Ive used AUTO ZONE for all my car needs.Had to replace my hubs and brake pads. I recommend doing lifetime warranty in order to reach maximum savings. And quick turn around for parts.

Mike is awesome!! I came here stressed out when my car battery died and Mike helped me find the right batter plus the proper tools to change the battery. Once I changed my battery, I brought my car back to the store and he made sure everything was properly tightened. I was on a very tight budget and was able to leave with peace of mind and excellent customer service!

Jessica at store #5936 in Temecula, CA really went the extra mile recently to help me solve a problem. My 1986 Mazda B2000 truck needed a radiator cap, but the part listed for that year in your system (and everyone elses in town) was the wrong diameter. Once Jessica and I started to work on the problem, she didnt just say sorry we dont have it like others in town, she went into the back and opened all the boxes of radiator caps until she found the right one for my application. I laughed out loud because after 10 minutes in the back I heard her exclaim I FOUND IT!!... Ha! I told her she made a customer today. Im in the Auto Zone system, so I am a customer, but from now on, Store #5936 in Temecula will be my FIRST stop for auto parts and supplies. Job well done. Please pass this along to her management! They dont always know everything, but neither do all mechanics. Theyre usually knowledgeable enough for what I need (but I am a pretty good shadetree mechanic).Parts are usually pretty good, not OEM but pretty good quality. Better than some o-o-o-other places. They also have a pretty good supply of common parts and can order parts they dont have pretty quickly.

Great store however some of the workers there seem to put off an I know all about cars persona. I needed a simple fuse for my car and I just wanted to insure that I was purchasing the correct one. I asked the man at the counter who was very nice but quickly dismissed the fact that I didnt need a fuse but that the fuse was the not even the problem. I went with my gut and got the fuse. ✔

I went to the AutoZone in Temecula off of Winchester Ivan was working and I needed a headlight he helped me pick out the right one he showed me the different options I had of different types and prices we found the right one, I went to try and install the light myself had a few problems he came out and helped me, he changed both of the lights for me, he did it so fast and it was so easy for him to do, he showed me how to do it myself if I ever needed to, there was a car parked next to me was simular to mine, had the same problem, Ivan went over there and assisted him as well and got us both on our way he is amazing thank you Ivan for all your help I will take all my auto problems so you can fix them for me thank you very much I love you guys.I would like to add to this review I went in for a new head light Jessica was at counter she stood out from the other employees her attitude was very bubbly and you can tell she knows whats going on... Store was busy I asked for help installing she said she will send someone out to help me .So I started to do it myself and was bout to take bulb out and here she comes to help me and took over and finished putting it in for me .shes awesome great positive attitude🌈 thank you Jessica your great!

Horrible experience! The staff needs to be retrained ASAP in customer service! Maybe I’m wrong for not knowing my stuff when it comes to cars.... asked for assistance for a terminal and all the guy did is point towards In the direction and didn’t bother giving me a second option before directing me to the dealer... pep boys on the other hand took the time to show me and was able to find a part fitting my need.... last time I go there!!!

It is very easy to get around and find the items you are looking for. The staff have a decent understanding of the items sold there as far as what you can do with what and what you can expect to happen. The line is a little odd though because there isnt really a line to stand in, and there are two different registers for cash and card, but they do take both. The other small problem, that really isnt worth talking about, is it can be a little hard to ask for assistance, given time though( like most places) you can get ahold of someone. When calling they normally pick up within the first 15 seconds. Hopefully this helps!

I love some of the people at this location, but the business is horrible. So I order a part on the website and print out the page showing my order. I go in to pick up the part and they have increased the price in the time it took to drive there. I show them my order and even the manager was unable to change the price. Super crappy way to increase revenue in my opinion.

I went there to buy new wiper blades, an engine air filter, and a cabin air filter for my wives 2014 VW Beetle. Sometimes its hard enough to find parts for that car because it often requires original equipment parts. But now Autozone is converting over to this new system now of using QR codes to scan and then search for the right part number on your vehicle instead of having the books there to read. Just one problem, I have ended up buying parts for her VW before that when I get home and try to use them, they arent compatible. So I took the parts to the front and asked him to verify that they were for the right vehicle and they told me the cabin filter wasnt the right part and they only have the K&M one in stock, which was around $45 or so. I told him no thanks. This process is a bit confusing, and somehow I ended up with what it was telling me online was the right part but it didnt match up with their parts computer. It feels like they have some kinks to work out there. Also, I had some issues trying to get the QR code process to work and Im very tech saavy, so maybe having more paper manuals there still while they re working things out or giving instructions how to search for the parts online would help. Not everyone has their phone on them either. Just my two cents. The tech at the counter was helpful though, which boosted my experience a bit.

Execllent people who always tries to help you out. I always buy my parts here and install it mysel . The workers here always advices me on how to do the repairs and i save alot of $$$ by not going to mechanics for simple jobs.

Service was good for once people that know what they do.

Cheap imported parts that dont quite match up to OEM. They push their products with a replacement warranty but you wont want to get the same parts again. They will almost always try and sell you snake oil and paper towels when youre checking out. The rewards program they have is pretty lowsy. The only thing you should be using them for is DIY oil changes and tool rentals. I wouldnt recommend anything else.
