They dont have a good selection of phones

Great customer service. Gave me honest opinion on phones and looked up specs on all the phones for me to better help in which one to get.

Both stores in Texas City are horrible. They have extremely rude employees who have given me wrong information on numerous occasions.Last time I tried to upgrade my phone and add hotspot both stores were so rude I decided to end my service with cricket completely.I asked for a General Manager to speak to and neither store would give me the information. I needed to contact him/her.

Scammers...I was told to go buy a Universal remote so I could download app and watch shows on TV...NOT TRUE.

They helped me transfer all my contacts and pictures to my new phone.

This is the only Cricket store on the Gulf Coast I will go to. They have gone the extra mile in customer service for me.
