Recently because of work pressures my wife stuck me with getting her AC fixed in her 2010 Ford Escape. We have been going to Jones for years and she has always been so Happy! I can see why now. The First day they were really backed up and that is always a good sign to see locals so busy but they said come the next morning. The next morning they took me right in and by noon they had her all fixed up. Price was as expected (not much you can do there) but the service the smiles and how friendly they were was top notch!! Never hesitate to go see these guys as they know how to be honest and take Care Of You!

So I was introduced to these guys a few years ago by a friend after she heard about my bad experience with 3 other shops within a year. My favorite thing about this location is their mechanics, they have all been very friendly and helpful. If you dont understand something they take the time to explain it so you do, but not in a way you feel like they are annoyed or better than you for not understanding. They are helpful even when calling to ask random questions about your car, I havent ever felt like I was a burden when calling. They will even explain why something is the cost that it is, loved this. Its a very welcoming and safe place personally, I recommend them highly.

We run multiple companies and multiple vehicles through Jones Complete Car Care for the last four years and have never been unsatisfied. This truly is one of the best automotive mechanic shops out there. I love this place because I feel like they are always honest and reasonable with me. They always get the problem taken care of and communicate with you as well, and lets not forget they are always on time and are not like your typical automotive mechanic place that tells you it will be done in a day and you dont get your vehicle back for 2 weeks you will never have to deal with that stuff with this place. Best place for oil changes! They include the filter and tire rotation in the price. I get the full synthetic high mileage oil and pay $80.00 with everything included. They are friendly, honest and very fair!

Amazing service!! I’m from out of town and I crash landed right by this place (fortunately). My rear control arm snapped Tuesday night and I was back on the road Thursday afternoon. Incredibly smooth and easy experience overall!

Its originally was going to be a five star review I took my car over to Jones they diagnose the problem and got right on it told me the job would be a few hours it was at 9:30 a.m. around 1:30 I called you see where it may be sitting was told it would be done around 3 or 4 p.m. I was a little shocked that it took pretty much the whole day which knocks down one star I show up to get my car at about 4 p.m. car wasnt ready yet that took it down another half star when I did get my car I was pretty happy when I pulled away it seemed to work was done however now I have a rubbing sound as if my break or something is rubbing around the tire that the work was performed on after calculating in The time Factor and now Im going to have to return my vehicle this is my first experience with this shop therefore its now a 2-star review..... I am hoping when I contact them Monday morning they get this in and they get it fixed properly and in a decent amount of time if so Im willing to change my review if not then I will drop it to a 1 star not the way to gain a customer that puts trust in you to work on a vehicle.... UPDATE..... I was able to get my car in Monday after work they pulled it in and was able to fix the problem funny little plate in the wheel that was rubbing or something like that obviously Im not a mechanic and thats why my car went to Jones not only did they fix the car but I didnt get a chance to get back on here to update my post and was reached out to by Colton by phone I felt that way very respectful they honestly care about their customers and have proved themselves not just as a mechanic shop but a place you can trust that they are looking out for what you spend on your vehicle

I have used these guys for years. Lyman is amazing. How many mechanics video the problem? They were only seeing me today to diagnose. They actually fixed it for me within hours. I feel very blessed that they were able to make my car safe in a few hours for a very reasonable fee. I wish i could post the video. 3 broken motor mounts. Perhaps they can put it up.Thanks guys. Usually good work. They are up front with you about what they can and cant work on. Prices are comparable to dealers and easier to get appointment with. I use them because they are smaller business and in my area.

My experience with Jones Complete Car Care was super positive. I called them to schedule an appointment because my car was overheating. I had already had a stressful day, and as a young girl in a new area, car problems terrified me. I inevitability started crying to this poor guy, Mike, on the phone. Mike and the rest of the team were so kind to me and tried to make the experience as painless as possible. We were even able to get a good laugh out of my embarrassing breakdown on my first call. I never once felt like they were taking advantage of my ignorance regarding cars, and they were very honest about what work they recommended. I cant thank them enough for everything they did to help me! I would highly recommend seeing them next time you are in need! Thank you!

