I tried to like it since theres a lot of hype around the Bosa name. Our donuts werent that great (and the selection was poor, they were out of most classics), the smoothies and Thai tea were made from powders that was so artificial, it changed my tongue to a bright orange for hours, and the customer service was lacking to top it off. When we entered, there was no warm greeting, we were stared at as we tried to decide between whatever was left in the display and despite my best efforts to be friendly and smile or say courteous things, it was like talking to a wall practically. I guess thats why no one was there in the middle of the day on a weekend? Id rather go to a different place where I can rely on consistency and quality and at least get some semblance of customer service. If I have to, Ill get donuts from here again, but definitely never ordering a drink again, thats for sure.

I love this store, the staff is friendly and the tarro with Boba is soooo yummy 😋 I get extra Boba and have them make mine with coconut milk. I tip well and enjoy the consistency in the drinks here. I personally am allergic to donuts but my family enjoys their donuts, and breakfast sandwiches.

Our first experience with BoSa doughnuts, and it was incredible! They had my favorite type of doughnut made any way I could dream of! It made for a great dessert. Also ordered the Green Tea Smoothie, which was refreshing. We will definitely be getting BoSa next time were craving doughnuts, which doesnt happen so that often, usually when you crave it, it never tastes as good as the craving, BoSa however does!

We ordered a dozen donuts through the drive thru, they wouldn’t give me a straw or a spoon cause I hadn’t ordered a drink I guess…so stingy.

I bought a dozen donuts this morning and every single one of them taste like it was cooked in Old fryer oil. I absolutely love Bosa and we were so disappointed. I havent been to this location before to know if this is just a one-time occurrence.

This was not the general bosa experience. The tapioca pearls didn’t taste like vanilla and they use cheap cups with leaking lids (not bosa branded cups). The Thai tea was very weak and too sugary. The sandwiches were actually smooshed together to fit into a small bag and the bacon was definitely not cooked through. Super disappointed and actually shocked at the general quality.

Got two iced coffees and a doughnut. The doughnut was hot, fresh and delicious. On the other hand the iced coffees were absolutely disgusting. I just threw them both in the trash. The coffee tasted old and they both had way too much syrup put in them. When I say it was disgusting I mean literally it made me want to vomit. I will definitely never return there.

Quick, fast, and good donuts! Recommend over other donut shops. An assorted dozen is $10.82. Wide variety is usually available and coffee is great, as well. The line isnt usually too bad in the drive-thru or in-store.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. I asked for a blueberry donut and the one she gave me was hard so I asked for another one, which she provided. The problem is that she took the donut I touched and put it back for someone else to buy. It’s COVID why would you put something back that someone else touched for someone else to buy? The next issue I had was I ordered a milkshake that was not made correctly, I didn’t ask for a refund I asked for them to remake it and I was advised that since I ordered it that’s what I get and they will not remake it or refund it. Horrible quality and service.

Bosa donuts are the best; however this locations Boba was downright disgusting the last time I was there several years ago. Chunky ice and chewy day old (at least, maybe more) Boba. I complained to someone online and he said that he didnt own the Tempe stores. Country Club and Southern location is the best!

Had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through. There were two cars in front of me and I could hear the employees chat and laugh the whole time. Very rude when asked why the orders are taking so long. Caused inconvenience to many customers who were in line who had to wait 20+ minutes.

I love BOSA! More than just great donuts, I really like their bagel sandwiches and the fact their open late means this is my #1 go-to for amazing boba smoothies, early or late. Not a huge menu but you can tell theyve mastered their art.

Bosa is a very good donut. Good variety. Youre going to find something here that you like. Their coffee could be better, but its on par with your typical donut shop. Havent tried the boba - not my thing. Sometimes they dont have the donut you want, which is fine, but it would be a lot easier to accept if they didnt have a static menu of donuts. Id be happier if they didnt have say like a maple bar right then because they were instead making a special batch of maple bacon spectacular whatevers... but that never happens. They dont ever have anything really special like that. Still, delicious and hearty. Im a fan of the double chocolate. Buttermilk is pretty tasty too with a cup of joe.

I love Bosa Donuts! This location is a sweet spot. The owner every once in a while will add in an extra donut or put in donut holes to fill in the space in your order. Shes sweet and makes this location the best one around!

