The service at Russell Cellular was great. My representative, Jessica, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She went out of her way to help set up my new phone. Everyone at the store was friendly and they made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this store.

This was the quickest Verizon visit EVER! The young lady who helped me was very thorough as well as proficient. She went over everything with me, gave me discounts accordingly, activated my new phone and even put on my tempered glass and case and I was in and out in 30 min. Tops! The ladies were so funny and made the environment relaxing and enjoyable. I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and this was by far the best customer service and care I have ever had! Way to go Russell VZW!❤️This Okie will definitely be making the trip to go back for all my needs

The Verizon corporate personnel don’t seem to be very helpful. After my phone began having problems (I was dreading getting a new one), I tried an authorized retailer instead of the corporate store. Russell Cellular had the best customer service. I was very pleased to say the least.

Great service and very nice Reps! Acealyn helped me by explaining how much everything was and the different plans as well. She was awesome but was out when I decided to go back and get my new phone so Ken helped me and was as sweet and nice as her. He was quick and to the point about everything and I highly recommend him to anyone with questions about APPLE. He is a genius is my eyes! Thanks Verizon for such awesome workers!

Our experience with the sales rep Ken was most pleasing.We are retired and not as knowledgeable in the hi-tech world as many of today. He was soooo helpful, patient, and explanatory of all our questions and concerns.He caused the often confusing challenge of choosing a new device and the required information exchange that process entails to become simple and enjoyable.

I worked with Ken the guy was very sharp! He took care of my upgrade and transfer and knew a lot about APPLE. Quite possibly, one of the most pleasant cell phone experiences to date! The guy needs a raise, he expressed interest in how I used my phone and service which you don’t get much of these days with contracts it’s just buy this buy that and skip on outta here. Will be back with all of my Verizon stuff now I Will drive an hour just to work with this guy. Gold star type of service, wish I could’ve shaken his hand but with this mess goin around hopefully this will show much appreciation for the time and effort

The experience I had in that store wasnt very good . They didnt explain everything like they should have in my opinion its better to go to the main office on saint Michaels drive. You definitely get better help.

My new phone had added about 2100 extra contacts, most were unknown, technical support suggested that I go to a Verizon store. Since their troubleshooting didnt work, I searched reviews for a local store with knowledgeable associates and thats just what I found here. Im so grateful my problem is solved!! Thanks again!!!

Purchased the Verizon MiFi modem on contract for my house but turned out signal was not stong enough to work. Returned to store and the staff handled it in a nice professional manner with refund, etc. Hated that the product did not work but would go back to store if needed for any more needs. Would recommend to others for good professional service. Thanks

Worst store in town to by from bunch of lying crooks heard they was going Bank Reps .

Although my needs were met and Im satisfied with my device....they need more than one person in there. Be prepared to wait.
