Incredible customer service! Tarek and Julio went above and beyond for every customer who walked through the door. We showed up 30 minutes before closing time and Julio still stained the wood we brought in with every stain choice we wanted to see, and spoke with us about stains and lacquers and finishes—SO helpful!! My paint was ten years old and they no longer made my type of paint. Great people go above and beyond! They helped me find one similar and looked at the chemical directions and matched it exactly. This went from having to paint a huge room to just doing touch ups. Thanks.

I bought two cans of paint for two different colors each and when I got home and took the cans out of the box they were carried in, I realized that none of the cans were labeled so I did not know which can contained which color. I also saw that almost all of the cans were damaged, of which I do believe happened in my care as the box was neither dropped nor hit on the way from the store to my house. When I started painting I realized the paint was very dark but I thought maybe it would lighten as it dried. It didn’t. The paint I was given for both colors was much darker than what I had picked out.

Sherwin-Williams associate was helpful and knowledgeable. When I need help with a project thats the place I go.

Absolutely rude people refuse to look up my address 4 paint colors that were used by Pulte Homes said that he is never heard of Pulte and acted like because he hadnt heard of it there was no reason for him to waste his time looking them up even though Sherwin-Williams provided the paint for Pulte Homes and that was verified by the manager currently representing our area for Pulte Custom Homes the guy I spoke with was named Chris and when I asked if the paint would match once I got home and put it on the walls he said something along the lines of I dont know maybe. I will not use Sherwin-Williams in Temple Texas ever again! Sorry for the lack of punctuation for this review I was so upset I didnt want to wait to get home so I use voice to text

Big box didnt have what we needed. This place had exactly what we needed.

Customer service is amazing. However for a store that sells remodel materials, the store is old,dirty and needs some dire improvements. Start with floors and ceilings.
