Everything was good exept for the cashier Katherine she is so rude. Everyone there give me a smile but this lady was there and she get mad cause she was on a conversation with someone else and I have to pay.

I called to report a charge from this store on my debit card, to give them a heads-up so that they could check their video footage and be ready for the next time the criminal came in. Since I live in Florida, I knew the charges werent mine. I was told that it wasnt their problem, and that if the police came they would check the tapes then, but not before. I guess the staff member who answered is okay with assisting criminals with fraud.

The customer service in this store is about like the store conditions, just horrible! Ive been to a couple of these stores and this one is by far the worst one out of the few I have been to, not only is there items completely out of place, but stocked wrong as well, the oldest to the front people and the new behind the old, you rotate product not throw things in front of things thats going out of date, the lady who works the register not sure who she is didnt pay that close of attention was not only flirting with the type of language my children shouldnt hear for the most part from a person working the register, pretty trashy store but nothing that you shouldnt expect just by walking through the door! The worst experience in my entire life...so far...if my employees spoke to people like this I would immediately have stepped in and stopped this type of behavior! Completely unacceptable! Thankfully it isnt the only place to shop in town! if you ask me its a mixture of the wrong staff and the wrong management team!
