Excellent. If youve never been...they have tons of make up, perfumes, hair care and accessories, skin care, theres a salon in the back and the staff is quite helpful.

0 stars would be better. Worst mistake.Within one business day I informed the hair stylist that my hair color was uneven and the cut was horrible.My roots were dyed dark brown. I have a line a few inches down where she dyed it a different color (no idea why) its more like light brown. Definitely two toned.The back of my hair goes at a slant. The layers in the front are ridiculously uneven. One side goes at a slant then half way goes straight to zig zagged.Didnt notice all of this was so horrible because my hair was curled before I left.This is the worst hair experience I have ever had. I paid way too much money for the zero attention my hair received.I have literally worn my hair in a ponytail all week because I am so embarrassed by my hair.I am astonished that the solution to correct how horrible my hair is for me to pay even more money.Why should I pay even more for them to correct what they messed up?That is ultas customer service! Good luck if you choose to trust them.

Love this store so much!! I always walk out a happy customer. Today I got mascara and some eyeshadow, the girls are always so friendly and helpful. Sucks it doesnt have any MAC products but the store is always clean and lots of products to choose from. Love love love this store 😍❤❤❤ cant wait to try out my new stuff

Hello. I am a customer of this Ulta and come here quite often. Today, I asked a worker about a product, and she was being extremely rude for no reason. I don’t understand how she hasn’t gotten fired yet, that behavior was horrible and I will not be coming here again. It sucks that every other experience I had with the workers was great, and they were very understanding. This lady was the complete opposite, and completely ruined me and my friend’s experience.

It was an okay experience. Im not sure the experiences of a female. But as a male visiting to purchase a gift card, I was looked over more than once by several employees as if I didnt belong there. Thankfully the store doesnt consist of a complete staff of Rude Service Agents. I was helped promptly and efficiently by the store manager.

I absolutely love the salon! McKenna is an expert with color! She always understands what color I want! And she always gives me great advise and knowledge on how it fades(what colors I will see after some time) and she helped me find great products to keep it from fading and great technique to keep my hair healthy. My hair has never looked so healthy and shinny after bleaching it! Thanks McKenna!

Really disappointed in the store policy re fixing a bad hair cut. I tried to work with the bad cut until my next appointment, but it was just not working. To get it fixed would cost me another $65. Will not use them again.

If youre looking for a stylist, you really need to book an appointment with Laura. Shes not only talented but shes so friendly! Im regularly complimented on my hair (color &/or cut). Ive been to other salons in the area, that charge a great deal more for their services and Im just as happy, if not more so, with the work that shes done. 10/10 would recommend!!

Manager is rude, half the people that work here are not friendly. Ive seen workers at the cash register talk about other customers. Ive been coming here for years because i love the products but i avoid coming in unless necessary because they lack manners and decent character.

I will never shop at Ulta again and I urge you to shop elsewhere too. I went shopping here over the weekend and was followed by a security person the minute I walked in. I was discriminated and treated so poorly by the employees and manager. I’m a stay at home mom and rarely get out and have some free shopping time. I was looking for skin and hair products. I haven’t shopped here in months since the start of Covid, and normally go to Sephora but I thought I’d try Ulta this time. I usually am indecisive and have to look at all my options before choosing something. I spent roughly 30- 40 mins here and was closely followed and tracked by security on everything I looked at. I felt extremely unsafe for my physical and mental safety the entire time. I’m not sure why they thought I would be stealing something since I just had my little cellphone purse that can only fit my phone and cards. Let me make this clear I DO NOT STEAL and to assume I do made me feel dreadful. I did NOT enjoy my shopping trip here and hopefully my review will change the way the employees profile individuals. I should’ve just left and not put myself through racial profiling. The disregard of discourtesy is highly inexcusable. I will never forget how they made me feel that day.

Called in about a product was told it was in stock only to drive over an hour to find out it’s been sold out for weeks no help no apologize nothing but blank stares. Thank you ulta for wasting two hours of my day plus the gas in my car it took to get there terrible product awareness and costumer service I and the rest of my family will never step foot in another one of your stores shameful.....

I do love ulta and they are helpful here but I only gave them four stars because the checkout process is so long and they never ask me if I want to use my Ulta points. The store gets very unorganized and products are out of place a lot of the time.

This store needs to better.Update: Went into the store and spoke w/asst mgr. Explained what happened and was very helpful. They also have been having system problems. Starting over with a new slate for this location.

