I recently visited store to see about an upgrade for my phone. I was greeted by Stephanie a young lady and after one she wrote my password down incorrectly to get into my account she states she would send to my phone. I knew I didn’t give wrong password but nevertheless I moved forward in asking about my selections and pricing. She showed me two phones they had available one which was in the box so it was hard to determine if I wanted to buy that one. She then listed off the colors she had and when ask for a selective one then say she did not have it. I did say it would be better to see the phone and look through it as opposed to a box not being open. That wasn’t the problem. Stephanie showed an attitude and was nasty and rude while the manager sat right there. I am a grown woman, which was referred to this location being that my husband comes there a lot. This young girl through her fingers up at me walked away all due to me saying I would have rather seen what I was purchasing physically as opposed to showing me the box. As the manager to do absolutely nothing I thought his character failed. Customer service is not the same anymore especially when kids are running management. Not everyone whom come to an establishment are bad people. Treat people with respect . I would not recommend anyone to this establishment. Be aware

You can always get a great deal when you come here

I was excited to come and switch my phone.. they have about 5 or 6 phones that are supposed to be available to switch to there where only 2 and no cases in stock. Its like theyre open to accept bill pay. Case theres really no inventory..

8/24/19 at 10:05am - I go in there to see if they have a google phone as a present for someone and there is only 1 employee there holding her baby screaming and a little daugther that came out of the back door. She asked if she could help me, I was trying to ask if she has a google phone and she couldnt hear me because of her baby screaming. Yet, she wouldnt come any closer, she stayed by the door. So I repeated myself again but there is no way Im going to shout loudly so that she can hear me, that is not my personality. So she says she doesnt know what Im talking about. I ask if she has a google phone and she said no so then I left. That was a weird customer service experience. I wish she would have come out to the middle of the store to have a normal conversation. Anyway, please try to improve a little bit in the customer service dept.

Very helpful and knowledgeable Staff members here. Theyre not there to SELL but guide you in what your needs are.Chris, Jay and Vi had been there with whatever questions and concerns I have with Samsung J3 6. I had done my due diligence and finally upgraded to Samsung Galaxy J7 refine.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Since New owners took over, the store has completely been transformed. Store looks amazing, staff has great customer service and they have a great selection of phones and plans.

They say, “lightning never strikes twice (in the same place).” Well it did for me and killed my cable modem in the process.No internet access. A crappy phone with bad hotspot capability. And 3 back-to-back sales meetings the next day. Needless to say, I was a little crazed 6pm last night.The new guys at this Boost Mobile totally hooked me up. Chris refused to close the store until he fully tested my new phone and witnessed my new hotspot working. Thanks for that sir. Outrageously rude and dismissive. They have almost no inventory and appear frankly ignorant about the very products they supposedly sell. Amazingly bad experience.

I advise all customer that visit this location (9267 N 56 Street 33617) to check your receipts I was over charge $53. Always calculate your taxes before leaving this store. Shady!!!
