What they did to our floor was extremely amazing! Very professional and a an absolute great job installing our Tile. Looking forward for the next flooring project. I highly recommend Home Solutionz!

Daniel was great for the interview and price. After I gave him a $600 deposit he/they forgot all about me. It was a small job. One room. I sent emails to Dan when I purchased the T-Mold, told him I was ready. Yet when I called on the day of installation when no one showed up, he said I didnt sign a contract, which he didnt send. But I gave him $600, is that not a contract? The job was put off to 4 days later. Marcus showed up and did a good job. But he took the rest of my T-Mold with him which I purchased separately. Ive been emailing for days for the return of my T-Mold but no one has responded. I emailed again today two weeks later. Ive emailed the company, Daniel, the Billing Dept. No one responded. NOT A WORD. Not a return of any emails. No return of my T-Mold. The T-Mold was 7ft. he used 2 1/2. I want the rest. Like many, they get your money and forget about you. Especially if youre a small job. Ill go elsewhere next time. You should too.

The company does have great value. Just do you research before selecting your material. I did my research and was going to get the Vinyl wood planks but the sales guy talked me into the laminate wood planks. They look beautiful, but having dogs, kids and water does not do well with them. Drool, water spills, dogs running around, kids dropping things do not go well with the Laminate flooring. The sales guy told us all this would be fine with the floors, because they offer the best product. The wear layer is very thin and damages easy. I don’t know if they get a bigger commission on the Laminate but he pushed that sale over the more expensive one I was looking at.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We just moved here from Tampa, FL and decided to use Home Solutionz to redo our downstairs flooring which was 2,100 sq ft. We started with Luke, the salesman/contractor who helped us pick out the tile, grout and base boards. Our project was expected to take 2 full weeks. We were very excited. After our project started we never heard from Luke again and my wife was managing the project. The first day they were supposed to start, never heard from Luke or our tile man Pablo. They had car troubles and showed up around 2pm. The project started and took 3.5 weeks, very inconsistent hours with car troubles weekly, different workers in and out of our house daily (I have a small 5 month old at home), I had to request for them to wear masks and visqueen the kitchen area. Home Solutionz was supposed to provide us with a transition piece for our office but never followed through so we have to find it ourselves. And our tile man started another project before even finishing ours. When the project was complete, they did not acid clean the floors so we have to do it ourselves and we spent a ton of money. The floor is gritty and dirty. The garage and back yard where they kept the materials are so dirty. My dad has laid tile for over 20+ years on the east coast and sets the standard high. I am very disappointed in this company and I will never use them again.

I have always done my own flooring, so I was being particularly careful who I chose to help out this time. Harry and Colin, the installers couldnt be more punctual, complete or exact. I would use Home Solutionz again and ask for them

I seriously have had the worst experience ever my tile was put in it was uneven in several locations they put in new baseboards and got grout all over the baseboards they cut the tile too large in the bathroom and never fixed it I had my countertops done that continue to crack after many repairs and I have photos to show.The tile I had placed in my kitchen originally it was crooked and the gentleman left it like that it took several weeks to get it repaired to the point where they had to remove parts of the wall. I have called over and over to get them just to refund my money I do not trust them I do not want to have them repair stuff because they should have done it right the first time DO NOT USE THEM

We could not have had a better experience than we did with Home Solutions. We contracted them to install luxury vinyl in my father-in-laws home (we were remodeling) through Angies list. The sales associate (Greg E) contacted us promptly, arrived for the estimate on-time and provided a great price to lay our flooring. We also had an uneven section of concrete. Greg had the expertise to suggest a cost-effective solution to remedy the issue that did not delay the project. The crew showed up as committed and did an EXCELLENT installation job...quick, precise and clean. Id highly recommend this company to anyone.

I received a quote from Home Solutionz in 2019. I went with another contractor but ever since, Home Solutionz has been cold-calling and emailing me constantly looking for projects, even after repeated requests to remove me from their distribution lists.In short; I have no idea the quality of their work but if you do receive a quote from them, prepare for the years worth of cold-calling.

