I needed a storage space for my new trailer. I am not good at maneuvering it yet but the guys there help find a spot that I can easily get in and out of. I really appreciate theyre patience and friendliness. If youre looking for storage definitely give Storage Rentals of America a call!

My ex stores his old car here, and Ive asked them to stop calling me about his late bills..more than once. This business should do more of a background check, and grounds keep amongst there customers. To make sure if there late so many times, take serious action, instead of calling me about it. Toss out junk, like I had to.

Update 6-17-21: I no longer recommend this place. They’ve raised rent on me THREE TIMES within the past year and without reasoning nor improvement to facilities nor services. When I got my rental unit from this place last July, yeah they were great, friendly staff, etc. However, this does NOT excuse continually jacking up the rates for no other apparent reason than plain greed.Original review 7/2020: Very friendly and helpful staff, I would highly recommend them to anyone for their storage needs.

My pop up camper was stolen from this facility. They were supposed to have 24 hour surveillance but supposedly the gate camera was broken and I was never informed. They called to see if I was still renting from them because my spot was empty. I always pull my camper in and out and in three years I have not received a phone call to see if I’m still renting because my camper isn’t parked there for a short time. I did not once receive an apology. They told me to make a police report and asked if I still wanted to rent because this month’s bill is due. STAY FAR AWAY.

Latasha and Gary are amazing!!! They greet you with a smile and a handshake. The office smells amazing and they even made me coffee!! They have everything you need for your storage so if you’re in the area come on by. Even if you’re not in the area, it is worth the drive. If they werent so greedy and raising the storage fees all the time, it would be great. I spoke with the manager 3 times, the first time they completely forgot who I was after being a client since they took over. Last month got a note they were raising rent 18$ when every other 6 month rate raise was 10. They show no loyalty to the regular clients. There is no overhead and you provide youre own insurance. Just a typical Taylor business.

Came into the store to put somethings in storage, Kyle was very helpful and detail about the leasing and also helpful in helping me understanding the prices. This was literally my first time putting some stuff in storage and Elaine was very helpful with equipment usage and showing me a few good choices in locks. I would recommend anybody to come into iStorage if looking too.

Move in process very easy. Property manager Tasha was extremely helpful.

The gate has hours that it will open, and hours that it simply will not. My storage locker, $56 dollars for a closet sized unit, was ransacked by mice. Luckily enough for me I have all my belongings inside of said unit packed in storage bins. But keep that in mind. Also, very limited lighting.

We needed a place to store half of our house while we moved into an apartment while our house is being built, and CubeSmart was the best option for us after shopping around. everyone at CubeSmart is very friendly and informative when asking questions. one of the biggest deciding factors of going with CubeSmart was the location to the proximity of our apartment and where our home is being built, along with the sizes they offer.

New company. 3rd company to own this location in 5 years, each time my rate went up. Had to move to Public Storage were I am now saving 45% each month for the same size unit.

This experience was fantastic from start to finish. I was out pricing storage units, stopped here and didnt bother checking any it others. Their customer service is top notch and shout out to manager Gary K . His patience, knowledge and conversation was the reason I didnt look further. The units are nice, clean and property secure.

Gary K. is a prince of a man. He provides personalized service on first name basis and tries to accommodate the needs of tenants. I am only getting to know Latasha, but she seems much the same so far.

Who was and still is the best!!?? DOMINI THE BIG MANAGER in charge @ this Cube Smart location. She ALWAYS went above and beyooonndd..Cookies and Coffee is just a pinch of providing customer service. Whenever you entered the store she greeted you with a smile and opened the door for customers. When you had a question, needed info about a unit or just to stop in and make a payment, Domini ALWAYS made me feel welcomed! I was a long time customer and will be moving my belongings now I won’t be greeted by her lovely smile, great customer service and elevated heart that went into taking pride in your company. She will be truly missed and we will see if the property can remain @99% with her not contributing to that factor anymore!

I have been here at the facility for over 3 years and the staffing has always been caring and professional. I highly recommend this facility, the management and cleanliness is fantastic. This is my first time using storage. After searching around I found Cube Smart was the cheapest. In fact I chose a bigger unit because of the price. Being able to drive and pull up to your unit and unload/load is the absolute best. 😁 Guest service here was excellent. The staff was kind and answered any questions or concerns that I had. Last but not least the units are very CLEAN. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart.👍

Not at all the best storage facility . Not 24 hour accessible. The land itself needs some tough tlc. The dark skin chunk cashier or clerk or whatever isnt so likeable. Needs to be updated in many ways. It looks like a junk yard. Tasha is nice

My trailer was stolen. I was told the cameras are for office use only. It had been only 3 weeks they told me cameras didnt go back that far. Thats what a regional person told me. They said if I didnt have insurance theres nothing we can do. I thought I was paying for secured parking. I dont care about that I just thought since they are supposed to have cameras they could see who stole my trailer.

Fast and friendly. Multiple fun conversations while looking for the right unit and filling out the paperwork. Units were all clean and cameras well placed on the property. Good prices and deals as well.

Not sure who the new woman is running the counter but shes very rude and inconsiderate. After changing my gate code and removing my 24 hour access without contacting me. I called and was told because of a new system that they switch to but was assured the problem was corrected but after finally visiting this location I was told by the rude woman that she removed it and that the phone calls I made never happen even though I have a recording. Since this is how this establishment runs now I have closed my account and went somewhere my business is appreciated.

I didnt write the last review, it is a fake review, nothing happen like that at all, seemed fake friendly. I been there a year and just like the other review that said the code was changed with out consent as well as opening a Google account with out my authorization to post review. I found out about the fake review opened in my name when I went to look up the number on Google to call them back and I seen it there. No water given to me, I was ok with the place now Im not happy some employee opening an account in my name posting a fake review. Lawsuit

Parked my car here for three months. Got it back in same condition. Paid less than $ 100. My recommendation for long term parking is to unplug the battery and cover the car to protect it. Detroit international airport (DTW) is very close from this area. Using Uber will cost you 14-17 dollars to go to the airport, which is not bad at all.

Storage Pros Taylor has been a wonderful and trusted place to have my precious belongings. Initially I thought I would only need Storage Pros for a few months, but it became more than a year. They are always so concerned and professional. I also like the fact that they send me a reminder email notice as well. Storage Pros was a referrel from my family. They have also and still to this day store at this facility and would use no another. I would recommend this location and company to anyone needing to store a few items or an entire house full. They take care of your belongings so well and the prices are more than reasonable for any size unit.

Property manager here was very welcoming from the moment I reserved my unit. It was done via 1800 number and immediately after reserving I received a call from Domini! I could tell she had a beautiful personality as I could hear a smile as she spoke to me. I came in and she was everything I imagined her to be and some. She walked me through from the unit to renting a truck and was even able to sale me a lock haha. Needless to say this is a place Id recommend to anyone who needs a storage unit! My stuff was in storage here for two years customer service has always been fantastic and the only reason they get one star is when I removed my items from storage I was missing stuff . My unit has always had a lock on it and rhere were times they cut mynlock because I was late paying it and put their locks on . So there should be no reason for my antique wood table to be missing . I feel it was someone at cube smart !! Im filling a police report ! I dont suggest younstoryou your stuff here if u want to keep all ur belongings
