I called Medtronic’s 800 number and got good service. My “controller” seemed frozen and wouldn’t work. After following instructions to move the battery, the functionality came back and everything works now.

They always lose my information. Sent me products after Ive canceled twice. Their pump broke the first two months. Horrible customer service. Everyone seems to be dumb and untrained. They never know the answer to your questions. They just say its not my department let me transfer you. But it never seems to be anyones department. They dont even know their phone system menu options.