We’ve been doing a whole house remodel and at one point got a quote from home solutionz for a tile backsplash. We then pursued another project first and when we were ready a few months later called them back and were given a quote that was $200 higher. We politely asked if they would honor the original quote and in response Daniel became verbally abusive and unnecessarily rude. Glad we found out before doing business with this company.

We had them do our Kitchen Backsplash just last week. Contractor was on time and did a good job completing our job in a acceptable amount of time. I did have a couple of questions regarding our project billing that was discussed and addressed by Brianna to my satisfaction. I would work with them Again. Ivica is working on my floor now. He gave me a text a few days ahead and phone call when they were on their way. Prompt, Polite, Efficient. Last minute I had to make an adjustment and they told me that would be fine. Both Joe and Jon were very helpful in sales and scheduling. We contacted Home Solutionz to install laminate flooring in the master bedroom and closet area. Salesperson Joe Darger brought numerous laminate samples to our home. He was very helpful and professional and quite knowledgeable about the product and explained all aspects of the job and work to be preformed and costs involved. It was a pleasant experience.The installer (John) turned out to be an artistan and craftsman in laying the floors. He and his helper did a masterful job which exceeded all my expectations. They not only removed all the carpeting, they also moved all the furniture around and replaced the furniture to original configuration when done. They also did a great job cleaning everything.I was quite impressed with the whole process and would highly recommend Home Solutionz.

Justin and his partner arrived right on time, they did a great job, very honest, they found a twenty dollar bill when they moved the couch and we wouldnt have known, but they came to us and gave it to us. The worked fast and efficient. We didnt think we would have enough flooring as I did the measuring, but they made it work with little to spare. We would definitely recommend Home Solutionz.Their prices were the best of the 3 estimates we had.

We were absolutely blown away by the ease and quality of the whole process. Our Sales rep Dan was awesome. He was not pushy, listened to our needs and was very professional. The installation crew led by Pablo was very impressive. They were supposed to show up between 9 and 11. They arrived at 9 on the nose and wasted no time getting started. We were told that the install could take 2 to 3 days. Pablo and his crew finished in an amazing 10 hours. They were polite, hard working and organized. Jonathan was a great sales person and Home Solutionz was hired. He helped me try to match the wood in other rooms and I decided. The process went smoothly and deposits were made, wood and glue purchased. I was contacted by Nahn, the project manager letting me know when the installers would arrive and they were on time and precise. Max and Fabian did a great job and left the site meticulous. I only hope that all of my remodel ideas are executed as easily. Communication is the key to success and they have it.

These guys were fantastic. The floors we had installed came out great. They went above and beyond moving appliances out of the way and fixing problems rather than complain about them. Cant recommend them more highly. Alex did great work.

We then took our time to check the warehouse for more flooring options and we were able to find what we wanted. they came on time for the removal of old flooring and installation of the new. Everything was smooth and without problems... all the hick-ups were solved on the phone with the office on time...I love my floor and they did a nice work

From the first meeting with sales person to the tile setter to theproject manager and office coordinator it was a seamless process.They were able to work with my existing tile I had purchased and a job that had started in the bathroom and stopped at the hall. The installers at Home Solutionz are a great asset. Their work turned out beautiful!! They were on time each day, very respectful, and kept the working area clean. They explained things in a polite and easy to understand explanations. We were so happy with them we had to buy them lunch each day. Although the office management was great sometimes it took them awhile to get back to me. I’m sure its because they are busy. I will recommend Home Solutionz to my parents later this year when they get their flooring.

They told me what they couldnt do for me instead of what they could do for me. Thier minimum is 20 percent above competitors estimates. How would you feel about being brushed off. Its seems to me they cant preform all aspects by the fact of what they couldnt do. Best of luck that choose this company. Thier shortsighted ways lead to reviews like this. No one likes feeling like they aint good enough for thier services.

