This auto shop has given me great service since I relocated here in 2016 when I retired. They are fair, honest and will work with you to give you the best price and service for your vehicle. The dealer for my Chrysler 200C charged me a very high price for some maintenance needed on my car and Alan did the same work for a very reasonable price that I was able to afford! Fair deal and good service. Professional and gave me a reasonable price on some big 16 tires for my old truck. I had checked the cost of these tires on the internet and they gave me what I am sure is the best deal they could, understanding that I was driving an old truck and didnt have money to blow. My daughter went there to get a flat tire fixed. They said they didn’t have any tires in the whole store. Amazing, they’re a tire store, it’s what they do. Also tried to convince her she needed an oil change when she just got one recently. Finally when it came time to pay there was an extra ten dollars on the bill with no explanation. The man seemed dumbfounded that he was called out and “adjusted” the price. Bunch of lazy scammers. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

AMAZING!!!! Hands down the most honest and reliable old school tire shop around! Believe me I have been down here for 3 yrs. Have been to multiple shops. I finally found one I can stay at. I have done business with TWA Firestone For over 20 years. They have done all types of repairs on my vehicles not only just tires but brakes. air-conditioning and other repairs. They do quality work at a fair price. But the best thing about TWA Firestone is that they’re honest.

I arrived with two flats and forgot to call my insurance company for approval to get them fixed or replaced. After getting home I called Easy Care and told I needed the tires and to have them looked at by someone. I got hold of the guys at Firestone who held them till I was able to come get them. When the time came Firestone bent over backwards to assist me in getting reimbursed for the repairs and replacement. I cant tell you how fantastic they were in helping me in my time of need.

Dropped in this morning because my tire light was on. They filled my tires right up with nitrogen and even sent me off with new green caps. They were super friendly. I think Im going to give them a try for a full service. I hear nice thing about them from neighbors!

I went to get an oil change Saturday morning they told me to leave my car key and call me when it’s done.. and the place called me 9mins before they close at 4:51 to get my car and it’s a 30min walk from my house and I didn’t get their voicemail till 5:10 when they close at 5, now I already paid before I left and their was no mentioning of leaving my car key somewhere I could get outside of the building or even a manager or person to call after hours. Now I have to wait till Monday at 7:30..

Great customer service!! After calling 50 places for a tire, I spoke with Alan at TWA firestone. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeble. Communication is such a rare and vital asset and this place definitely has it. He followed up with me quickly to let me know they got my tire in. The whole process was smooth and easy. He even did a follow up to make sure everything was going well with it. That is certainly a unique and rare find these days. I will be recommending them to friends and family without hesitation!! I bought new tires here. Though the tire pressure indicator in my car seems to be defective, and I stop by often to have the tire pressure checked, they are always helpful and great to deal with. The store is just slightly difficult to access, but with pre-planning it can be done. I only wish they made appointments.

They perfom good work here but their service advisors do not know a lot. They didn’t even know what a tire rotation was and they were confused why I wanted to do one on my girlfriend’s car. It’s just disappointing that you need to tell them how to fix your car. They also tried to sell us stuff we didn’t need when we got our service done.

I have relied on their service for many years. Reasonable cost, reliable work, helped me with discounts, sales and specials. Wish they had a loaner service for all day fixes but a rental place is close by. Thanks to Allen, Dave and Walter for doing great work!

I went in because a very peculiar smell started to happen inside my car. The team here all went to work and put their heads together to try to figure out the source of that smell which was sulfur like. They went so far as to have multiple mechanics work on my car to try to find the source. They did additional research and finally found out that the source was a gasoline that I had put in my car from a gas station and I had never visited before. At the end of the day the smell is going away with me adding gas from a familiar gas station back into my tank and that team didnt charge me anything for the efforts. They are a very good and honest group.

This Firestone does not honor my lifetime rotation and balance,I bought from Firestone.I dont know how they get away with the name Firestone. Go to another Firestone.

Total ripoff, price gouging. $90 just to tell you whats wrong and they wont even deduct that from the $600 in repairs they quoted for basically a tune up. Shamefull.

TWA rating is a BIG ZERO. I will never do business with TWA Firestone again. I do not trust them anymore!!! Took my car in to have the air in my new tires replace with nitrogen (dealership did not have nitrogen). I had nice stainless steel, Hyundai N2 valve stem caps on my car when I got there. I know, because I checked the tire pressure (due to the pressure fluctuating) right before I left home to go directly to TWA Firestone. They replace my $15.99 a set, valve stem caps with cheap, plastic $1.99 caps. When I inquired about wanting my original valve stem caps back, they were dishonst and said that the cheap caps were on my car when they changed out the air. If their employees are so untrustworthly that they will steal valve stem caps, what else will they do? They have lost my business due to theft and dishonesty.

The guys here at Firestone in Temple Terrance has been servicing my cars and trucks for some 15 years and I have had two new Dodge trucks and Two Crown Vics in this time span and i am here to tell you they are the best and have kept me running the highway for my work of over a million miles and never a mechanical problem . Repeated outrageously bad service. The communication within the shop is totally nonexistent.I dropped my Ford off in their lot two days before Christmas and told them Ill be right back in my rental car to pick up the presents that are in my car so dont move it yet. I came right back in the rental car and my car with the presents in it was locked inside until the 27th. I had to give people their gifts late that year.I was foolish enough to come back several months later, dropped the car off before going to work and said I need my brakes fixed. I even got an estimate. I came back after work and NOTHING was done. We werent sure what you wanted so we tried to call you, they said.Needless to say, I will never be going back there. Unless you write your wishes down and distribute copies to everyone in the garage, dont expect anything to be done properly.

Terrible place and the guy who sits at the front desk is very rude! I havent had a car issue in a while. Took my car here for a regular oil change and literally two days later started having power deficits that I NEVER had before! Come to find out they overfilled my motor oil--i had to go to someone to drain it. Also, today I found out that my transmission has way too much oil in it which they also over filled during the repair of my CV axile in back in October. They do not treat cars with respect!!!!!

Competent, competitive pricing, and they take pride in their work.Ive been going to this shop for several years now, and they have always done a solid job. Within the past 6 months I had two major repairs.First I had to have a recall part replaced at a dealership who then stated I needed another repair to the tune of $425. Firestone did it for $275.Second, I had to have a timing belt replaced, during which they found a crack in the oil pump. Because I have used them on a consistent basis, and was already spending $1,000 on repairs, they offered to replace the pump (parts and labor) for free, because it was a known design flaw and they had worked on a previous oil leak that may have been related.I wont say how much it would have been, but they did me a huge favor, and I greatly appreciate the work.

They wanted to charge me $119 plus a hidden $21 fee for changing drum shoes. and they wont let you bring your own part. its just drum shoes.

Horrible experience. The replacement part was priced $150 over all competitors. Firestone manager become highly upset, confrontive, and disrespectful when the cost was questioned. Service by auto mechanic was somwhat adequate. However, customer service was awful and retraining should be mandatory for this establishment. With services being overpriced, along with an insulting customer sevice experience, business elsewhere would be more beneficial. The manager suggested Goodyear. I should have followed his suggestion.

It has been good so far. Been there about 3 times now and they found a few problems that I couldnt find on my own. So they are o.k. by me for now

Took my car in to get the wheel cylinders fixed, older car and they took advantage of me. Broke my EGR tube and only realized after check engline light came on and it ran really rough. Never going back, wouldn’t have went here if it weren’t an emergency.
