It is a nice store and wasnt busy. I was quickly helped and given much information as I am considering changing carriers. I hope all the info I was given is correct as when I left and began researching a phone Im considering the information I found on the web regarding the current sale appears different from what I was told in the store. Ill have to call and see which one is accurate. Overall a good experience with professional staff able to answer questions quickly.

I have been a customer of this location for more than 20 years and today I had the BEST experience. I was NOT happy when I walked in, but Aaron was patient and empathetic and actually HEARD my complaints and concerns. He was genuine and I greatly appreciate his advice and guidance. I would gladly award 10 stars if I had the option! I look forward to my next purchase because Aaron gave authentic feedback on my interests. For the first time, I did not feel as though I was pushed into getting something that I dont actually want. When I finished...in less than an hour btw...I left happy and actually laugjing.Thanks a million, Aaron for providing exceptional customer support!

Aaron, the manager is the best. I had what I thought were major issues but he assured me that when he changed a few settings and ran a few diagnostic check that all would be well, and it was. I have been a sprint customer for the better part of twenty years and since Aaron became manager I dont dread having to go in for a customer service issue. I had a great experience at my sprint store today!

It takes awhile to get waited on because they are always so busy. But once you get to see someone they are usually very helpful. My husband has been in there several times with different issues and he has had good customer service overall. Having the products on display makes it easier to buy what you want.

Horrible customer service. I went in to pay a phone off and rep applied it to my bill. Which actually didn’t show that it was applied. I went back in the store to express my concern and rep lied and said it will be applied within an hour. Hour later no changes were made. I came in today and they told me to call customer care because it is a system problem. I called customer care and stayed on the phone with them for hours only to be told they will refund me the money I paid to pay off the phone. So now we are waiting 3-5 days for the refund. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE A CUSTOMER WITH SPRINT!Also my bill went up after I had already paid a previous phone off.

I’m giving my actual experience with the employees a 3/5 because they were helpful to me and I never had a problem with them. However, Sprint is the absolute WORST company I had ever had the displeasure of being a customer of. Absolute lies and money grabs. Switching providers seemed easy enough, and they haven’t tried to charge me with any ridiculous fees but from the moment I started a plan with them I was lied to and taken advantage of. Was never able to pay my phone off and was charged extra a month for not renewing my contract or spending more money to upgrade. $130 for ONE phone that I had for almost 3 years, way too long. Also the service was garage. But no more.

Came an hour before closing to get a new phone. They couldnt wait to get rid of us and the guy went out of his way talking to previous customers so we would obviously leave. Ended up at Best Buy!

The customer service is iffy. Sometimes they are awesome and helpful, sometimes they seem rude and stuck up. The accessories are very over priced but you can pay them out over your phone bill. Its a 50/50 chance of what youll get.

Not bad good location but if someone would have thought about the traffic flow it looks like it will be a fight to stay alive look at Verizon easy in and out but slow as molasses in the winter to get anyone to move but i digress.

Knowledgeable staff. They slow down with 3 or 4 customers so can be a good wait. They ate good at pushing into another service and accessories. Be sure and know what you want befor you go in....

Very careful in the store. Do not trust the employees or the manager because they try to confuse you and make you sign without reading. They explain something to you and they make you sign something else. Do not trust the employees just want to sell and them it’s up to us poor clients to solve the problems. Reminder the problem is not spring company the problem is the store and the employees in this store

Texarkana Sprint store hooked my wife and I up! We both brought in unlocked phones (at different times) that needed sim cards for activation, and after a short wait they had us up and running. I was dreading having to go in but it ended up being a hassle free experience! Win, win.. WIN!!

I actually used to work at this location back when they had service techs. I was able to tear phones apart and help people. Not to mention working with one of the best Sprint crews to ever grace the halls of a retail location. Gary, Tee, Gabrielle, Bryan, Chase, Termaine, Micah, KB, Marsha, I still miss those days.

My husband went to pay my bill and we got there to pay and we find out that we were charged for 2 phones lines 2 activation fees and was told it was going to be waved had to call customer service and they didnt want to do it and my husband still complaining that the bill is to high did without this long

The associate that was assisting us was very rude and did not want to help us solve any problems we had at all. She was impolite to us and the representative that was on the phone wanting to talk to her. If I could remember her name I would file a complaint.

So I walked in today and was thinking about upgrading my phone. They where very slow one guy I guess was going on break and the other lady was just standing there talking to a guy while I just stood by the phones and waited about a total of 20+mins . When she got done with him she came over and asked how she could help me and i said im thinking about upgrading my phone and i told her which one and asked how much will it cost a month because there was no monthly plan prices by them. Just how much they where and i wanted to know about a specific gb and she said she would have to look at my plan. I said ok and she never offered to look or even tried to offer me any real assistance which i feel was very rude and if there was another sprint store here I would never go back to this one after that. I still might not i might drive 2 or 3 hour to get better customer service .