We are very pleased with the flooring installation. Pablo and his crew showed up on time and were very courteous and accommodating. They moved all the big furniture out of the h0use with care and consideration. Kept things as tidy as could be expected. The crew was very attentive with any concerns or question we had. The floor looks great, we are very pleased.

I have been in my home for over 20 years and, let me just say, had NOT done a lot to it! Decided to redo floors, paints walls, and replace kitchen.they gave me an estimate quickly, followed thru on my requests and did great work! the floors are fantastic and the kitchen a dream.

What a great job! Cosmin does beautiful work. I had rectangular glass tile installed on the wall in my bathroom with lots of small areas and corners.. not easy, and he made it look perfect. We were a little worried about using Home Solutionz because of some of the reviews we looked at on yelp. Make sure you look at the hidden reviews as well if your going to use yelp as a reliable source. We looked at all the other review sites and they looked great. It turned out to be 110%+ of what we were hoping for!! We selected Home Solutionz to remove our old floors and put in new Wood Look Vinyl Plank Flooring. The attention to detail was amazing from their sales rep, customer service, and workmanship! The people that came out and did the work were extremely professional, hardworking, and personable. We are very happy with the tile work they did in our shower. Took a little longer than expected because of plumbing problems but just a few days is all not there fault. The salesman Joe was great he kept in touch with us. The installer was wonderful.

If I could give a lower rating, I would.I called for a quote and have been hounded by multiple calls a day, multiple emails a day and even after I decided to go with a different company and TOLD them I picked a different company, the continued to call and email several times a day. Finally when they responded saying “they understand my position” they finally stopped contacting me. Not even an apology. They even had the balls to say if I needed them, I know how to reach them. Id never use them based on my experience just scheduling a dang quote. Ridiculous. Ive had less calls from spam callers.

We installed about 2/3 of the Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in our sons condo. I felt we needed a little more professional job for the bathroom and kitchen. I got 3 bids. Home Solutionz was the least expensive and the estimator seemed the most professional. The work started promptly and was qickly completed in a little more than one day. We were looking to have our spare tub enclosure overhauled and I reached out to 6 different companies. Only 3 bothered to respond, and only Home Solutionz actually came to the house and provided an itemized estimate. I received a call from Charles, I found him to be extremely polite, professional and thorough. Not only did he explain their process, but he also sent information about the company and a questionnaire to complete so they had details about what I was looking to have done.Jon came out and completed an estimate for me on site and reviewed it with me line by line. We discussed materials and options. The estimate was lower than one other company by half, another company by over a third. I should mention the other two companies did not follow up with me when they said they would, and along with their rather pricy quotes, I had doubts about their professionalism.I scheduled the work to be completed, and Jasmin showed up a bit early and worked like crazy. Setting up the appointment with Home Solutionz for the initial appointment was super easy and they were even able to get me in next day which was very helpful being that I was on a tight schedule. Joe our consultant was friendly and very helpful. Home Solutionz brings the flooring to your house so you can see how it looks with your furniture and paint colors which was very helpful. It was so easy to select my flooring because they had a website that mapped the flooring into my room. When at my house I had them give me estimates on my tile and carpet. They offered installation 2 days later and the installation process was so easy and fast. They moved and replaced all the old flooring and furniture in our rooms. Can’t beat their lifetime warranty. My experience all the way around was outstanding. I would highly recommend Home Solutionz for flooring to my friends and family. Next on my list of projects is my countertops and I can’t wait to have my budget in order to have Home Solutionz come back!

I recently had a stone backsplash installed. The installer was prompt and very personable. He did a GREAT job. I would highly recommend this company.

Home Solutionz was the only company to get back to me about putting down laminate flooring in my house. They were very professional and we set up a time that worked well for both parties. The floor was installed well, however, when moving one of the closet doors, they broke one of them. We then had to wait five months for them to replace and install new closet doors. I understand that the size of the doors is unique, but it was difficult to get any information from them during this time. The lack of good communication while waiting for the doors is the reason for the 3 star review.

