This is a great place! The only place that I know whom is willingly able to take my Pixel 3A phone. Other places wouldnt even deal with it. It feels good to have it fixed after a year. :D

They advertise price matching guarantee, but when I called about getting a phone screen fixed, they refused to honor that guarantee because other guys maybe dont have the same quality as them, so they have to charge more...which, by the way, the price they quoted me on today to fix my sons phone screen was $100 more than the cost to just buy an entire new replacement phone, AND is over $100 more than what they quoted me just to fix it just one month ago. What a scam.

Ran in here 20 minutes before they closed because my mobile screen went dark. At first the gentleman said I needed a new phone. Randomly, the screen came back on. But a second gentleman explained how to do a hard reset after backing up. They seem to be pretty knowledgeable staff. They are located in the Target shopping center on Rancho California Rd.

I sent my phone in to replace camera cover, my camera was working perfectly fine right before I walked in to their store. My phone was return less than 20 minutes then I started noticed that my camera was blurry and can’t focus. I went back they said my camera was broken. I said told them it was got dirty from them replacing the cover I can see some dust in my camera. In stead of cleaning it they just put my broken cover back and DID NOT refund me the money!!!!!! They have no right mentality to run a business!!!!!! Now they have lost a loyal customer of their, my husband who has been there multiple times. For people who wants to go support their business, a heads up, the guy who worked on my phone said they got their parts from eBay, not sure what kind of quality parts they using at this place.

Fixed the screen and battery replacement for a iPhone 6s. Great priced, definitely worth and way cheaper than a new iPhone. Great turnaround and now phone it’s like new. Would definitely use in the future if needed.

My nephew dropped his Galaxy 20 and the front had a small cracked screen, this place only took about 25 minutes to replace the screen for him cheaper than the one Ive gone to.I recommend UBREAKIFIX for everyone I know!

My sons phone battery swelled up and popped the screen some time ago. We took it to a shop in the mall, who said they replaced the battery and screen. A short while later, it happened again. This time I took it here, to uBreakiFix, and found out the original shop never replaced the swollen battery after all. The factory battery was still in there. I will never go anywhere else for my phone repairs. They were very professional, very responsive, answered all of our questions and concerns, and their charges were comparable to other shops. Don’t go anywhere else for your phone repairs, or you might just get taken advantage of.

I went in the other day to get my phone fixed & repaired once I went into the store he was rude as if he didn’t want to help me out. I dropped off my phone and tried to make small talk but he spoke to me as if I were bothering him. From someone who works in customer service it was very unprofessional. After I had an issue occur and I called back to ask a question and he proceeded to cut me off mid sentence and acted like it wasn’t his issue so he didn’t care. I don’t recommend this place as he was the manager and the only person there. Not to mention when I picked up my phone he treated me completely different than another lady who had her daughter with her. He was polite and I wasn’t too sure why he wasn’t like that with me when I showed nothing but respect.

I called up and said my charging port wasnt working and asked how much it would cost to replace it. Evan said it would cost $80 to replace but also said it probably just needed a cleaning. I took it in and about 10 minutes later it was cleaned and working great. Cost me nothing. He was so easy to deal with, and I appreciate the fact that he tried the no-cost approach first. I trust him, and next time my phone needs repair, I know where Im taking it.

My Samsung S21 screen went black and I couldnt make calks or receive them. I took my phone to TMOBILE and yhey couldnt do anything but order another phone which was going to take 2-5 days leaving me without a phone. My friend calked Samsung and they recommended taking my phone to UBREAKIFIX in Temecula. They fix my phone within 2 hrs and because my was under warranty it didnt cost me anything. Brought in my iPhone because the screen was cracked in three places, or so I thought. After about an hour we got a call from the owner letting me know that it was only the screen protector that was cracked. They could have easily just replaced the screen as I originally requested and I would have never known the difference. Their honesty saved me $120 and deserves recognition. Unfortunately these days integrity is somewhat of a lost practice in business, but apparently not at Ubreakifix in Temecula.

I needed my screen repaired and was referred to them by my phone company. While I had my insurance company on the phone she requested to speak to the technician. His answers to the woman were short and he spoke to her with a nasty tone like she was wasting his time. I was embarrassed with the way he spoke to someone that was helping me. I did not end up getting my screen repaired there and will not ever refer anyone but rather deter them from using this location. Customer service jobs arent for everyone.

I have to say they did a really great job on my phone. All brand new Samsung OEM parts, installed beautifully, and professionally. I was originally told 2hrs by Assurian, then 3hrs by the shop, and it ended up closer to 3.5-4hrs. Other than time, everything else was great!

I came here because my Google Pixel 3XL, back casing broke. I didnt think i would be able to get just the back fixed, until Google recommended this store. They were able to get it replaced within an hour and a half. I was very happy with the work and quality of the repair, also the pricing. I would definitely recommend them for repairs.

Initial website experience and shipping was informative, efficient, and fast. Employees at Temecula were cordial, and the repair itself was perfect.The rest of the experience was unprofessional. After I sent in my phone, I could not pay for the repair securely online; instead they could only take a CC# over the phone. Despite my opting for SMS messages, the store only communicated over voice and we kept missing each other as my calls often went to voicemail. The repair was complete at 1pm on Saturday, but the store said they could not get it shipped until Monday, and then did not actually ship it until Tuesday.The estimated price of $139 was updated to be $165, but no reason given for the increase.While the website was very efficient, actually dealing with the repair shop was like going back in time to 1980. CC over the phone and shipping issues are not acceptable in 2020. I blame store management, not the employees.

