On 10/22/21 I was visiting Terre Haute and my cell phone died. I took the phone to the local Verizon Store and was told the most likely issue was my battery and it could be replaced. The manager at the Verizon store recommended we go to this location for the new battery. When we arrived I told Cory the problem, he checked his inventory and ensured he had the correct battery and offered to a replacement in about an hour. However Cory then went further and asked what type of charger I was using. I informed him it was a standard charger. Cory then took my phone to the back and attached it to a fast charger, and the phone began charging. Cory informed me that the issue was not the phone, I just needed a fast charger. He could have replaced the battery, however he went the extra step and saved me $$$. Thank you sir.

I needed two special batteries for a security system (backup power supply). Called the local store. I was informed that they had the batteries in stock. Very good customer service on the phone and in-person when I picked up the batteries. I thought the price of the batteries was more than reasonable. I was also some what amazed at all the batteries and service they provide.

Highly recommend!! Staff were very friendly & helpful, my phone was fixed within an hour (lcd display replacement), and the price wasn’t ridiculous! Definitely worth it & I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get a phone repaired from here on out.

I did not know I had purchased lifetime replacement on my watch battery last time it was replaced. When I went in today they changed the battery at no charge to me. It took only a couple of minutes and the service was courteous.

He said it would take about 20 minutes and it did. Very nice, polite and friendly customer service. Didnt know they had this service. I also didnt know they have a section of specialty light bulbs for everything you can imagine. Highly recommend our local store. I also dropped off all my dead batteries for recycling, which is very convenient!

I was passing thru Terre Haute IN. My Wife and I stopped into Batteries plus to purchase a universal power a/c adapter. After we purchased it and tested it out in the car we discovered it didnt work. We figured it was something with our car because the cabin light was out. When we attempted to return the adapter Austen, the Manager, kindly volunteered to check out our car to find the possible issue. If I could give 10 stars I would, I broke my charging port on my Samsung S4. I have two batteries so I can charge with a dock charger to get by until I figure out the ends and outs of upgrading my corporate phone. The insight I was given was priceless. The Verizon stores and such really need to up their game. Both gentleman went out of there way to answer all my questions and I had many:)

I ordered a tractor battery online for store pickup on 6/6/18. It was charged to my credit card on 6/8/18. I still dont have the battery (I was told it was not in stock in the store and would have to be shipped to the store). It is now 22 days after the order and no sign of any battery. Bad policy to charged card when item has not been picked up or even shipped to store. Il give it another week. Last time I make the mistake of ordering from this company.

No option to give 4 and 1/2 stars. very speedy key fob reprogramming. 100$ for a brand new very responsive key fob? Hell yea!!! beats the scamming dealerships 250$. only complaint is it was a used Unit i got. i new from the beggining i was being sold a used unit and that is kind of discouraging we will see the logitivity. also didnt have the oem leather strap on it instead had a cheap key ring that i spent 3 minutes getting off.

Do not use this place for your phone repaired. They will use the cheapest, junk parts so it continues to break. Warranty is garbage they will not uphold it for whatever reason they chose not too. The manager also has very poor customer service. Shes all attitude with if luck an 8th grade education. Go somewhere else!!!
