around because I was trying to squeeze this in on my way to work.Super irritating.

Horrible experience ordering flooring. 1,000% do NOT recommend. If you need to order flooring, do NOT go through Home Depot. I was over charged and not refunded for it and I never received a gift card as promised to “make it right”. Horrible, horrible experience. Never order flooring from this Home Depot. Complete joke and waste of my time and money. Will follow up with more details. If I could give a zero, I would.

This is a Home Depot. They sell stuff to work on your home, mostly. Generally, the staff is very helpful and the selection is good. Prices dont seem as good as some comparable stores and sometimes the aisles are cluttered up and difficult to navigate.

The cashier helped me very pleasantly. I ordered an item from Home Depot for the first time and wasnt sure of how to retrieve from them. She took her time to help me. I would return.

I went to my local Home Depot looking for a washing machine. They have plenty of models with lots of options. I needed one right away as my current one stopped working after 14 years. I had a couple picked out but found out that they dont keep any on hand. One could be delivered but the earliest delivery date was 16 days away. Unfortunately I was in the situation where I couldnt wait so I went to Lowes and they had available stock.

Daniel the manager here is just about the rudest Karen Ive ever met lol. I get the irony that i have to write a review for her. After patiently waiting in line for an elderly customer to finish her purchase and dealing with her card issues..... Daniel serviced the people behind me. After waiting politely for her to service those customers i asked her why others were serviced before me while laughing it off cause how big of a deal is this really to which she responded that she didnt see me and continued to walk away and be dismissive for no reason..note: I was the only person left in line at this point and holding 15 orange home depot buckets .This womans everyday attitude as a manager was about the best reason to never come to this home depot....there are 3 others within 10 minutes....go to those 😆

I know most people are either a Lowes or Home Depot guy or gal. I happen to be a Home Depot kind of guy. Not only is it close to home but they have very intelligent personnel per department. I find everything I need most of the time and will always get assistance if I need something not in store. I like the layout and prices vary but generally seem fair. Come in with pictures on a project and they will toss out good ideas. No complaints here and will keep going to Home Depot.

My hot water heater purchase was fine, but I was left to do all my own research as the employee referred me to the website for all my questions... the website is slow and difficult to navigate which is why I prefer to dialogue with professionals/experts about appliance purchases. When I asked about the yellow Energy usage stickers, they said they dont do those for water heaters, which is incorrect because they are online (and mandated by law to be available). The installation required me to wait for a call from Crew2 who then made me wait for a call from the actual plumber, taking a week to actually get my install (which was next day after I called the company myself after getting lost in the shuffle). Now I will call DWG Plumbing directly and save on the finder fee for future service and expert advice. 3 stars because they sell Rheem which appear to be slightly higher quality than Lowes AO Smith tanks, but who knows. Time will tell.

Stocked clean and helpful service

I ordered 2 dwarf Red Haven peach trees from online orchards and they arrived well packaged and healthy. We have had an exceptionally cool spring this year but the trees are doing great. Starting to develope buds and looking good. I know it may be a few years to get peaches but these trees look like success to me I can hardly wait.

They are not as helpful as they used to be. When I asked where something was, I was told maybe outside in garden. No one offered to help although the store was almost empty of customers. I did find what I wanted. May have to start shopping at Menards or Lowes, except for the Ryobi products.
