I never get the emails they claim theyre gonna send...

I brought A pair of Jordan flights From this store 2 months ago When I purchase the shoe And left the storeI noticed the sway was like melted but like crunched up so I took them back I paid $135.00for that shoe for I have to wait 5 to 7 days for the shoe to come in I should got a pair right there but the sale person lie to me and said that was the last pair but my friend brought the pair same size a half hour later.The sale person almost miss a sale for lies.Stop the lies.

This store is AMAZING the staff really tend to you even when they are very busy. Great customer service

They do not respect the military and they do not honor their word, they say they give military discount...but every time I buy something from them they never give it to me for some excuse...Ive probably missed out on a military discount 10 times. When I ask them if the manager can override that she (the manager) says, no because people are getting fired for overriding the system and honoring the policy for military to get a discount. Does this make sense to anyone else? Why lie and say they honor the military with a discount then dont give the discount. I wont be back. The service sucks...waited 30 minutes because they couldnt find the other shoe to the pair that my son wanted. Then dont even get the discount.....again.

Brea isnt a good person for customer service didnt like her attitude. I wont purchase from there while she is working, she has a bad attitude,ig she wants to be tough lol SMH