The donuts here looked pretty fresh and colorful, however I did not try them.Instead, I came to try their bubble tea. I would not recommend the bubble tea. It came out to be overwhelmingly sweet and the boba came out very hard to chew.The good thing was there was hardly any line and the service was quick and friendly! :)

Best ones are buttermilk. 10-15 seconds in the microwave makes them irresistible! Love how they carry seasonal flavors like blueberry cake and glazed.

24 hour great breakfast sandwiches! I reccomend the Boston cream doughnuts. They have croissants but you have to tell them you dont want it hot otherwise theyll do it without even asking. Watermellon smoothe very gross

Average donuts in a good way, very dependable and satisfying. Not pretentious in any form or fashion, exactly what you would expect from a local donut shop. The buttermilk bars are my favorite from their offerings.

The donuts are usually fresh so thats a big plus. And if i was just rating the fresh donuts i might even give this place five stars. The diet coke is terrible. Maybe they need to change out the syrup.The bathroom requires an access code. Which i understand the coffee place across the street does that also. But if you are restricting usage how can it be so gross. I almost passed out just washing my hands.Over the last few years i have had a few customer service issues i don’t know if it’s a language thing but I’m generally very friendly and i felt like i was being treated rudely. Today the older lady was very nice. But again with the language issue i didn’t bother trying too explain the that the side’s fountain was broken.It feels like a nail salon here. At least on the service aspect and providing bare minimum at most possible profitBut at the end of the day if you want a fresh donut this is the place to go. Fresh is rare in Arizona. So maybe I’m being too harsh with my review. I should appreciate fresh baked goods more.

The most delicious, fluffy donuts in the world. Perfectly glazed with a light crispness on the outer crust. Your mouth explodes with a the hint of vanilla, lemon peel and possibly crack as these are so addicting! I buy these for my team and they wont accept anything else other than Bosa Donuts. You will not accept anything less than a Bosa donut after trying just one.

Bad experience it seems like they are always in a hurry to take order but they take forever to get your order. Just to get the wrong order that I didnt ask for. I called to inform them about my order the said bring my breakfast back which I have a 10 hrs shift and inform they how was I going to take it back. I had to eat the breakfast because I couldnt leave my job that was going to be my breakfast &lunch and The least they could have done is tell me to come back and you can get a free on for the Inconvenience. Bad customer service.

Bought Thai ice tea which was watery with no flavor at all. Went back to buy donuts told my experience with the drink and the employee totally ignored my complain...

My buddy took us here one night because he knows I love donuts. They were pretty good. While we were eating donuts and drinking coffee he revealed a dark secret to us. Apparently, he became addicted to these donuts. Every night after work he would go through the drive thru and get a couple. It got to the point where the woman at the window knew him by name. She might have been getting concerned about his well being but I cant remember what he said. Hes better now. I think he has the addiction beat. Hopefully, this last trip didnt spiral him into some kind of relapse. All I can say is pray for him...

The girl at the counter was super rude, did not say hi how can I help you, nothing. She had a horrible look on her face as if she was annoyed to help me, a lady came from the back and didn’t address me either. I will never come back to this Bosa location there are to many to choose from for them to treat their customers this way. I always have a great experience at any Bosa but not this one! When someone is handling food that you eat, you would want them to be nice and professional!

Usually its pretty good but this past time I went the boba tasted absolutely nasty. It was warm and tasted like rubber. I couldnt even avoid it to enjoy the smoothie there was so much of it. I ended up throwing the drink away

If you have a coupon, it was about $12 for 18 donuts. They were fresh, and still a good selection at 7:15am.

The donuts here are wonderful! The staff is usually super friendly. The last time I was in here though I had a question about the ingredients in one of the cake donuts. I have an allergy to a certain cake donut ingredient and the woman either didnt know or just refused to tell me if the donut contained that ingredient. Obviously I did not buy that particular donut. I thought it was weird that they couldnt tell me the ingredients in their donuts.

Walked in lady at counter didn’t even say “hi”.Waited a few minutes ... still no greeting. So I said “I’m ready.” She didn’t turn around said” I’m cutting so you will wait.” Waited a few minutes. Then just walked out. As I was leaving she mumbles something. She was doing nothing when I walked in... no greeting then making me wait longer with no emotional reaction like she gave a damn. Never will go there ... they obviously dont need business.