I requested a floor quote and Joe with Home Solutionz was there the very next day. He came to my home, gave a detailed background on the company, the process and addressed all my questions. We had a very good experience with Joe who did the estimate. The turnaround from the call to the estimate was very good. Joe had the estimate completed before he left and explained everything we needed to know.We ended up using another company but that was only due to price difference.

Definitely would not recommend. Tried to quote me $20 a Sf for installation of wall tile I had already purchased. Clearly trying to take advantage of anyone they possible can.

All I have to say is that my design consultant Dan Zmich was and IS awesome. Got bids from 4 different companies to have my carpet ripped out and tiles installed; Dan won my business. He was super prompt with my questions and requests for info and samples. He hustled quickly and made me feel like a top priority. Also, I referred him to my parents and they are getting work done through him, too. Floors are done and look awesome and already getting compliments.

Home Solutionz In Tempe did a great job on my Laminate Floors and was easy to work with, their installer did a good job and took time to keep the dust to the minimum. Charles in Customer service is great- if he didn’t know something he got the answer for me- also the selection is really great- there is something for everyone. Loved the customer service as well as the great selection and pricing - would recommend to ANYONE!

I requested bids from contractors thru Thumbtack and this company was not chosen. Over the past two years I received no less than 30 emails and texts even after unsubscribing and more than a dozen phone calls. They are very annoying and even after promising to take me off of their list they just keep contacting me.

Our installer, Martin did a great job. Our kitchen backsplash is beautiful! Communication and scheduling was easy and fast. So appreciate the job all of these folks did for us!

I contacted Home Solutionz to get a quote to install my supplied ceramic floor tile in my kitchen, bathroom, laundry, pantry, closet and 2 hallways. Carla, their sales rep came to our house and was wonderful and explained the whole process and the timetable and the job went flawless! Even Doug, their Customer Service Manager came out to our house to personally inspect the process and completion!We were SO HAPPY with Home Solutionz, We are planning on replacing the floor tile in our master bathroom. Home Solutionz is the company we are calling! THEY ARE FANTASTIC!Their personal touch and the follow up by Doug was totally unbelievable!We couldnt be more happy!

They over measure your house and then refuse to refund $2000 until 3 on your side gives them a call then all of a sudden theyre willing to refund $2000 for extra flooring that their sales guy ordered because be over measured the house. Make sure you measure your house yourself and then call someone to do your flooring. They take advantage of the rich not looking through an itemized billing sheet and over measure to charge more.

This was interesting... lets begin with the slight positive. The salesman (Tom Inman) that gave me a quote for my tile flooring was great. In fact he was primarily the reason I was ever able to reach the project manager (s). My project was supposed to begin Monday, July 6th but the workers never showed up between the given time frame of 9-11 am. I had to place several calls to find out what was going on. Turns out the crew that was supposed to come was sick. Ok, I get it during these times. The work began on Tuesday instead and it was estimated to be done by the following Monday. Throughout the duration of this project I never received one call to update me on how things were going with the exception of Dustin, one of the project managers, who called to ask a question pertaining to how I wanted my tile laid. The project continued to the following week. On Monday I called Dustin to ask when the project would be completed..he said Wednesday or Thursday. Meanwhile I checked on my home almost daily to see how the flooring was coming along. By Thursday, still no update. I text Dustin requesting an update in which he said it should be completed Thursday. However, all the tile had still not been laid. I asked for an update and did not receive one. By Friday, nearly 2 weeks after the project began, I had to place 3 calls to finally receive a call back. I phoned Dustin but did not receive a return call, or a text back from when I text him Thursday. Around 2 pm Friday, Dino called and reported that my flooring project should be done Friday night or Monday morning but he wasnt sure which. I asked him to call me by the end of the day to let me know when it would be completed. Dino stated that he would call but, If I forget, shoot me a call. Really?? This is your job. Im not asking for much other than 1. When will my flooring be completed? And 2. When can I move back in? Dino phoned me around 4:45 on Friday stating that the project would be completed Monday morning . Around 6 pm Friday, the installers phoned and stated that the project was complete and I could do a walk through Friday night. No communication!!! The actual installer did a beautiful job but left a huge mess with regard to the tile..haze everywhere. Also the contract says that they are supposed to put on a new wax ring for the toilet(s) and he did not, nor did he bolt down the toilet and I had to have a friend do it . On top of that, Dustin had the nerve to text me Saturday as I was cleaning the huge mess, to ask me to send pictures of the tile! But yet he couldnt do his job and return texts and calls pertaining to when my project would be completed. Absolutely ridiculous! I WOULD NOT recommend this company on any level whatsoever.

