I used your storage company for 11 years. I always paid on time if not earlier. I went in on 7/25 to note that I would be out by the first week in August and to pay for August. She assured me that any time after I moved out, I would be prorated for the rest of the month. I was out on Aug. 5 and spoke with the same associate. I went in on Aug. 13 to check on the status of the prorate and was told by a different associate that you do not prorate after 5 days of the payment. The first associate failed to inform me of this. In our conversation I asked if the unit was already being used again she said yes. So your company is getting double payment for that unit for August. I was a very loyal customer. I am very disappointed in the outcome. I will certainly tell others to think very carefully before using your company for storage.

Personal was always available to answer any question at a timely fashion manner

I rented a temperature control unit and the AC was not always on. I dont know if the unit had a leak but several items were damaged. The rats chewed the hoses of my washer. Which the insurance did not cover because I did not notice the damage until I got the washer home. Although the people in the office are very nice.

The staff worked with me to get this additional unit at a good price. It worked out to 40% less than a similar unit in Round Rock.Bonus for the kids: As you drive into Taylor, Take Lake St. to see the house with emus and llamas.

This place is great. Cheaper than others I saw in my area. I got first month half off. And the climate controlled is great.I would have liked to have known how the units were set up, with the climate controlled ones in the middle and the non-clomate controlled ones on the outside.It would be better if they had some kind of carts or rolling things to help with the climate controlled units.Security is great. And staff is friendly.

My review at Cubesmart is my bestest decision i could make here. Where i know my things would be bestly secure and safe knowing that they have safe instruction guidelines to follow to make sure everyone storages are securly locked . and i like how they keep everything organized and clean . Even though they have strict rules about paying ur rent for a storage. I think personally its worth it bc at least if something was to happen to your things you will be notified 1st. And its not junky and out of place like most of the storage units in Taylor.

The GM, Nathaniel, was knowledgeable, efficient, super friendly and made this such an easy experience for me!I started talking to a guy in what seemed to be a call center who was very helpful too. He made the reservation for me close to the end of the day on Friday. I was told I would get a call back very soon, but he had to give the standard 24 hour disclaimer too. I hung up the phone and, almost immediately, Nathaniel called! I would be moving the next morning so that response speed was both shocking and fantastic. Close the the end of the day and this guy didn’t “check out” mentally and I appreciate it.When I showed up, he walked me through everything. I’d never rented a storage unit before. Never once felt weird about anything. Brother earned his title.Storage unit was easy to get to. Area was clean. Worked perfectly for my needs

Great units as long as youre willing to pay double what most places cost. If you ever need to close the account however... They make it as complicated as they can, and your dues will keep going up until the process is finished. Watch out for roaches as well.

Customer service is on point. Very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. The company’s online procedures needs work.

Unit had a broken door, so it was nearly impossible to raise or access since it wouldnt roll up without flopping back into unit. Reported 6 months into having the unit with no response other than they would get to it eventually. Reported again 3 months later, at this point they werent sure when their door contractor would come out due to pandemic. 2 months later still not fixed and getting close to trying to move out. Ended up having to bring multiple people hold the door open while trying to unload unit. No reimbursement or fixing of door in the final 6 months before leaving.

Jordan in the Taylor, TX store, is amazing. He was very kind, informative and answered every question directly and completely. He was professional yet personable. The entire compound was immaculate.

We went to move in to our climate controlled unit we had reserved to find mouse droppings and urine all over. The person covering the desk had gone to the unit to verify it was available, clean and ready for move-in.There is no emergency after-hours contact, so we wasted 366 miles and labor for 6 movers over the holiday weekend.When we finally reached someone (we never received a call back on our original message the night before) we were constantly deferred because they were busy. We even offered to come out to look at their other units to find a suitably clean one, but they declined our help and we were left waiting for hours.The final answer was - ALL of their climate units were contaiminated with mouse droppings and urine. Im sorry for the renters there who may have no idea whats waiting for them upon move out...At least they were honest about it....

AAA Storage in Taylor is the BEST place for your storage needs. Very clean facility, top notch security, friendly and helpful employees and the on-site manager is wonderful. They are very supportive of their community! I would recommend them to anyone looking for self-storage!

Communication, cleanliness, and good lighting:)

Wont use them for storage after they messed up a simple FedEx drop off. Package sat at their location over 5 days and they claimed I never dropped it off for FedEx pickup until it was found there on the 6th day by FedEx driver. NOT friendly or interested in dealing with any issues at all.

I WISH I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS OR AT LEAST 0 STARS! AWFUL PEOPLE AND DISASTROUS STORAGE! Not even sure where to start... Most UNFRIENDLY people! Both at the main call center and at their location. CRICKETS! EVERYTHING IS COVERED IN CRICKETS AND RAT DROPPINGS!! So many things were DAMAGED and they refused to cover anything (even though there is a mandatory damage coverage.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! REGRET EVER COMING HERE!!

Closing time at the end of the day to be able to access your storage unit closes way too early . The security gate was broke and maybe would be fixed in three days. I closed my account and went elsewhere.
