This is my neighborhood 7/11 and as someone who travels a lot and has been to hundreds of different gas station this still remains my favorite. The employees are always polite and helpful, its always clean, theyre never out of drinks or snacks, and they line always moves really quickly. Love this 7/11 :)

They definitely need to hire a ton of new people. I stood in line for nearly 20 minutes because the worker behind the counter looked like he might have been on drugs and was taking 5 to 10 minutes per customer because he couldnt figure out the computer.

The people working here are amazing!!! Which is why they got the 2 stars. However they can’t seem to ever keep simple things like cups and straws in stock. For months now. I’ve been told it’s a supplier issue, but other 7-11’s get their supplies and manage to keep everything in stock. They actually started handing out slurpee straws then cut the spoon ends off of them right in front of you. Kudos to their creativity, but just order some straws and cups!

All new ownership! They are AMAZING!!! They are most definitely all about their customers. If you had a poor or negative experience in past. Than I suggest check it out now. Because I believe it to be the best one yet. Seriously, these guys rock it. Good job!! 👍

I have to go to work early in the morning and sometimes me and my kids stop by this 7-11 in the morning for a snack. Today they clerk treated us so kindly at 5AM. He was helpful, had a great attitude and made my grumpy, tired kids smile in the morning. That was invaluable. Thank you for going above and beyond in customer service. I will definitely return to this location.

Rude and very disrespectful. I Was denied access to the restroom which is open to the public, without explanation. I have kidney stones. Wont spend another penny at this or any other 7-Eleven ever again. Was my favorite store, till today.

The man was very rude saying we ruined his night by coming in and was asking why we didnt go to Chevron. He wasnt even sarcastic either. We come in a lot and he has had a lot of comments every time we come in and none of them have been nice. We are sorry that you work there, but we simply go in and get our stuff and leave. We dont cause trouble. When we were there, he mentioned 4 times that we were an inconvenience to him. I have never been so insulted. As long as he works there, we will be going somewhere else.Edit. I have not seen the guy last couple times I have been, but the rest of the clerks have been really nice.

I was charged for filing my tray with cheese. There were no signs to warn me of this charge. Furthermore the clerk did not verbalize the charge, yet choose to include it. Lastly I finished my cheese and still have chips... extra cheese huh? Cheap cheap cheap! Do you know how many bags they throw away per month?smh. Hate when franchisees act this way.

They always have exactly what i need, and i almost always get more stuff than intended. Im actually pretty impressed with how clean it was inside and out, especially compared to other 7-elevens. Food was hot, drinks were cold, and the staff members are always helpful and in a good mood, especially Lance, the newer graveyard guy! He always makes my day!

Best hot chocolate around! Friendly staff and great variety!

For some Reason the employee didnt hear me come in and was sleeping somewhere if I didnt scream for someone to help me check out the food i bought he would be still asleep at 2 am and said that he didnt hear me come in a few times and I just sorry :(
