Epic Systems set up our family room as a home theater in our new house, which was built in 1985. There are large vaulted ceilings with clerestory windows in this room. You might be able to imagine the wiring challenges on this project.They were very accommodating with using existing equipment we had and were in tune with what we really wanted in the system. No heavy-handed up-selling. Everything sounds and looks awesome and the price was right.Not only did they do everything as they said they would, they went the extra mile. There was a compatibility issue with the wireless access point equipment we brought with us. Rick ran out to get us replacement equipment after hours so we would have a good experience on our first night with the system. We got a quote from another AV contractor and I cant imagine they would have done this. I highly recommend their services for anyone who wants an upgraded experience for their home theater.They also connected us with a drywall repair contractor after the retro-wiring cuts were finished, who also did an awesome job and were priced competitively. There was no general contractor fee attached to that. This kind of integrity is rare.

Rick and his team did a phenomenal job on our home! Im not the most tech savvy, but I told him what features I wanted and he arrived at the solution (even though I found out later that my requested features were a little out of the norm!) Great service, great price no run around. As a single Mama I have to watch every penny. Not only were these guys professional and on time but they gave me a great rate wiring my surround sound and now instead of 5 remotes I have one and can run my conference calls through there and I look like a pro. Epic systems was great! The service was outstanding and they installed everything for us and we now have surround sound and a system that lets us watch TV and also listen to music. His work is clean and innovative. Also customer service is amazing. My son disconnected some of the system and Rick was able to come out and fix it fast without charge. I am very happy with our system. It is user friendly and works great.
