Mark and the staff at U-Haul in Taylor were very professional kind and helpful. Mark was able to provide me with resale shops and companies that sells refrigerators used in the area He was able to look it up and give me the contact information. I sincerely appreciate that. Also the staff there today in the evening when I came in after a day and a half of moving well almost two days was so understanding and patient with me, as I was exhausted she understood what I was saying and was able to finish my sentences before I can get him out because I really was running on empty. Im sorry I cant remember her name but she was fantastic and was working there at 5:00 p.m. today. Thank you thank you thank you

I will never use u haul again I had appointment for 9 am to have lights ran for trailer had it for a week made it over phone confrontation that it was in Taylor before hanging up got there and was told that they don’t do that for two months now called back was told it was at Michigan ave. Location went there and was told they don’t take appointments until 12 pm

Poor service. Said my car could haul 4000. I bought a hitch and rented a trailer only to have my new highlander wrecked. And good luck to getting them to pay for it. Also the hitch was on the ground. Telling me they should of turned it upside down. Way to go uhaul and guess if you complain they dont even call you. They just delete your complaints.

With the recent visit to this location, I was extremely upset with the poor customer service I experienced, I felt I was spoken in a matter that i expected to understand there terminology, would not recommend this place, poor service overall.

Ive used this location many times and so far the service has been good. But I must say that I rented a truck recently and upon pick up and drop off, not a single person in the building was wearing a mask.

We returned our truck rental a day early for a one way, and while we were over on miles used by 41 miles, it was supposed to be a $17.38 charge on our card. They actually charged us $19.99 on top of that our whole rental was only supposed to cost us $199.28 and U-Haul charged our card $229.17. All previous charges already had taxes and fees included in all of those payments. There has been no explanation of the extra money being charged on the TWO DIFFERENT transactions. Which totals to a whole $32.50 of over charges. And before anyone asks, we returned the truck with more than the 1/4 tank of gas that is required. We were told no money back in returning the truck early or returning the truck on more than a 1/4 tank of gas, but its OK for them to over charge us? Wow, just wow. Never again!Update: The $229.17 has been currently corrected to the proper amount, but still havent had an explanation or further fixation of the other overage. Still doesnt help the fact we were over charged in the first place.

Moved out of two storage units a few days ago and had a few hiccups with one unit but the worker MARK saved the day! Excellent customer service! He went the extra mile and didn’t have to, it was greatly appreciated! Thanks again Mark

DO NOT USE UHAUL I WARN YOU, I RENTED A TRUCK IN JUNE HAD THE PICK UP FOR 2 DAYS, THE DAY I RETURNED THE VEHICLE THEY WERE INSANELY BUSY I HAD ALREADY PAID EVERYTHING & BEEN CHARGED I ACTUALLY OVER FILLED THE TANK FROM WHAT IT WAS WHEN I PICKED IT UP THE GENTLEMAN WHO INSPECTED THE TRUCK SAID THEY APPRECIATED EVERYTHING & THEY WERE SO BUSY THAT I WAS ALL SET EVERYTHING WAS GOOD MANAGER VICTORIA WAS OUT THERE AND TOLD ME I WAS ALL SET I LIVE NOT EVEN 3 MILES AWAY SO AFTER EVERYTHING WAS ALL SET I WALKED HOME, SO A WHOLE MONTH LATER I GET CHARGED $204.33 CONFUSED I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE & THEY TELL ME THE STORE PUT THAT I DROVE OVER THE ALLOWED MILES BY 232 MILES WHICH IS LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE MY HOUSE IS 3 MILES MY SCHOOL IS 8 MILES AWAY I HAD FOR 2 DAYS!! I REACHED OUT TO THE STORE & MANAGER VERIFIED I ONLY DROVE 23 MILES & ITS NOW SEPTEMBER STILL FIGHTING TO GET MY MONEY BACK

Couldnt ask for a better group of people to deal with. Vicky put together an all-star group of employees. The customer service is the absolute best Ive ever experienced. They even treat my two year old like family. He always asks me to go see Miss Vicky!

The facility is nice, but the staff is generally not. Storage here had lots of little hidden charges that they dont publicize: you are required to purchase a lock that they sell and cannot use your own, and also must purchase insurance for your contents. On the plus side, there are always carts available for use, and the facility is clean and well maintained.

I picked up a 6x12 trailer here. Everything about the experience was easy and fast. The parking lot is laid out well, and picking up the trailer took less than 30 minutes and an employee hooked it up for me. I would definitely recommend this store.

Two cancled appointments over 2 1/2 months to get a hitch installed and corporate dose nothing.