I have been coming to this shop for about 6 years now I live very close to the shop so when I have car issues its the closest safest place for me to go. Ive had to leave multiple cars over night over the past several years. They always lock my car up safe over night & thats a great thing to know my car is safe. They have always done excellent oil changes on my daughters diesel engine. Definitely the most trusted shop Ive come across in the valley. I give them 5 stars for working hard to establish a long lasting trust worthy relationship with their customers! If I ever had any issues they addressed them immediately and made things right and thats very respectable! 😁🙏

A ball joint failed and my wheel came off, leaving me stranded in West Jordan on a Saturday. The tow truck came fast (who may or may not have been affiliated with Jones), which was great because my car was blocking traffic, and they fixed it the same day.The tow was included in the final bill, which was very fair, and they may have even stayed late because I got a call after their closing time to let me know my car was ready.Get your ball joints checked, or at least be lucky enough to have one fail near Jones.

I just took my 88 yr old mom to get her admissions done and they treated her like gold! These guys are great and we were able to pick the car up and hour later even though they were jammed. All of the front desk people had on masks and they were behind a plastic shield. So - all good here!

I had my 06 Chevy van towed into Jones Complete Car Care on a Saturday got there around 4:35 with no brakes unfortunately my men had drove the van till they pushed the Piston right out of a caliper so when I said no brakes I mean literally no brakes Jones contacted me on Monday which is exactly what I expected gave me a price and told me it would be done on Monday and guess what my van was done on Monday 4 less than what I was quoted I was so happy I did a little dance on the floor there .They replaced the caliper, replaced the rotor that we had destroyed and then all the brakes on all 3 wheels and I was thrilled with the price I was thrilled with the customer service by both Lyman and Colton and these are my car care guys now. Thank you very much Lyman.

They tried to charge more than they said the price was (the same price listed on the wall) then when I pushed back and said they had to charge the price that they were advertising he said fine then just added a fee that brought the price up to the higher price he tried to get me to pay before. When asked what the fee was for he didnt have an answer. Dont trust this place.

They did not charge me even though they invested the time to inspect the transmission. I needed a week to the scrap the car and they were both accommodating and friendly about it. Great service!

I came here to have air put in my tire. They ended up pulling the tire off and patching due to a nail in my tire. When I went to pay they said no charge! They blessed me today, and in turn when we need tires, which my son does, Im having him go here! I really appreciate them so much! Its rare for me to give a 5 star review, so this one is important!I spend an inordinate amount of time in auto shops in my opinion. I choose to do more regular (every other month) service on my vehicles, instead of one big and costly service. So, instead of spending $1000 for a major mileage service, I space them out over the course of a couple months.We have taken our Volvo to Jones (was Anderson) for a couple years and Ive been pleased with everything. In 2014, we had both front struts replaced. In 2016, we had our radiator replaced at a different, closer shop. That shop indicated that part of the front left strut assembly was placed incorrectly, causing noise. Jones jumped right on this after I called. They got me in on my schedule, determined that was not the issue, yet warrantied the work anyway, replacing both struts for free.Nate called me a few times to give updates, which is really important to me. He and his team are great to work with.

They were so kind! I was so worried that the cost to replace my radiator was going to be crazy and that it might be a bunch of other issues. Nate took care of me, so nice and I didn’t feel pressure to get what I didn’t need done. I will definitely be coming back to them for anything with my car. I hate paying for repairs but this time it didn’t suck so much. It was so easy to pay them for the work. There are other repairs needed for my car and I will be giving them my business. Thank you!

Brought my vehicle in and gave a full description of what provoked me to bring it over. They replaced a hose that I never felt or saw any problem with personally. They also replaced my oil cooler. Which they said was still working but would go out in the future. Meanwhile I got my car back however many hundreds of dollars later and it still had the same issue. Also turned out the details that I described to them wasn’t anywhere near they work they did. And they gave me my vehicle back extremely low in coolant after charging me to add coolant and replace the hose. Not worth the money, time or trouble. Would recommend looking elsewhere for help.