The installer was very professional, he was on time every day, and he takes great pride in his work! He always make sure my wife and I was satisfied before he moved on to the next phase. I constantly got calls, texts, or emails from all upper management staff asking if things were okay or if we needed to give them any feedback or had any concerns. They always kept all lines of communication open and was quick to address anything that needed to be addressed. The sales rep who came to our home also was very professional very courteous went over everything and complete detailed and double-check to make sure that the services that were going to be performed where exactly to our specification. Most importantly they gave us very very fair pricing.

I would recommend Home Solutionz for flooring work. They were very professional, punctual, high quality of work.I am also using them for painting on two of my bedrooms.

Sales guy was great at selling, thats where the customer service stopped. I left several messages for the project manager before and after the tile installation. No response. We were told they dont sub contact the work, have their own crews, which is not true.Got an email the day before install that JMB Designs would be doing our install, they had two 1 star reviews, still no call back from our project manager from leaving another message and no response to our email. Thankfully the tile installation went well, not that Home Solutionz had anything to do with that except the initial scheduling. No project manager bothered to even ask about our job much less put eyes on it. They billed up front so they got paid.Then just trying to get our baseboard installation scheduled through Home Solutionz was ridiculous. No response after repeated messages to the project manager. Outsourced call center said they escalated call to the owner and he would call and that didnt even happen.We had all of our furniture out of the house and were expecting baseboards immediately after tile but at end of the 3rd day after tile was complete when FINALLY a project manager picked up the phone, had to schedule for the following week, which again JMB did a great job.You pay more money hiring professionals and project manager to manage the job and that was a major let down. But, they add you into a drawing for a 10k remodel for every 5 star review that you leave for them though. Ha.

Carlos, the tile installer, did an excellent job on my master bedroom shower. He was precise in his cutting and installation and did everything I asked him to do. He even used two different grout colors and was interested in my being pleased with the job. I would hire him again to do tile installation. Joe, who came out to do the estimate, was professional and worked with me to give me a good price.

The paint contractor and team were great. The foreman was very professional, precise, and concerned at all stages of the project that I was satisfied. He had a great team. Finished the project as stated.

We emailed pictures of areas that were not done correctly to Tom and he agreed to have workers come back and fix the problems. We asked him not to send the same crew and he agreed, but one of the workers he sent was from the previous crew. They worked on some of the missing grout, and then spent several hours working on grout film that was over tile using some kind of acid. It was better, still was not a very good job.Some of the problems we found when they said they were completed; missing grout in front and back, a number of places old grout and caulking was left on not removed. On front at the edge of entry way, grout that was used to adjust for height was cracking. The blocks they broke were left half fixed.At this time, we thought that it was better to write off Home Solutionz and hire someone else to fix the problems that Home Solutionz left. We needed to bring it out to the public, with the intent that other people would not have the same issues with Home Solutionz. I have lots of pictures of their work if you want to see them.😠She contacted Tom and asked him to come out and inspect the work. He said no, that we were 51 miles away and it would take him two hours to travel both ways. This really upset my wife and she said that if this was the case that they should not have accepted the job.

