Went here recently because Lush is my favorite store. Walked in and was immediately greeted by the amazing employees. They were so helpful and warm and they helped me pick out everything I wanted! I will for sure be back to this location because of how amazing these employees were!

The location and experience I had was so warm and friendly. I came in hoping to find a solution for a scalp problem I had, and the employee Denise went above and beyond to help me find the perfect shampoo which was avocado co wash. She explained to me how to use it and my problem started going away. Her energy was really intoxicating and you could tell she was excited to talk about the product and to help find a solution for me. Thank you Denise for the great experience!

Went to Lush for the first time in this location today 07/06/21 around noon. The sales person who greeted us was rude and consistently watching my family and I. Made us feel uncomfortable for even trying to smell the products. While hovering around us, I picked up a bar soap and she loudly asked for us to not press holes in it as if we were unaware of the damage we would cause to it. She ruined our experience at the shop. Most likely not going back thanks to her.

Unsurprisingly, Ive had the same problem experience as Kathy Morales with musty employees hovering and following me and my family/sisters. Yes the products are on display, so obviously, customers are able to smell them, right? Employees continued to harass and follow us the whole time shopping... Worst Lush store ive been to.

Brittany helped me today and she was the absolute sweetest person ever. It was my first time in s lush store and she took the time to explain what the products were and helped me choose the right one for me. I had a great experience!

If I could give zero stars I would. I’m not sure why they are even open with less than half their store stocked. Also, they have an excessive mask policy that is just absurd. I took my 10 year old niece in because she loves vegan skincare. We went to the fridge to smell the face masks and the attendant came over rudely and said “because you smelt that, I have to throw it away”. Totally humiliated my niece. What a poop show. Definitely order online and don’t waste your time coming here, they have maybe 20 items in stock. The store is more bare than the TP isle mid pandemic.

I feel horrible I dont remember the gals name that helped me, but she was super nice and helpful! If anyone is looking for Christmas deals RUN to this store! They have gobs of Christmas preboxed goodies that just arrived today (Dec 30). I highly recommend the one that is orange. It has 3 delicious flavors and none of them are bath bombs! I personally have nothing against bath bombs, I just never take a bath. The pear soap...wow! It smells AMAZING! You can also get it separately. Order on line and pick up at store. The store itself is attached to the mall but an outside store. Its a larger Lush store.

I used to love lush pre covid. However now I have no idea what’s up with your prices . And container sizes clearly being smaller for increased prices! Are you guys kidding me?! You think we won’t notice?. Extremely small selection of products as well. You’ve had over a year to figure it out, please stop using covid as an excuse. Also your sales team are like vultures. I literally was asked by every single employee ( 4 of them) if I needed help or had questions and to let them know and had only been in the shop for less than a minute. Very annoying when your trying to browse and have a conversation with your shopping companion. We’ve shopped at lush for years which we told you at your door, know what products we like and did not need to be swarmed on like that. Super rude . You seem to forget that this was supposed to be about AFFORDABLE sustainable vegan and cruelty free products . See ya, won’t be back to any location

Should have a sign up stating where the line starts and if they see you standing there, doesnt hurt to say where the line starts. I have been to plenty of lush shops. After this first impression I have a feeling this will not be a good lush, to shop at, imo. After the guy with the blond hair and bright green mask said he would help me after he helped the lady who walked up after me, I then decided not to buy and walked away. Ill just order online and not support the Temecula shop.

I ordered my products online and they were ready for pickup within the hour. I had trouble finding the store, and the employees were very helpful when I called and asked for directions. They were quick to bring me my items when I arrived and even included two extra samples. Overall the customer service is excellent and I would definitely order pickup again.
