Their staff portrays extraordinary hospitality. Very caring and friendly environment. Listened to my needs and were able to get me what I needed and what I didn’t know I needed at a reasonable price. OH AND smells amazing and super clean.

Terrible guest service. I called and asked if they had any iPhone 13s in stock and the man asked me why I was calling about them. A little shocked by this silly question, I responded with, .... to buy one? The man then said that they keep all of their phones in a safe and that he couldnt check their inventory because the safe has a 10 minute delay. I guess Im just confused as to why he couldnt just, I dont know, check his computers inventory list? I gave up on the phone call after the 10 second pause after his response as I knew I wouldnt get anywhere.

Store Manager Nelson is absolutely GREAT!!! This guy goes over and beyond to make sure his customer is taking care of!!! I was getting the run around to return my phone due to an upgrade. Nelson made sure that I was able to return my phone and went the extra mile to supply me with the box and bubble wrap!!! All my future purchases will be threw Nelson’s store!!! Thanks Nelson!!!!

I was having trouble with my phone and decided to stop in to this location. Thankfully I was assisted by Avery Scott! He was able to get to the root of the problem quickly and was so kind to take the time to show me what to do next time so I don’t get in a jam again.It was a quick painless visit to T-Mobile. Bri was AWESOME with adding a new iPhone 12 mini to my account. I have been a T-Mobile customer since it was Suncom. The best thing about T-Mobile is their customer service, the knowledge of their products and their willingness to help with any problems either in person or on the phone with tech support or anything else. You cant go wrong with this company, in my opinion.

This location is always awesome. My phone initially would not transfer all my stuff over. I had some sentimental text messages from my twin brother whom passed a year ago. They allowed me to leave my phone overnight n worked on it. Those messages were transferred over. Im forrevrer gateful!!! Thanks so much!!

Wow awesome service! Tay takes his time with you without any pressure. I went their last week did not buy a thing but was treated like a million bucks. Today we went their and spent our money with them and was treated just the same. They will take their time with you explain everything step by step. Please if your in the area see this T-Mobile its worth your time.