Brought in my phone the charging port was not working properly and I the fixed it and they didn’t charge me a penny to fix it I was amazed this is a business and I offered to tip or pay them and they suggested that they were not charging me for anything wow Kevin is the guy to ask for excellent job guys.

Had me pay extra for my insurance claim stating the couldnt repair my phone under insurance unless I paid an extra $60 for the back glass. Then after the repair the microphone didnt work(worked before i took it in for repair). After bringing it to their attention they wanted another $150 to fix the microphone.Sounds like a scam to me! I had to contact my services provider about the less than satisfactory service and ultimately get a new phone due to the shotty work and refusal to fix what they damaged without additional payment.

I am so amazed how affordable, actually the most affordable by a long shot! I have a note 10 plus and had both cracked front and back, the price i was quoted else where was minimum $400 just for the front screen only! they had told me I could come in and it would be fixed in 2 hours. The most amazing part was the cost for a new screen included a new screen, battery, hardware, mid frame, and protector!! All for less then i could get the screen alone for. I ended up picking it up earlier then they quoted and they replaced everything for less then $400, basically i had a new phone, front glass and back glasss included!!! I spoke with Kevin to inquire about replacing the speaker for my Samsung S20 Ultra cell phone. I was told the part would be in within 3 business days. After a week had passed I called in and spoke with Evan and was told that Kevin was wrong that the speaker could not be ordered since the phone was so new. At this point I was frustrated but understood that they were at the mercy of Samsung making the part available. Evan suggested that I try back in a month to see if he was able to get the speaker then. Since I use the phone for business and cant be without it I decided take Evans advice.After confirming that the part was available with Evan I decided to have them fix the phone. So last week I went into the store and Evan was there. Upon looking at my phone he immediately told me that I needed to have the back glass changed and it would cost $120! I told him that the glass wasnt cracked and removed the protective screen cover from the glass revealing the UNCRACKED glass. I then told him that the speaker was damaged so he called the phone from their office phone. He quickly decided that there was nothing wrong with the speaker and told me he couldnt fix the phone. I tried to show him the problem but he would not listen and very abruptly stated that Samsung was the only place that could fix my phone!This was when I asked him if I could speak to the owner or a manager. He immediately asked me to leave and refused to allow me to speak with the manager or owner. He threatened to call the police if I didnt leave and was very rude about it. I told him to either call the police or call the owner but I wasnt leaving without speaking to someone about how he so poorly treated customers. After he realized I wasnt leaving he called the owner Kevin. Just like I thought Kevin was very interested in talking to me about the repair and the way Evan had treated me.While I was on the phone with Kevin his cell phone dropped. I asked Evan to please call him back and again her refused and threatened to call the police. So I got a card from him with the owners name and his name on it. As I walked out Evan locked the door behind me as if I was some sort of criminal. Never did I lose control, never did I raise my voice to him, there was absolutely nothing about how I carried myself that would justify his actions.I sat outside in my truck considering how I wanted to handle the situation. Within a couple of minutes their service truck parked next to me. I asked the driver if he knew Samsung phones and if he might be able to help me. This employee was friendly and was answering my questions until Evan opened the front door and yelled at me to Stop Harassing his employees. I apologized to the employee and thanked him for his help thus far. It was his comment that the owner was probably at the Downtown location that helped me get in touch with Kevin again. I called the Downtown location and left a message for Kevin.Kevin called me the following day to discuss what had transpired. He apologized for Evans actions and offered to resolve the situation. I was a bit reluctant but since hw as the owner I decided to give them another shot So we setup an appointment for Monday at 11am when he would be in. He asked me to call the shop to ensure he was there but unless some unforeseen emergency came up he would be there for me. At 11am I called and the call went to voicemail. At 11:15 I called and the call went to voicemail. I can only assume that nobody was there and have decided to take my business directly to Samsung.Again, Kevin the owner has my phone number and couldve called to follow up but chose not to. After all if you owned a business and knew of a customer who wasnt satisfied with your services doesnt it make sense to ensure you handle it? Evan has absolutely zero customer service skills and should never work with the public. I NEVER suggest doing business with this company. I encourage all to find another local repair facility or send your devices back to the manufacture for repairs!

Was directed to them as a walk-in from a claim with Google. They let me know my phone was a little trickier than most and that it would take about 4 hours rather than the 1 hour he quoted the guy ahead of me. Kevin was very proactive in communication with me and is a wizard at repairing the screen my on my new fancy Google Pixel 3. My mobile phone insurance for screen repair works only with ubreakifix. The closest store to me was 90 minutes away, so Kevin called to 1) find out when I wanted to come in, 2) make sure he had the parts for the repair, and 3) did the complex job in 3 hours, so I wouldnt have to come back a day or two later. All around great service and knowledge! Highly recommended.

Brought in my phone pixel 3 cause the battery is not holding a charge. Kevin removed the protector and he spotted right away that the back of the phone has a slight bulge indication that the battery is expanding. They replaced the battery and its all good.
