My experience at Arista was excellent and Vidya is incredible! Vidya assisted my wife and I from the very moment we walked in the store. We are completely renovating our kitchen and Vidya was instrumental in helping us choose the very best stone for our needs. My wife and I have never done this before and we must have asked 1000 silly questions and Vidya and Ryan took the time to give us a detailed answer on every one. Their eye for design and knowledge of quartz, stone and porcelain have helped us out so much during this process. Were investing a lot of money in this project and I have the confidence knowing our project will turn out special because of team at Arista.

Sometimes you can judge a company more by what happens when things dont go as planned, than when everything happens perfectly. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and their owners. We had an issue with our stone during installation, and the owners daughter worked with us and the fabricator to find a solution that we were all happy with. She came out to our house twice to be sure we were satisfied. In the end, we are thrilled with our kitchen and laundry room remodel, and would recommend them without hesitation.

This is my go to for All my slabs. Bryan has the best customer service in the valley and always takes care of my clients and keeps them within their budget. Most slab suppliers send you into the yard and let you pick out the slabs, but Bryan actually walks you to the yard and helps you pick the slabs. I did not get what I paid for. The people there are very nice, but I purchased some Kedra that was supposed to be unalterable. I was told that the only thing that can damage Kedra, is Kedra. This unalterable material is very expensive and is chipping after only 4 months in use. I hope I will get the service I was promised and be able to use my warranty to fix this issue. Then, maybe I can change my opinion of the product and the company that supplied it. Stay tuned.

The Arista Stones team was so helpful and courteous to me and my family when we came in to buy our granite! Rep knew I was buying granite for kitchen, but Did Not disclose this particular granite was not a good option for high traffic areas.Fabricator has correctly sealed the granite multiple times, and yet the granite retains every mark of every thing that sits on it.The oils from your hands or arms (when leaning on the countertop) leaves hideous black streaks.My new countertops look horrible - I am extremely embarrassed to have guests over to see this new countertop.I wish the rep would have advised against purchasing this particular granite for kitchen use, I would have opted to choose a better granite.I get no response from the company when I reached out multiple times.Granite honestly looks ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, and I cant afford to replace it!!

I bought quartz for my kitchen countertops In February of 2020 and was recommended epic stone for the installation. After the countertops were installed the quartz started cracking and streaking, and the two slabs that were installed were of different color. Any smudges on the countertops would come out after cleaning. I reached out to Arista stone and talked to the daughter of the owner vidya and she said she was going to look into it and came to my house to look for herself. She assured me that they were going to stand by their product and honor their commitment by installing new countertops because the slabs sold to me were defective and substandard. I gave her the time she requested and after I didn’t her from her, I visited to see her at her business place. She hid from me and I ended up talking to the general manager Partha Paria who assured me that he was going to look into it taking baby steps. He made the same promises as Vidya did and assured me he was going to change the countertops. Now he is not answering his phone call and not reaching out to me. Now I understand they were just leading me on. This represents the epitome of unprofessionalism, a lack of customer service, and a betrayal of their own terms and services. The actions are so shady and dissatisfactory that I will be pursuing LEGAL action in order to recuperate the money stolen from me. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I am warning you with the tale of my own story STEER CLEAR.

Even though it was really busy when I came in last week someone in the showroom, I think her name is Vidiya, set aside everything she was doing to help me out, she was super friendly and walked me through the entire process! Im so excited to come back in next week to purchase my stones!

I want to thank Arista Tile in Tempe for the outstanding service that they provided us recently. We thought picking out tile and counters tops etc would be an easy and fun process (how hard could it be?) We found out it can be VERY challenging to say the least.