I have never posted a review for any one EVER no matter how bad the service but this is The worse rental place to ever rent from the sales guys are ok,but the rest of the employees are terrible at their job if you wish to move peacefully do not go here absolutely not worth the time and money they will find any reason to scam you. I would never spend a dollar with u haul again I earn anyone who goes there you will be ripped off thats the only guarantee they have.

***I will start by saying the staff did all they could to help me so this is not a discredit to them.***I booked a rental online for a car hauler trailer and put in all the info required i.e. vehicle I was towing with, and the vehicle that was going to be on the trailer. When I went to pick up the trailer I was told by the staff that I was not able to use the trailer because the vehicle I was towing was too wide. So, I was not denied from making the reservation on the website by the vehicle information I provided the night before and went in to pick up my trailer the next morning thinking everything was fine.This seems to be a problem with the U haul reservation system. I had to cancel the trip I was planning and find other means of hauling my vehicle because of this issue. This is unacceptable and it needs to be revised so that people are denied a reservation if the vehicle doesnt fit the trailer criteria instead of walking in and finding out at the time of pick up.

Not this locations fault but made a reservation and after driving 68 miles to pick it up was told it had to be returned to the same location. This was not what I had reserved. 136 extra miles and 3 hours time plus the gas. I was told I should reschedule it. No offer for a replacement trailer. Last time I attempt to rent u haul.

Ordered a hitch to have installed in my car, already paid for, they call 10 mins before my appointment to say hitch isnt in but didnt leave a message saying that, horrible customer service, if it wasnt already paid for I would never use this place again. Not our best experience. We needed to rent a truck early-early in the morning, so opted for the remote reservation/check in/pick up of our vehicle. The vehicle was there, but had no keys, and our reservation was nowhere to be found! If I hadn’t kept the reservation email, the day would have been lost! We had to drive 20 minutes to get another truck, what a hassle!

Easy in and out. Very nice kid let me take trailer even though I had wrong sized hitch. Saved me some money for sure.

I had an awful experience at a different UHaul that I was working with the morning of my move, and all I had to do to fix it was call the Taylor UHaul. They were exceedingly helpful, flexible, and genuinely concerned about making my experience much easier. Would recommend.

My original reservation wasnt through this corporate center, it was through a neighborhood retailer. The retailers equipment was malfunctioning so he sent me here, with the explanation that this location was expecting me, and had the trailer I needed. They had no idea I was coming and didnt have the trailer I needed. They were still prompt and polite and helped me get the job done with what they had availble. Skip the hassle. Go directly to a corporate center.

They sent out of their way to accommodate my box returns that were purchased online.

Wish I could put zero stars. Victoria Elkins charged me an extra 150 dollars for damages after paying for insurance.. she told me it would show on receipt but not be taken out of my account. WRONG! This was Friday. Today is Tuesday. No resolution!

They charged me for equipment that wasnt in the truck and charged my account 3 times i only rented 1 truck and then my gas was off in the truck when i rented it they didnt ajust in there system so they changed me 58 dollars for gas and 30 of it was a redueling fee and 4.50 per gallon of gas and it has been like pulling teeth to get my money back. The manager did aay she would refund the some of the over charge but has not posted instead an addional charge was addes ro my account.i will never give or send anybody tjat i know there.the worst ever go to ryder save yoir self the heart ache!

Honestly for the equipment selection, the staff, the product selection for sale, and location; this is truly the best U-Haul location in the entire Metro Detroit area.

Very nice employees, if your in a rush Id suggest a reservation because this place can get very busy especially during the beginning / end of the month.

Prices are same as anywhere but service is good and this is a full service location, with rentals, storage, and cheapest propane in town!!

Manager Victoria is super rude. While i was there she argued with 2 seperate customers about different issues, offering no solutions for them, and then when it was my turn she was very rude and snotty right off the get go asking What do you need? when i approached the counter. I had called and spoke with cutomer service a few mins before about a return and they told me to go back there. When i told her, she refused saying This is MY store, and customer service has no say in MY store. Called corporate and made a dispute claim. Will not return to HER store out of pure principal. Will spread the word to others about using her store. Maybe her attitude will be better if she has less customers to deal with. She doesnt seem to like people very much.

These people here are crooks.Dont pay them with your credit or debit.They will rip you off.Just stay away from this place.

Really ridiculous price on storage units no discounts and no specials. Same thing with their rental trucks. Not forgot that you have other options such as Budget for moving trucks and public storage for your storage. Probably saved myself $300. Did I mention the customer service was horrible? It was. Dont bother with this place.

The truck could use an alignment. The back door needs to be replaced it got stuck with rust trying to open it. Also they put there dolly and blanket bag in the truck which took up a significant amount of moving space. Also if you did move it that broke the seal and they would charge you for using it.
