Found the shoes my son wanted. Some pricey but understandable. The employees today were very helpful and kind even though it got very busy. They also follow covid guidelines and I felt safe. They are very responsible.

Manager name was Kenna or something like that. Rude, inconsiderate of your time, and has stuff on the floor not ready for sale. Felt bad for the associate that was actually trying to help me. Wasted 15 min of my time trying to find a price on a shirt. Told her to price it and move on, and she refused. Continued to wasting my time looking for a price she never found, even after I said Im on my lunch and pressed for time. I am a collector and have over 60 pairs of nikes. Will never come here again. If she was my employee, FIRED!

Highly irritated. I called this footlocker on 7/24...I asked if there was in-store shopping. The employee said, “no, only curb-side pickup.” I asked, “well how do I do that? Because when I shop online, it says I have to wait 5-6 days for in store pick up.” She replied, “when you place your order online, we get the order in a couple hours & then we call you to come pick it up.” So, I asked if the shoe I’m looking for is in stock...she confirmed it was. So at 1pm that day placed my order. The store/mall closed at 6pm. I never got a call. So I waited Sat, Sun, Mon, & Tues...never got a call. So on Tuesday, 7/28 I decided to give them a call. They’re now temporarily closed. So I go online to just cancel my order & I can’t. Apparently, once it’s placed, I cannot cancel it. So..I try calling the 1-800 number for footlocker to see if I can just change the shipping...but no...even the customer service number isn’t accepting any calls right now. So now I’m out $105 & no shoes.

Currently deployed and wanted to buy my sister shoes, I’ve used military discount several times at this store without showing ID. I face timed my sister so that she could go into the store and try to buy shoes with the military discount. I am always in there, I buy shoes from them, online the military discount wasn’t working so I had my little sister go in there and the manager was so unprofessional rolling her eyes and rudeThe female cashier was nice however they both weren’t helping us

Horrible experience at this store. Terrible management. That is my personal experience - you may have a different one. Make sure to buy the right pair of shoes because they will NOT take your return and will insist your brand new and unworn shoes are used and not in saleable condition. You wont get your money back, so be 100% sure before purchasing. My experience is with the Temecula location of this store only - I have had great experiences at other Foot Locker locations. I highly recommend visiting another Foot Locker location rather than this one to receive a higher quality of service.

The Manager is unqualified and cant multi-task. Giving my brother the loop for applying also. Claimed to call Tuesday it has been 2 weeks he called ...no answer...called again...put on hold then hung up on....called again....Manager has his hands full and will get back with you when he can........UNPROFESSIONAL ORDER ONLINE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS STORE.

Phone customer service is horrible. They charged my bank account twice for the same transaction nearly two weeks ago (over $300 total) and I still cant even get someone on the phone to fix it. I keep getting sent to a voicemail box when I call the customer service line. Ive left a few messages but have only had one call back. This is the only time Ive ever shopped at Lady Foot Locker and I wont do it again. If it werent for the friendly service in store I would give this company zero stars. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!

They do not open at 10am despite what Google says. I made a thirty mile drive based on incorrect information. Now Im here waiting at 11am when they are supposed to open and Im still waiting.

I used to come here all the tine but now the customer service is terrible, i didnt even get greeted. There was this young lady by the name of krystal who just stood around. It looked as if she had an attitude or just didnt want to speak. I started to ask for help but there was to much tension around.

Manager was okay but not the best, if your stressed, please do not give your customers that vibe and he literally hung up the phone when I called to ask for help again, knowing who I was and simply ignored my request because one of his staffs picked up the phone and it wasnt her fault that she couldnt help me because he basically told her to not even try to help me, so bad manager=bad staff
