Got a replacement key for a friend and the service was fast and courteous. Employees were friendly and helpful the minute you walk in the door.
The rating for this location WOULD have been much better because the sales department was great. However, I waited for a month to receive my spare key and eventually just had to go in and then they had to schedule a service and come back to get the key paired with my car. Thats not a big deal but now my car has been making weird noises like something is loose. I brought the car in yesterday and its still there. My frustration is that this is a brand new 2021 Honda civic and thus far I have had a negative experience with Honda. I wish it could be more positive because, like I said, the employees are all super helpful.
We have 2 Hondas. After other bad experiences in the past, we will only take our cars here. They always take exceptional care of us and our vehicles. 8 years and going strong.
This Dealership is beautiful on the inside, the service is on point, & the staff is kind and very professional.
Had my civic serviced at the Honda dealership closer to my house and realized afterwards that something was hanging underneath my car. Took it in here and they replaced the missing clip and I was on my way. I was expecting to wait a few hours since I came in without an appointment, but they got it done in 30 minutes. If I lived in Temecula I’d be coming back here for all my services. Very helpful and understanding of my little predicament.

Went in for an oil change on 3/2/21 and the service man came back and said my back brakes need to be changed right away. I didn’t have a good feeling so I said no. Went somewhere Else to get second opinion and the second opinion said my brakes where fine. Disappointed with a dishonesty.
I blasted this place the first two visits I made here. This very recent visit I made with them was totally a big turn around with their service. They must have changed the management here. This guy Daniel really took very good care of me. They even called me later to inform me that theyll adjust my service charge because apparently they forgot to credit my lifetime free oil change. Kudos to the great service improvement!
I took a 100 month warranty battery and honda did not honor the pro-rated life warranty of the battery stating that because I did not have the original receipt of the battery they could not honor the warranty, the battery only had 60 months of use, never the less, I could not get the prorated 30% of the remaining 40 month.I am dissapointed in the way that the service department handled this issue.

My husband and I entered the dealership and neither of the managers greeted us or said a single word. We had our vehicles appraised to trade in and was given $7,000 below kelly blue book value. We were not taken seriously and felt stereotypes as if we couldn’t afford the vehicles there. We decided to leave and will never set foot inside of that establishment again. I do not recommend this place at all. Left feeling disturbed.

Its safe to go to DCH Honda in Temecula,Everyone is Following Safety Guidelines.When my car was done, it smelled clean and fresh.
So in September of 2019 I went to get my very first car and I had no co-signer to help me and I was working a lot trying to save up. I came in and talked with Cece and he helped me out with a game plan on how to improve my credit score and how much down payment would be good for me to save and he gave me a good guild line on how to not ruin myself financially at a young age because at that time I was only 19. I followed all of his advice and a few days ago I walked in and had an appointment with cece again this time my credit was better and I had more for a down payment and he remembered me and got to helping me right away. Cece and a gentleman named Matthew helped me find the right car and walked me through my first ever car purchase. With this covid-19 stuff going on I had lost my previous job and just started working at a hospital but I didn’t get my first paycheck yet so I had no proof of income but they didn’t stop. Cece, Matthew, and a gentleman named Corbin from the finance team helped me rework the loan and made sure I got the best deal possible for my financial state. I must say with all the horror stories I have always been told about car dealers and salesman I was very worried and the only reason why I trusted Cece was because I knew he was a prior marine like my dad (semperfi). However I will always send them business and go back to them when I need any help. With the world shutting down and everything else these guys helped a very misinformed kid make the biggest purchase of his life yet and they walked me through everything. The first time I went in Cece flat out told me I could sell you the car but it would hurt you financially in the long run and I don’t want to do that and that alone should tell you what kind of dealership this is. These people inform their clients and help them they don’t screw them over Just to earn a buck. Definitely made my first car purchase something I will never regret so I highly recommend these guys hands down the best people to go to for a car purchase. Also not only did they work tirelessly in the middle of a pandemic and a heat wave to help me but they also gave me advice on how to pay off the car sooner and how to refinance my loan in about 6 months to a year. These guys care about the people they help and it shows they earned my trust and business for life

Work was done well and in a timely manner.
It took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation - with an appointment. On a previous visit it took over 1 hr to replace a defective battery they sold me - I also had an appointment for this visit.

Update 8/8/20This place is nothing but a bunch of crooks. They do NOT honor their own warranty and dodge every attempt to get them to do the right thing.
