Adrian was such an awesome help! He went above and beyond to help us get a better understanding on applications, different foundation colors, and what we should look for when picking summer foundations. The best Sephora experience Ive had!

Typically when I go into Sephora or Ulta with a hoodie and no makeup, no one helps or approaches me. That wasn’t the case when I went here. I was surprised with how kind, friendly and helpful EVERYONE was. No one was stuck up or had a rude attitude. Would recommend shopping here!

Not a friendly store at all. Nobody offered to help. Instead voiced their opinion from across the aisle lol to tell me my product was being discontinued. Which to my knowledge by calling the actual company my make-up was being reformulated (something to look forward to). Did she offer a similar product so I dont walk out empty handed? No. I read the store outside the mall may be more welcoming. I called that location to see if they had my product in stock. I already spoke with a friendly and high energy person over the phone. Who was knowledgeable of my favorite product line. Im looking forward to walking into that location in a few days. Customers spend too much money to be treated rudely. We also want to walk out with our purchase feeling confident.

No one greeted me, no one asked if I needed help after wandering around looking for certain products. Just decided to leave since it was so unwelcoming

The manager adrian is so unprofessional, rude. I have seen him put people on hold and not get back to them, when theyre customers too. he has everyone hanging

This place is always dirty, unorganized, out of stock, staff is never of any help and seem to not care much about their store or customer. The one located outside Jc Penney is very nice and clean with helpful staff. Id go to that one from now on.

I stopped by on May 6th knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase but I did need a color matchup so Dannie helped me out. She took her time in showing me different products that work best with my skin tone. She explained everything as to how to apply certain products and even introduced me to new products that I never knew about before! She went above and beyond with customer service! I appreciate it! Ive never been to a Sephora where I truly felt like I was appreciated as a customer. All the girls there are awesome and really know their stuff!

I bought a 15 dollar eyeliner and used it for only two days and the eyeliner was already dried out. I dont recommend Sephora, ho Ive had better eyeliner at Walmart that was worth my money
