Amazing who business are willing to represent their companies in Texarkana. By a mile the worst customer service in the country. And not just here but by a lot of businesses in Texarkana. The staff at this location are always friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I want to give a huge shout out to Yvonne, she provided an amazing customer service experience today for an interaction that took over 30 minutes. A+++

I just left this location. My friend and I were shopping in the store and as soon as my friend (of a different race) were separated to look at different items, I started being followed as I was shopping. My friend was not. I am extremely offended by the silent yet OBVIOUS accusations. I go to work everyday to buy the things I want. The prejudice of the situation is beyond unacceptable. Do better.

Long wait to get something bound. Employees were nice, but just TOO long of a wait. 1 person was in front of me, and once she left, I was next & still waited for quite sometime.

Went to get copies made and a photo print. Gal behind counter was rude and pretty much refused to help me. She said email printing was all I could do but didnt have email address. She was almost in a lethargic state.Will never return to this store and will tell all my friends to avoid the placeIf gal was my employee I would have fired her on the spot.Terrible!! Cuatomer service!!!

Citi bank and Office Depot are scamming the people by saying there was a no interest claim and then 6 months later they added over 50$ worth of interest on a credit card that has never been late in payments doing a “pandemic” Citibank is a fraud. They have an F with BBB!

Let me first start by saying that this is okay to go to. My experience was just ruined by Constantine at the copy/print station. I know my request was a little more complicated, but she didnt even ask me details. I said I wanted some tags a third the size of a basic sheet of paper copied. She took my papers and I just assumed she would ask for details as she worked. Nope. Got copied front and back. Was going to cut them myself and then I realized they were positioned where I couldnt. Asked her to start over and she was going to charge me $3! Laura took over and she was so much more helpful and she didnt even charge me. So basically, Im saying this place is good. Just dont ask for Constance. She probably thinks Im the awful person for complaining, and she may not even get reprimanded for it. I just thought I would warn anyone that goes here. Laura was the reason I didnt just give one star.

The lady working at the business desk not only could not correctly scan and send two emails correctly, but when I corrected her error was very rude, told me it was my error and walked off. One was a confidential incident report, need to know only. I notified the manager, who was most gracious and apologised. Hopefully he will retrain this individual in paying attention and customer relations.

Ordered a print job online and told it would be ready by 7pm. I show up at 8pm, wait online for 30 minutes, when someone finally acknowledged I was there they told me my order wasn’t ready. The next day I get a text that my print order is now ready. I go in an hour later, wait another 30 minutes to even be acknowledged, and then they can’t find it. They had to look up the order and reprint everything. No employee seemed motivated to help anyone.There has got to be a better place in town.

Bad printing, bad customer service, will not return

Usually have what I need, and they are quick to open another register, unlike some discount stores! The staff here is very helpful, always friendly. May not be the absolute cheapest on something (printer ink for example), but I will gladly pay $3 more to avoid going to Walmart! If you need advice/assistance with something there, you are in deep trouble. Save yourself the aggravation and go here first!

The employees are very nice and i was looking for some tools for my assignment. And the store manager was very thoughtful of being able to try out some things before I buy. Like the seats and some demo pens and such. For a starter business or office equipment and school as well. I recommend this place 100%

Been here a few times for a quick this or that in the copy center. Dont expect to be greeted, theyll get to you when they see fit. They dont plan for quick walk ins and frequently am required to wait an hour or longer for a project that takes a few minutes. I.e having a spiral placed on a 100 page book thats already printed. Takes longer to fill out the order sheet than to just do the bind. Wont be using them anytime in the future.

Wait to long. Only 3 employees available for assistance. 1 working in print shop, needed 2 on register. They did the best they could, no complaints concerning the people working. Under staffed

Ive been coming to office depot for like 4 years now, but the new manager is an a$$, very bad customer service and he actually told me that I have to go somewhere else to do some printing I was here Sunday Feb/9/2020 at 10 am trying to prints like 10 or more quotes/estimates for my business and I get treated like that!!! THAT NEW MANAGER, BAD BUSINESS!!

