I would recommend anyone else. They fixed my screen 3 times in one year and each time I had to pay. The screen failure was never their problem. I’m 65 and don’t trash my phone. The screens keep separating. Cheap parts and cheap service.

I remember coming here back in 2015 when there is still a fresh store and getting my first iPhone from here now in 2021 I came and bought an 11 Pro Max for a really great deal coming from Abraham which is one of the best workers I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING OR HAVE ANYTHING REPAIRED FROM THIS STORE. They sell customer trade-ins as new and will repair your phones and laptops with aftermarket parts which don’t meet quality requirements. When a customer requests original, good working parts, don’t try to pass off trade ins and cheap repairs for quality service. They will tell you 3-5 days which turn into 3 weeks with no call. This is a step down from previous management and services offered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY unless you’re cheap and want to keep coming back. HORRIBLE BUSINESS WHEN IT COMES TO QUALITY.

WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. AVOID THIS PLACE. That was how I concluded my original review posted two days ago. However, thanks to the hard work, sympathetic courtesy, and persistence under pressure of Jasmine and Saber -two employees who are both ASSETS TO THE CELLFIX INC STAFF- I am more than willing to give a 5 star rating tonight. While subsequently dealing with the sudden arrest of a former employee (and the bookkeeping and inventory processing nightmare left in his wake), as well as the increasingly irritated inquiries of one particular customer (thats putting it nicely), Jasmine and Saber went above and beyond their job titles in order to make things right. Not only was I given a beautiful case and screen protector for my device, THE REPAIR WAS EXPERTLY DONE, SAME-DAY, WITH BEAUTIFUL RESULTS. Even the general manager reached out to me directly in order to see to it that I was absolutely satisfied before leaving the store, and to assure me that he would see to it the staff was retrained in effective communication, to avoid future issues.
