Best and quickest service I’ve ever had at an AT&T store. They even fixed an issue with my SIM card the same day, for free. Everyone here is awesome, but Zach is a bit better than David. He helped me out in my time of need lol

ITS A STORE! NOT A SERVICE CENTER!!! Sales Staff is awesome! But people are coming in and asking 1000 questions to and wasting an actual paying customers time! Had to wait even longer because people are paying their bills in the store!! Why?? They have autopay!! But the phone plans are affordable and can’t wait to get fiber in my new home.

If I could give this zero stars, I would.You see, I used to for Mobily (who owns this location and many others) and let me tell you a thing or two about this company. The higher ups would push us to always add these features called Next Up and Insurance. The Next Up is $5/month while the Insurance is $15/line per month. Now the Next Up is usually included in the quoted monthly bill price and thats how they sneak that on past you. The Insurance, however, is not.This is where the problems came in. Most people want the Insurance but there are a few who declined. For the few who declined, Irving Zavala (who is our DM) told us to ADD INSURANCE EVEN IF THE CUSTOMER DECLINED IT. Thats right, our district manager told us to LIE and STEAL from our customers just so his numbers would look better. But that is only the tip of the iceberg!Irving Zavala would often come to our store to help us but would spend the entire time on his phone! We would come to him with questions, he would hold up a finger and say one moment, and then sit and talk on his phone for an hour or longer just so he wouldnt have to help us. And the few times he DID answer our questions, they were riddled with false information. If we were asked about said information and then were corrected, Irving would immediately turn on us for not knowing the correct information even though we were going off of what HE told us! He was constantly pushing us to close sales and then would shame us if we didnt, even though the man has never closed a single sale of his own. He also lies and spreads rumors about underlings he doesnt like.In short, do not come here as a customer or a potential employee. Employees are encourage to lie and steal from customers while the employees themselves are run into the ground with the never ending line of responsibilities we have and are also encouraged to be dishonest and thieves, all at Irving Zavalas encouragement.

I was so impressed with Yoselen service she helped me through out everything, she helped me with my phone and explaining all that it does. So very grateful for her help. Thank you

I’ve been with AT&T since Hector was a puppy and now he’s a dog. Which mean a long time. So, I fell broke my iPhone screen on Thursday and Sunday still no phone. I’m upset frustrated at AT&T phone representative and manager . I decided to proceed to store and there I met the most helpful,polite,kindness,patience and mult-tasking person in my life. He tried everything possible to get my phone repaired. He called so many departments within AT&T and insurance claims to help with my phone damage. I really wanted to thank him for going beyond the call of duty yesterday. As frustrated as I was when I walked in the doors of store. After his concern in help me I calmed down completely. I want everyone to know this young man name DAVID O’NEAL.Thank you some much for your help!

Needed help with a warranty issue and they claimed there was no warranty when the purchase was only 5 months ago.They are more than happy to take your money but really uninterested in the follow up.When I called corporate I was able to get my issue taken care of without any issue just took several hours.