We had a great experience with Home Solutionz. Our estimator/consultant, Ray, was outstanding. They worked us in sooner than they typically do, got our old floors demoed in a single day, the new floor installed the second day, and finish work done by late morning the third day. Installers were professional. The cuts on the floating flooring werent as even as Id like but the finish work covered all of it, so only I know the gap isnt uniform. We will definitely use them again on a future project we are planning. Thank you!

Home Solutions was very nice and responsive to work with. Joe Darger, the sales rep was very responsive to concerns or questions I had. The installer Pablo and his crew were terrific, they completed the job in two days and never once arrived late.

We did not end up using Home Solutionz as we had some strong recommendations for others from personal friends.But, I can say enough about the service provided by Joe. He worked with both myself and my tenant to come when it was convenient for her. He set an appointment, arrived on time, and was efficient in his measurements. He responded with a quote quickly and kept in touch. He was very responsive to my queoand concerns.I would have felt very comfortable using Home Solutionz based upon my experience with Joe.

Home Solutionz just finished installing laminate flooring in my home. They did a very professional and thorough job. I am very pleased with their performance and would hire them again.

I purchased the tile floor for my first floor and new carpet, the best carpet I had, for my upstairs. I checked with Home Solutionz first and I did get another quote from Lowe’s. It was really out-of-control price so we went with Home Solutionz. I had a great experience with my sales guy. He was very nice. The installation looks beautiful I couldn’t have asked for a better installer. I will be telling my neighbor who is looking at doing their floors.

In the beginning I would have given our project a 1 but after a change in management and crews I have wholeheartedly changed my score to a 5 in all categories thanks to Scott and Jose’ correcting and finishing the job of tiling our bathroom remodel in an artistic and professional manner. We love our bathroom and the tile is what makes it great! Thank you!

Joe was very professional and helpful with giving me a quote for our kitchen backsplash. He took time with me and answered all questions. I would highly recommend him and ask for him by name when calling Home Solutionz.

From start to finish this company was not very good to work with. They did not do the job for starters they subbed my job out. The company they hired was late and did not show up the 1st day. The installation was done very sloppy and messy and the floors were not prepared properly. I have uneven floors, floors that are not level, we have lips, trips, cracked, chipped, and hollow tiles. Home Solutions sent 2 of their own employees out to see job 2 separate times and both of them admitted to the errors and both stated the floors needed to be removed and completely redone. When the owner of the original company Home solutions came out to inspect he said they were fine and nothing was wrong and he did not want to do anything to help and fix the issues. I am waiting on the ROC to report back with their findings. We will see how this all works out..... Not sure if they do good work, couldn’t ever get them out to our house. They came out for a quote and took half up front with no problem. When it came down to doing the job they asked to reschedule, we refused. Then on the day they were suppose to install the tile they NO SHOWED. Nobody ever called and explained what was happening and nobody would return our phone calls. We waited around all day (took work off) to find out they weren’t coming. They wanted to reschedule us with the same installer that no showed...didn’t want to risk it happening again so asked for a refund. Getting your money refunded is also a headache. I will give Dan some credit, since he was the only one who cared about our situation and gave us the initial quote. But honestly save yourself the hassle, go elsewhere!

Carla came out to give me a quote for flooring. I was expecting to get a quote within a couple of days. Over a week passed by and I still didnt hear anything. I emailed Carla and tried calling but was still unable to get a response. Its been a few weeks now and I still havent heard anything. Very unprofessional. Dont waste your time with this company, particularly Carla.

We selected Home Solutionz for a large tile job. The job hit a few small issues due to some unforeseen circumstances, but as soon as the manager doug found out about the problems, he could not do enough to rectify the situation. The floors are amazing and I would absolutely use them for my next project. The installers were professional and cleaned up each day. We did have some dust throughout the house, but after a good cleaning the house looked great. I appreciate all the time they spent with my wife to ensure she is happy. Happy wife happy life :-)

We had an appointment with Jordan Darger, he was punctual and professional, spent some extra time explaining everything that was needed for our upcoming project. We look forward to working with them for this project and future projects also.

