Charged my mother over 500.00 to fix air after she said it had a leak not even a month later charged her 60 more to put freon in it then tried to say it was another issue. I called Keith to work out a partial refund he was awful. Took her car to another place fixed the leak. Would not recommend this place ever!!

Great service excellent price

Peter and Keith are super knowledgeable. They specialize in AC, and can help explain what is wrong to the common person. They are able to take care of a wide range of vehicles, when other shops would turn away specialized cars. I have seen everything from regular trucks, to a Lamborghini getting worked on there.

Zero stars!! My husband was ripped off by this mechanic. We paid $1500.00 in repairs. We continued to have the same issues with the vehicle. My husband decided to take the vehicle to the dealership and we were told faulty parts were used by World Class Automotive. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE you will regret it.

Keith is the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I have ever had the dis-pleasure of working with. As a lady, I am totally offended by the demeaning tone he used when speaking to me. He also mischaracterized me in front of other people In an effort to explain his poor service. He NEVER returns a phone call even after leaving multiple messages over a period of weeks. I had to go there in person on multiple occasions. In the end, the car was worse than when we brought it to him. Please don’t make the mistake I made - find a professional.

Very honest mechanic. I didnt know who he was at first. My girlfriend introduced me to him. Keith has always taken care of my girlfriend and now he has been taking care of me. For the people that say he doesnt answer the phone or return calls. Keith is a very busy man and he has a bunch of people asking for help. Keith and his crew have good character, theyre always very friendly and honest which is very hard to find, and will help situations be easier for you as long you do the same for them. Any question I have about my car. They will always give me an honest answer. So remember folks pay attention to every detail Keith and his crew tell you because itll help you understand your car more. They really want what is best for you and your car.

We have always been very satisfied with the service and the repairs. The owner (who goes by Snarky, though he is not at all), is the kindest and most professional mechanic Ive ever dealt with, not like I have felt with other mechanics (especially attempting to take advantage of a lack of mechanical knowledge of women. Yes, I have experienced plenty of that, though Im not ignorant of cars.) He stays very busy because of his great and honest work, but he stays on top of his work, so you do not have to expect delays. The place is small, and definitely screams guy hangout in the office/waiting area, so this is not a big chain trying to look crisp and clean smiling the whole time, while simultaneously ripping you off. It is a auto mechanics shop, and nothing more. Snarky will tell you what you need for your vehicle, fix it, and give you great genuine customer service.

Thanks to World Class Automotive LLC for fixing my van! The treatment I got was like I was family, he truly cared for my car and fixed little things I didnt know where not right and he made them right at no charge. I trust Keith with my van and thats the ONLY person to touch my van besides the normal oil change at Jessies. I was really impressed with how professional he was and how he went above and beyond to keep my van safe and sound for a single mom with two kids and a babysitting business as well. I use my van a lot and for him to do what he did was amazing and I could never thank him and his team enough! Words cant express my gratitude for fixing my car and help keeping it running. I would recommend this company anytime for reliable services!

We paid for repair work done on the car and in the next week it broke down. We called the business for two weeks and received no return calls. The car is still not working and it is because the engine was damaged during the previous repair. Now the diagnosis is to replace the engine. There is not trust between the mechanic and customer because the only time any information is shared is when you show up in person.

It is rare to find an honest mechanic. Keith and his team has done a terrific job for my family over the years.

Does not stand behind his work. Not so World Class... The guy seemed trustworthy at first. But that went away quick once he got his money. Very shady person who does shady work. Biggest 1k mistake of my life. My car went in for a head gasket replacement and came back worthless, no refund and no honoring his warranty. Avoid like the plague.

Very sorry but must recommend that no-one use World Class Automotive LLC in Taylors, SC. We have had my car and my daughters car in there in the past, and Keith was always reliable. Unfortunately, we have just had work done on her car and made the mistake of not getting a written estimate from them - his word has always been reliable. My daughter discussed options with them - have either the windows, or the AC repaired. Couldnt really afford both. Keith said the car would be worth about $1500 if she had the work done, and estimated it would cost between $600 and $800 to do the windows and the AC. She finally agreed to have the work done based on those figures. Final bill was $980.20. He never gave us any hint it was going to cost more than $800 until after the work was done. When my daughter objected, she was met with ugly feedback about their financial difficulties and was even told they are tired of their customers in their face lately about their charges! Something is wrong - I am very sorry they are having financial difficulties, but this was ugly. After we left last Thursday, they later called and told her she could have it if she would bring $500 cash (she had paid $350 up front). She could not pay then, but went in today (July 22) with the $500 cash (they said to bring cash - their credit card machine was not working). They would not release the car to her until she agreed to pay the balance by Aug. 5 - an additional $130.20, or $180.20 more than his highest estimate. Total $980.20, not $600-$800. The car is only worth about $1000 now. He also told her there would be a 2 year warranty with the AC, but he gave her no paperwork to that effect. We will not be doing business with them again and felt we should inform others of our experience with them.

The owner sold me a new alternator $150 with a 2yr warranty and charged me $150 for labor and 4 months later it started acting up on me, took it to his shop and he calls and says my car is fine, but 2 weeks later im stuck on the side of the road bc my alternator went out on me again. had to pay for towing back to his shop (due to a half ass job he did the first and second time) go and pick up my car and he wants to charge me $60 for fixing it and says my warranty was only 90 days. Every time ive brought my car to him, he has the worst attitude and his work is sloppy. i always have to go back for the same problem that never got fixed in the first place. SAME issue with my husband and the oil valve gasket that has a warranty but the problem never gets fixed and we kept spending money on it. im so frustrated and ill with this guy and his service! NOT professional at all!

The staff is friendly, they fix their customers vehicles fairly quick and reliably, and they notify you as soon as possible if there is anything else wrong with your vehicle. I trust Keiths service more than anyone elses in the upstate.

Just had my brakes, rotors, and calipers fixed and it cost less than half of what the dealership wanted to charge. Excellent service and really went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the completed job.

Awful service left my brakes in awful condition. they said that i was lucky they didnt lock up.

I wanted to pass on the following to my friends. I contracted World Class Automotive of Taylors SC to install a new crate engine in my 2005 F150 in Sep 2015 for $1200.00. When work was completed and I drove vehicle home I began to notice numerous oil leaks. As part of the job the company was to install the oil pan, valve covers, timing chain cover, and all peripherals on the engine; then install engine into vehicle.I took the vehicle to John Finger Mazda who inspected my truck and determined that the valve covers and oil pan were leaking. They also observed that numerous bolts were missing and /or loose. I was going to have the dealership perform the repairs but they advised I contact WCA and Keith Snarkey (owner) to correct the mistakes. I had World Class Automotive try to repair the oil leaks on 2 occasions with no success. While Keith was accommodating he was not effecting a good repair. I hired another mechanic to do the repair after I determined that Keith was not going to be able to perform the work to the quality that was needed. The individual who did the repair found that WCA / Keith did not perform the work up to standard corroborating the dealerships findings (this was after 2 attempts by WCA to correct the issues). Numerous bolts had not been installed or were loose. The drivers motor mount bolts had not been installed as well. In trying to repair the oil pan leak WCA / Keith had simply tried to mask the problem by using RTV sealant rather than removing the oil pan and replacing the gasket.I do not like giving bad reviews. But in this case because of the poor quality of work I feel it a must to let consumers know my experience. Keith is a nice guy but seems to lack attention to detail that is required for quality maintenance.