I received terrible and rude service at the location. I will not be returning, they have lost a customer. I called and spoke to the manager Lauren who preceded to argue with me and make excuses for the terrible service I received. She even went as far as to say she was up at customer service desk when I was and that the terrible service I received was something that was okay! She also stated that she was the top level and that if I spoke to someone else they are going to tell me the same thing. Again will not be returning.

Could be a great store but they never have products in stock. Literally every time I’ve been there to buy something it’s out of stock. I’ve even tried waiting a week or two only to return to find products are still out of stock.

I go in here with my wife often since I get my face wash here. Store is always nice and clean. Most of time we get help on the sales floor. But what makes us not like going is the long lines due to not enough cashiers. Last time I was in there I had to use the restroom....I was disgusted. They don’t clean very well.

Makeup girl in the back was so friendly! Went in looking for tools and makeup after I messed up my daughters make up for her costume. The lady in back redid it for free and made it look waaaay better than it did in the first place. She was so sweet! Have been back a few times whenever I need a hair dryer or anything because they are helpful:-)

First time at an Ulta, and Im glad I came to this one! Since they recently opened they were extremely packed, but employees still greeted and acknowledged me! I walked around for a bit exploring and finally caved and asked an employee for help and she was extremely sweet! Helped me find the perfect foundation for my dry skin and even color matched me!

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I even got a last minute brow appointment!

Worst place to get make up application done. The specialist was very sloppy at her job. My eyeliner was done sloppy and my eyelashes were falling off. I told her if she could fix it. I had to ask her 2 times to fix it. She should have more pride in her job. Never got a call back from managers or District manager Anette. Called customer service and was told to get money back from bank. SO SAD. This store should be ashamed of their customer service!!!

The Temecula store just opened, I followed HEATHER from Moreno Valley a senior stylist just to do my hair. She has always done an amazing job. I will highly recommend her for any kind of service, especially when it comes to color.

The lady in the store helped me find the matrix sugar shine hair conditioner and shampoo I was looking for and showed me it was on sale buy 2 get 1 free (which I already knew) I was a happy camper to find the sugar shine but when I reached the cashier she processed to tell me that the larger bottles 33 oz were not on the sale only the smaller one and they didn’t have any sugar shine in the small bottle. She did not ring it up to verify the price but just Continued to insist that it wasn’t on sale. I left very frustrated knowing she was wrong! I went home and went on web site and ordered it online buy 2 get 1 free plus got a $5.00 coupon and a free bottle of water. (I could have purchased and picked up in the store) but decided with free shipping I’ll save my gas and frustration of dealing with the cashier again so just have it shipped.The cashier was totally in error as I tried to explain to her that matrix sales are product sales not store specific and that it was on sale everywhere else but I was unable to find the sugar shine at the 2 stores I went too.That was my first visit to Ulta and needless to say I will not be returning. Thank you so much rude know it all cashier.

Walked in for my first time yesterday, and not knowing where things were I walked around the store about 10 min looking for something.. Not one employee even acknowledged me.. Fun place to shop for pretty much everything related to beauty, hair, make-up, perfume, etc. I like that they sell Clinique products! That means I dont have thru the hassle of going INSIDE the mall! (Plus parking.) Wide variety of products.I like Ultas own line of products (make-up, brushes, etc) because theyre decent quality for a LOT less than brand name products. You can usually find decent deals on Ulta products.A couple things that prevent me from shopping there more:•Most products (except Ulta brand) are on the pricey side, and their clearance items are not priced to sell at all. (Sorry, but $48 down from $50 is NOT clearance price.)•TOO MANY MISSING PRICE TAGS.Countless sales missed due to no prices on or near the product.Still fun to check out all the products there, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

This is one of the worst Ultas . Other ladies have agreed with me. Everyone looks unhappy there, Ive had multiple salon last minute cancellations or Ive had to wait an hour from my appointment time. Terrible management.Id rather just goto the San Marcos location, much better service there.

This Ulta location would really benefit from one or two full time people who only work on stocking, cleaning merchandise, and assisting people on the sales floor. The employees here are very friendly, but this store really need s more help during the holidays, especially. Some brands that they carry here include: Urban Decay, Stila, Bare Minerals, Buxom, Dermalogica, NYX, LOreal, Maybelline, EcoTools etc. They dont currently carry the brand Catrice, which they do have in the Ulta webstore.