Quality Painting was the third licensed company I checked out. Their cost was about equal with two of them, $1,000 less than the third. I was allowed to update the original contract with additions that occurred in first couple days, with no increase in original price. Not only did they paint the house, but did things I wasnt even aware of. Such as holes in the roof when plywood was replaced. The holes couldnt be seen until primer coat was applied. They filled all holes with caulking, re primed, then two coats of finish color. The workers attention to detail and correction of problems is first rate. Later this year I will have Quality Painting cover the block wall around rear of house.

Great communication. Plenty of emails for confirming details of installation. Timely response to questions and thoughtful installers/project managers. Recommended them already to family.

Amazing job on my exterior house painting! They took pride in painting my house and it shows. Very happy!

I had them install 500 SF of wood floor, three steps, and level the floor. Initially I thought he would have to install self leveling concrete, which would have cost $650. The installer walked into our living room, walked around for no more than 5 minutes and said, I can feel a high spot here, here and here; and instead of leveling with concrete, he said that he could just grind down those spots to make level, which was a fraction of the cost of leveling. He finished the balance of the job in a couple of hours and it looks great. I was so impressed how he could quickly evaluate the situation and then come up with the most affordable and best way to complete the job. He made it look easy!! For what they charge and how much better they can do than most homeowners can do themself; you want to hire this guy to do your floors - its quicker, easier and you will save money.

Called 2 weeks ago and still waiting for a call back. Several floor pieces are in need of repair.

The Home Looks Great! The Installers did a Fantastic Job!

Was given this lead via Home Advisor for a painting company. The guy I gave a bid to took detailed notes on all my requests for having my home painted. I later learned that this company subcontracts out painters who are just learning or getting into the industry. I ran to the grocery store while the man and woman were painting the house, and while I was out they called to say they had finished. I got home and realized any requests made to the company were tossed out the window and disregarded. I called the company to ask when someone would be out to look at the mistakes and was told by the ‘production manager’ that he wouldn’t be sending anyone out to even look at the job. This company wants to get into the house painting business but they should probably stick to tile setting, and take some lessons in customer service.

The project went well. Angel was great. They confirmed the appointment 6 times the day before and Angel showed up 2.5 hours earlier than scheduled. The project ran a day longer than planed due to a labor shortage.

Spoke to Joe about doing carpet install but decided on vinyl instead. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Price was much lower than the big warehouse stores and better quality. Plus they offer a longer warranty as well.

Absolutely horrible company. They quoted me two days for tile in two small bathrooms. Job was scheduled and half paid upfront. They call day before job was to start and reschedule. No biggie? I make it work.Day of job? No one showed up until 1221pm. My two day job is now three. Management? Non existent. Three requests for them to call me. Twice by phone and now by messenger on website.Bad customer service. Clearly management doesn’t care about the customer. Website says they return every phone call? Has yet to happen to me. Skip these guys.

I used this company to install carpet in three bedrooms. They were on time for both the quote and the install. They were professional and courteous and even cleaned-up the carpet fuzz with their own vacuum. I would recommend them and intend to use them again on a future project.

Had Brandon come by and he won us over to hire this company. It all fell apart from there. We had 3 days to get this done. 1st day they removed our carpet for the following 2 days to lay tile. 2nd day no one showed up in the 2 hour window. I called in and spoke to Kristen. Kristen at first couldnt find our account, then said, she would call the installer. 1 hour goes by and she called back saying she couldnt get ahold of him. She did say she brought this to her manager. In my opinion, he/she should have called me to explain this situation and to reassure me that the job would get done, not Kristen. I do NOT recommend this company for any service they offer.
