Excellent customer service and support. Staff was friendly and professional. They preformed an oil change on my truck in a timely manner. And all for a price 1/2 of what you would pay at a lube shop.

Went for an oil change. The staff was very courteouss and efficient. They answered all my questions and the price was decent. I arrived when there were quite a few cars ahead and they still managed to complete the job within 30-45 mins which personally I think is amazing. In other places I am usually told waiting time ranges from 1-2 hrs. Thank you walmart staff for your great service! I will definitely be coming back.

Took almost 2 hours to get an oil change. Bad service and expensive. This was in March. Today I went to a different auto place and they said that whoever did my oil change last really messed it up. They had 5 guys trying to get the cover off of my oil filter and none of them could get it. So now I’m stuck going back and forth with Walmart and a mechanic to fix what they messed up. Without a single apology from them.

I cant think Mark and Bill enough for fixing the confusion to get me back on the road.

Was in for a battery installation. Bill was the tec who performed the work and he was great, profetioal, fast and personable.

Customer service was awesome. Tire prices are high. Not sure why they dont price match like before.

The Walmart auto team were very helpful, understood what I needed for my car, and provided what was best for my situation. I was worried and didnt know what to expect, I normally have a hard time trusting auto mechanics on top of the stress of car problems; but surprisingly, after my experience with the Walmart Auto Team today, I am more confident about taking my business there. Good service goes a long way, it just seems rare nowadays, and they definitely earned my trust.

It’s an okay place. Service is usually good. Staff is nice to you. The prices are cheap. Why spend more elsewhere? Go here and just bring a book or scroll on your phone while you wait. They say 2 hours waiting sometimes but they get things done really quickly. Always book appointments.

Worse place for oil change. They charged us money but didnt even change our oil. Longstory short, the workers are lazy and dont even want to do work.

I couldnt be happier with my service here (late on a Sunday). I didnt have to wait long, and Ray and all staff were welcoming. Another guy, Jake, went above and beyond to fix how I had uniquely f****d up my car which I really appreciate. And it was affordable! Thanks guys!

I was First to show up and two other cars got helped before me me and my two children had to wait for over 30 minutes before anyone offered to help and there was at least 5 men working just walking around not offering to help.

They got me in the next day, took less than an hour to do my new tires. Good service and reasonable prices.

If I could give less than a star I would. My car was taken almost immediately and I am 50 minutes into my wait. Forget about service or explanation on the process because there is none. They told me to go inside and pay but they don’t tell you not to stand in line. Guess that was my fault. Pay the extra 10 bucks and go to valvoline or jiffy lube.

A darn good deal for necessary automobile periodic maintenance performed well and reasonably priced. Oil change includes filter AND battery check, all fluid levels checked, tire pressures checked, windshield washer fluid reservoir filled. Service was done in less than an hour.

Couldnt do all the work I asked for. But I appreciated the mechanic explaining the situation and recommending a shop that could. Ill go back to them again!

Generally my experiences with Walmart tire have been positive and my only complaint is that they promise 30 minutes and take two hours. On this particular visit I was told that my tire was in stock and to come over before 7 PM, however when I arrived I was told they are closing and to come back another day . I understand that mounting tires is difficult work, but when you make a promise to a customer you should do your best to follow through.

Fast and friendly! Was the second person in line. Had 4 tires put on and they were done in little over an hour. That never happens

Oil change took them over 4 hours to do. I also paid for the tire rotation, but asked they leave the bolt on hub caps off. They even noted it on the work-order. The monkeyanics did not follow instructions, and after pointing it out, I had to wait another hour for the sloth-like worker to take off the hub caps. They just dilly dally, and seem to have no need to be efficient. Saw him take one wheel off, remove hub cap, walk about, chat with other mechanics, replace wheel, take off second wheel, tour the garage, chat, and so on. Really!! an hour to undo and redo 4 wheels using power tools? Should have been 15 minutes. Sure the prices are slightly lower, but our time is valuable, and they do not respect that. I guess that is why they work there... bottom of the barrel mechanics! It was my mistake, and I accept the blame for taking my car there. Learn from my experience. If you value your time, avoid this place. The slackers at Walmart are ruining what made America great! Two starts is generous.

I usually do oil changes myself, but I had to do some shopping and figured I might as well get the oil change done. If you get the basic convential oil change its only about $4 more than if you did it yourself. It took longer than expected, but no issues with the work or staff.

They had the tires I needed at a reasonable price. I was in and out in 45 minutes without an appointment.

I have bought car batteries for while at Walmart and I never had problems exchanging it with a receipt with no questions asked. I bought a battery for the first time at the temecula Walmart on red hawk in March 2019 and let me tell you worst experience ever. I didnt know that every Walmart had their own policies for exchanges. I was told that I had to wait 30 minutes for them to charge the battery even I had explained to them that I already did that, they called the manager and i explained to her that i never had to wait for a battery to be charged at the murrieta Walmart, so she told me that if I dont like their policy then for me to go to the Murrieta store to exchange my battery. I will never shop at the temecula Walmart again.

Went in just over a week ago for an oil change. My first time having an oil change there. And ever since I took my car in, it leaks oil! I have a fairly new car with under 47,000 miles and NOTHING is wrong with my car yet after they do an oil change, it starts leaking oil.Not acceptable! Its clear theyve caused it in some way. My first time there will be my last time there!

I just went to Valvoline to get my windshield wipers replaced and was quoted a price of $12.25 each and was told someone would be right out . And wasnt helped for 25 minutes and the price was increased to $26.99 a piece. So I left and went to Walmart was helped right away the service was great . And I only paid $21.62 total for the same blades . Kudos to walmart I appreciate your amazing prices and amazing customer service .

Went here for tires. After I waited for an hour they said they couldnt remove a stripped lugnut. I went to americas tire where they removed the nut no problem and gave me all new ones for half off and a good deal on the tires.

Great place and price for an oil change

I love Walmart and I do my oil change here as well. I just moved here a year ago and I did my oil change here the first time, it was ok, not the best but not bad as well. The 2nd time was the worse I have ever experienced in Walmart but I have to let it go. Today was even worse than the 2nd time. Somebody whos on her break asked me if I was being helped already and I said no. She asked some mechanic and still didnt bother helping me. And so I left after 15 without any oil change.

Ordered 4 AT BF Goodrich. Got a message that they arrived on 12/21. When i arrived on 12/22 at 9:30am, they cant find them .40 min later Im told they were sold.

They were pretty fast, knew what they were doing, and cheap would recommend getting a oil change here

Was there for an oil change on 7/2/16, all seemed to have gone ok until I saw my floor mat, large grease boot print. I wonder if the management will even reach out to offer some sort of reconciliation, not holding my breath but ya never know lol.

WARNING: DO NOT take your CAR/AUTO here for any service. You may be very very sorry and youll end up with a huge repair bill. I am just a consumer. You have been warned!

I think the workers at walmart dont get paid enough. the news said a lot of the workers are on food stamps to make ends meet. I bet if walmart paid more to their workers they would be happier. Im sure the top dogs of walmart get way more than minimum wage! Give me a break. Are they on food stamps? I rest my case