I brought my car here for repairs and was incredibly impressed by this company. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they provided quality service in a timely manner, prices were fair and I genuinely believe they are a company you can trust. The check engine light came back on after one day, but they let me bring it back in without charging another service fee, showing they take pride in their work and really do want to get the work done right. I highly recommend this company and will continue to bring my car here for all my auto needs.

I cannot say good enough things about Jones! The price is amazing, they are speedy and can work on a deadline, and they really have some amazing customer service. I will definitely be coming back here! I got my windshield wipers replaced, tires rotated, lights fixed, and oil changed for around 55 dollars. Regular oil for me. Loved them.

About 2 weeks ago I took our car in for an oil change and wasn’t pressed for time, but it took about an hour from start to finish. The folks at Jones were very apologetic for the unforeseen wait time and gave me a discounted price for the inconvenience. Yesterday, we received a card in the mail from Jones’ thanking us for our business and apologizing again for the delay in service that day. My husband and I were already impressed with their professionalism regarding the service, but receiving that card in the mail unexpectedly made us that much happier with our choice to return for future car services!!

I really appreciate these guys!! Fast, friendly service every time. I consider myself very fortunate to have discovered them. They are now my go-to mechanics in the area. The waiting room is comfortable and there is a park right across the street to enjoy while you wait, but its not likely to be long!!

Great fake reviews will lead you here. But the service is horrible. Oil change took them over 5 hours. Which is understandable if they were busy or short handed... but I can guarantee they weren’t. Have a family member who has had her car in the shop over a week and very little communication. I get the work may take time. But spend your money else where.

What a fantastic place!!! My son was in our RV and traveling with 2 friends on a many 1000s mile journey. About 1/2 through they had a BIG problem. The pros at Jones fixed several issues, for a fair price but unfortunately the problem was a bit deeper and a carburetor issue, which is not their specialty. When my son realized this, and short of funds, Jones accommodated us and credited us back the labor charge on the work they did - even though it was fairly deserved. Classy, classy folks at Jones. Not sure I have ever encountered a place with such professionalism and willingness to provide such exceptional customer service. Bless em!

So another car place screwed up my car and it could have been really bad. They fixed it and didnt even charge me! Super nice and they just want to help! They really are the best.

We had an old car that kept having trouble. Originally another mechanic told us we would need to replace the alternator, a $300 fix. We took it to Jones Complete Car Care, and they looked it over for free and told us that replacing the alternator was unnecessary.About 2 days later the car died on us (not terribly surprising for a 94 with 264k miles) and we had it towed to Jones. They checked it and drove it around (it started right up for them) and they couldnt find anything wrong. We went to pick it up and it wouldnt start again. So they immediately went out and started looking for the problem. They found the problem and didnt charge us for figuring it out.We also had them trip check our other car, which they ALSO did free of charge.Their prices for services that weve had in the past are fair, and you could not ask for better customer service at a car shop! Would recommend this guys 10 times out of 10!

I went in about a week ago to get a tire mounted that I had in my storage. The tire was in the storage for about a month and came off my car perfectly fine. After about 15-20 minutes of me sitting in the waiting room the mechanic comes out and says to his boss quietly so he didnt think I would hear it you gotta back me up on this one. The guy comes over and tells me I have a bulge in my sidewall and that I need to buy a new tire. So I told them I am not buying a new tire and i will ride on my spare and buy a tire from somewhere else. My friend gave me a second opinion (his family owns mechanics shop) he told me that Jones probably caused the bulge in the side wall by mounting the tire incorrectly or intentionally doing it. I guess the only good thing i have to say is they didnt charge me anything... but I ended up wasting another $90 on a tire because of these guys. I went to this place because they had good reviews but dont let that fool you. I will never go to this shop again and am telling all my friends/family what happened.

Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and really good at explaining the situation with my car. After explaining things, I was given the option to have the work done right then or choosing to wait a bit. They gave me a to do list and I was never pressured or scared into completing the work right now! These guys really are the best. Oh and I was given complimentary wiper blades! Will return for sure

We have been going to Anderson Tire & Auto ever since they moved to the neighborhood. Weve always been impressed with their honesty and commitment to making us happy. Today we noticed that one of our tires was flat. We didnt have the right tool to get the lug nuts off so we were stuck.