Standing here at the door waiting for them to open. By schedule that should have been 10 minutes ago. No one even moving in the store. Several customers have left already pretty aggravated.

Awesome service, awesome staff, especially Valarie, Yvonne, Chris and Jazmine!!! Valarie needs a promotion like now! She has demonstrated her abilities, skills and knowledge of job. Why isnt she the manager of copy print? Ive watched her work ethics for years and other customers that Ive talked to say the same. I say promote her now or give her a much needed raise. Valarie followed thru and delivers and she doesnt leave you hanging.

No one asked if they could help. The cashier did not ask for my account number. The store was well layed out and they had what needed.

This store is severely understaffed, employees not properly trained or willing to help customers. I dropped off an easy print job with a gentleman who was more concerned about getting his lunch break than helping customers. He told me my print job would be ready that evening. I decided to wait until the next day and called at noon to make sure it was ready. I was informed it wasnt done but would be by 2pm. When I arrived at 5pm it was still not done and the girl working didnt even know about it. She didnt know how to use the correct machine, kept asking a colleague for help but he wouldnt come help her. So I had to wait nearly 2 hours for her to figure it out.

Can always find good prices here for office items. I buy my price tags here. Always friendly and helpful.

I came here to browse the selection since I hadn’t been in years, I was surprised that I found a small section of “teacher” supplies. Such as work books and stickers, etc, and I desperately wish this selection was just a little larger! Other than that the experience was okay, we purchased a few things and the cashier seemed like he’d rather be somewhere else, can’t blame him though!

Great Crew in the copy department went in this Saturday and this pretty young lady was so nice thanks so much for your help.

From what I can tell this store is well stocked and I havent had trouble finding what I came in looking for. The bad part is that the checkout counter doesnt seem to be manned very often, so it may take a little bit to actually get checked out.

It had alot more in it than I thought I was not bad at all. Only thing is u can tell how great the Texarkana school education is. Got up to the cashier to pay for my stuff gave her the cash. Now here is where the education system was horrible in Texarkana it took here 5 min to take $15.00 out of 100.00 bill when the cash register even told her how much to give back what the hell Im saying to myself really its this hard to count me 85 bucks back. Maybe they need to get her to restocking or something I really hope it was her and not the education system

In need of plain white cardstock, I ran in here the other afternoon to see what choices were available. I am not pleased to report that choices were limited to only 3 products of packaged papers. Not a single one priced under $16.99 for 250 sheets of either 65# or 110# plain white cardstock. Im not sure why these products are so ridiculously expensive at Office Depot, but I am sure these are entirely unreasonable to me.We are talking about paper. Plain white paper, only the heavyweight variety. If we were talking about Nekossa Linen Fiber in cover weight, I still wouldnt pay that much for 250 sheets--or 500 sheets...I mean, give me a break. There are papermills all over the South, and most of them have plenty of trees planted exclusively for the purposes of their paper making. And, its not as if paper making is any newly created process.What justifies prices like this ($16.99 -18.99 for 250 sheets of cardstock in white) I do not know, but whatever it is, it justified my leaving without making any single purchase.Its not likely that I will shop here again, either. If markup on paper is that outrageous, I can hardly begin to imagine what the markups must be on everything else here. Good heavens!

I went in to get a document made. That was very easy and Destiny was very helpful. She gets 5 stars. THEN I wanted to check out the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. I have an iPad and Ive been interested in swapping. Heres where the problem occurs. Every tablet they have in the store is password protected to even turn it on. No one knows the password where I am. I ask one lady and she says she doesnt know and is going to lunch but pages someone to come give it to me but that person never arrives. Why a password to begin with? Im sure samsung would, not like this. So I never got to check it out.

Customer service at this store is horrible. I sent an item for a print and pick up, my online invoice said the order would be ready at 7 pm, but when I got to the store the printing had not even started.

They have what you need, if you want to pay 30-40% more than next door at Target or Walmart.
