The sales clerk Ebony was very helpful and good at picking out scents that agreed with me. She has good listening skills and actually cares about helping her customers. She was very patient and didn’t mind letting me smell scents I probably wouldnt buy. I ended up spending more than $100, and will definitely be back. I hope she gets awarded commission!

Unbeatable selection and prices! Also, the staff is always very helpful. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is because it is in a fairly small location - theres not a lot of space for the huge volume of fragrances they have, and during the holidays, it can be especially crowded! Still, a great place for perfumes and colognes!

Great sales and friendly AF assistant on duty. No pressure to purchase something I didnt want. With great product knowledge and complementary (that goes with, not free) product suggestions. Roll on fragrance dispensers of a scent I liked but ultimately didnt choose and body spray versions for throughout the day. Also, the simple fact that coffee grounds are available to cleanse the pallet shows experience in the industry. I definatly will be revisiting this location.

I went in a few weeks ago and bought perfume for my daughter and I. Best prices Ive seen but I was appalled at how unprofessional the manager was. Another shopper made a comment about Trump cologne and she went on to give all of the people there her opinion about her love for Trump with a smug look on her face. Im aware that everyone has a right to their own opinion but no one wants to hear that while shopping. Every customer just made awkward eye contact with each other and some of the other employees there. Does Perfumania not tell there employees to keep their comments neutral about such heated topics??

The company would not exchange even though they were presented with an unopened box of perfume and a receipt., I just wanted to exchange for something of equal or greater value and they would not do so.

They always have what I need.
