So me and my wife went in to the store today with out baby and proceeded to be followed by loss prevention as well as the entire store employees while they kept coming up to us asking if we needed help we was only browsing but I guess that store thinks people who bring an infant in with a stroller must be stealing and proceed to harass customers will not come back here. If I could give negative stars I would.

There was a lady that helped show me stuff I needed and she was very nice and engaging.

According to my wifey everything they sell had been good for her. No reactions to any of the product. They carry a decent amount of stock and always have the latest. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. As for me they have a wide selection of cologne. Many testers and sizes available. The prices are fair, nothing above the normal and never on sale. The Sephora points always come in handy.

I travel frequently and have been to Sephoras all over the place and I will say this location has some of the best staff! Everyone is extremely welcoming and not overbearing. Amanda, I think was her name was super approachable and helpful and another lovely woman in the hair product area, (I think she was a morrocan oil rep), she was great at helping me find something that would hold curl in my fine hair. Both ladies were a joy to talk to. The vibe at this location is quite nice and everything was stocked. I appreciate that the staff appears to enjoy what they do and want to help, it made me feel comfortable and want to come back and shop here again. 👍👏

This store has the basics of what you would need. Ive been shopping at Sephora for quite a few years now. Everything is usually stocked. The service in this location however is lacking in personality and good customer service. The girls that work here are not friendly at all, except for the one that finally came around to help me. My husband was with me and asked why I spend that kind of money where the employees are not friendly and look miserable to be there. He has a good point.

I had such a great experience at this Sephora location everyone is so friendly and ready to answer any questions but if you want any skincare advice or even a facial go see Carmen or ask for her, she’s the sweetest most nicest person you’ll ever meet thank you Carmen !(:

Brooke was so awesome!!! She helped me find foundation shade, gave me samples for all the makeup. So I can trst them out, and see if they work. oh the lady working in the perfume dept., she was awesome, I was able to try different perfumes, gave me samples of some to try, so I see how they work with my body chemistry. They made my trip to Sephora a good experience.

Wife loves the place she cant get enough.. But my wallet can sure take a break. Lol

Friendly service but you have to get around and look for the cotton swabs and lip swabs to use the samples. Other than that awesome.

The staff is attentive and fun they did not pressure me to buy more then I needed.

Being male I am avoided like the plague by employees, hard to get help. Sometimes I walk around holding cash in the air and start using samples before someone offers to help me find what is in need. My wife likes it here though, so thats why the higher rating.

Can barely get what I need cause everything costs my body parts and soul

Everyone here is super friendly and helpful, but be advised, they DO NOT take gift cards from the Sephora if it says JC PENNY on it. Make sure your giftcard isnt from the Sephora inside the mall because you can only use it there.

We were in town for a wedding and didnt know how to combat the heat outside and survive with make up intact! We decided to schedule an appointment here and have them do our make up for us! If you are not a member you can buy $50 worth of product and receive a free 45 make over. They cleansed and massaged our faces then did a full make up job! My sister has gluten allergies and they even found gluten free products for her to use (who knew you had to watch out for make up ?!). We walked out looking amazing and felt so relaxed and great. I cannot begin to thank this crew for the great experience. I would recommend to anyone! They even wrote out a detailed page on how to recreate the make up job they did on my sister step by step! I have a high expectation of service having been in the service industry most of my life and this crew surpassed it. I do admit it was a little hard to get their attention at the start of walk in - there were so many shoppers and every associate was busy so we had to wait our turn but if I was going to say any downside that would be it- once you get their attention you have their full attention!

I went in with no idea about makeup and I needed new mascara. I asked a lady for help and explained to her what I was looking for and she completely ignored what features I wanted and just pointed me to the new Bad Girl mascara. She couldnt answer my simple questions about it and just walked away from me. I feel like she showed it to me because it was new and seemed annoyed I was trying to find what I wantes. I do not like this product what so ever and have to go buy a new one somewhere else.

The staff is always so helpful, especially a sweet lady named Carmen. They always assist me with any questions I have and the store is always stocked up on products. The only place I shop at for Make-up!

Extremely poor service. Employees, especially Evelyn, is extremely UNenthusiastic about helping you, she does not listen to your needs and recommend products completely OFF from what you asked for. She just recommends top sellers that dont actually compliment your skin tone or suit your needs, it was quite mind boggling the products she was pulling. Wasted 30 minutes of my time on my birthday waiting for an associate to help and then get someone thats on the edge of needing to be fired because of her distant, uncaring attitude, lack of help and overall making the shopping experience a bad one, not to mention an awkward one because of the completely-off product recommendations and lack of knowledge. It could have been $400+ shopping trip, but instead resulted in walking out empty-handed and being embarrassed for the company because of the employees.

The wait to pay or return something takes for ever-

Tonight my daughter and girlfriend entered Temecula JC Penny Sephora as customers. They were sampling perfumes and started being followed by employees and someone with loss prevention. Why, when they were not doing anything suspicious.They went to the make-up area and started to sample various types of make-up and within a few minutes, one of the employees called over their Wireless headset for security in Sephora. There were only three people in the store, my daughter, her girlfriend, and an elderly woman.My daughter heard the employee request support from security and three employees continued monitoring as though they expected my daughter and girlfriend were going to shoplift. Every time my daughter and girlfriend looked up, the employees were staring them down. This is rude and unprofessional as store employees.Our girls were wearing jeans and grey sweatshirts, nothing that would appear threatening to anyone. As the girls walked out of the main entrance of JCPenny, one of the employees spoke into the wireless device stating “they are leaving”. Needless to say, Sephora and JC Penny have lost long time consumers as a result of the unprofessional and threatening behavior of your employees. Very disheartening! I will never shop at this store again and I will make sure my friends and family know of how poorly they treated my family! They don’t even deserve one star!!
