Never fails Jonathan is the best always quick to help or offer other options you may have. He is friendly seems to enjoy helping people. I havent met a someone so eager to help get your problem fixed,so if you dont want attitude like some other part stores go to advance they look out.

I went to six other stores first just to find a battery. None of them had it. One store even told me their North location had it but when I got there they couldnt find it. I called ahead, picked it up, and was on my way. Easy visit.

I always tell everyone to go to this Advanced Auto since a competitor built directly across the street from them. Ive always found what I need here, and never been asked if my Camaro was a 2 door or 4 door, like the other guys.

Batteries are extremely heavy for me, considering Im 77 years old, and I asked the guy at the front to help me. He didnt hesitate with a smile on his face. He held the door open for me and i showed him to my car. That day it was raining and he still changed my battery for me. He was very kind towards me. I asked him his name and he said Johnothan. I highly recommend his work and attitude. His service was greatly appreciated. We need more people like him.

Advance Auto is a wonderful place they are very helpful stop. They will even tell you that you can go online and order the same part that have the store and get 20% off have it delivered to your home or pick it up in the store 40 minutes after you paid for it on line.

Just want to say thank you to Autopart employees, I was there to buy a replacement battery, they offered to check the warranty of my current battery and it turns out I had the warranty got a replacement and they offered to change the batteries in a pouring rain thank you so much

Young guy not so helpful, so glad older fellow came by. A $25 fuse wasnt the answer and you cant return once you buy, older fellow said just switch with one the same size in the car and see if it works. It didnt, the young guy would of got us for $25. And yes Im a back yard mechanic but if these clerks had any knowledge at all they would suggest interchanging first. I learned a lesson myself. Oh yeah look for the old timers theyve got a couple tricks up their sleeves.☺
