I like stopping in here to grab a few quick items, my dogs like the Heritage Ranch brand dog food. I find some good things on the clearance rack but its in a bad spot, right by the entrance/exit to the back warehouse. The produce section has disappointed me several times as the cut fruit always seems to be expired when I stop in. I have also only been helped my 2 employees ever. Not a good thing when I cant find something or reach it on a shelf. HEB can be better.

This is a newer H.E.B... The original H.E.B. was located further in town... This is a large store that is always well maintained... If Im looking for something fresh, H.E.B. is the place to go. There is convenient parking and the employees seem to always care and make sure youre not waiting in line...I wouldve gave it 5x stars but Ive applied at this store twice and received a second interview both times to be followed by a rejection email, IDK.. But it has nothing to do with the store performance, Good Job H.E.B. Employees...

Customer service was awesome had a young lady at the register who was real kind and helpful. Her name was crystal I also had a young gentleman who helped me with my electric cart I dont know how to drive and he helped me get the car going into the register Lane and help me unload. This happened between 1:15 and 1:30 p.m. on Friday afternoon August 20th. I just think you should know that yall have some wonderful employees

Love shopping @HEB everything looks so fresh and they have coupons to get items free if you buy same or another. They also have all their register open and the wait is not long. If you dont no where something at they have people @the front to tell or direct you where the item is located

The check-out lines move quickly. The staff are always friendly and direct you to the shortest lines. I love how they have the newest flavors of energy drinks and other flavored waters. The produce is always fresh and bright. The employees working the tortilla and sushi stands are amazing! My favorite grocery store!

HEB is a great brand, and they do a good job of standardizing much of their product, layout, presentation, etc. across locations. This store is a little smaller than many and had a narrower selection than some of the super stores you may have seen, particularly of luxury items like wine, craft beers, cheeses, fish, and fresh produce, as well as boutique dry goods. Still, a clean store with a regionally nice selection.

Love this store. Great Variety of everything. Try the sweet dream melon. Looks like a canteloupe wrapped in a net. Its very sweet and juicy. The yellow watermelon is also worth the try.

I come from Galveston just to shop here occasionally. Its very clean and well managed from what I can see.

I love the purses at the store is very reasonable and I gratitude if you go here you will love the prices as well please stop by if you can

Very nice store with many locals shopping here. I have read some negative comments about the quality not being up to par and that’s just not true. If you want to spend more money and be alone in your buying experience then go to target. If you want some good groceries at a great price will no snooty staff or customers then shop here. Good hard working people making an honest buck is shopping at this HEB and I am proud to be one of those.Even got a free wedding ring from the produce sectionThis is Mother’s Day weekend and HEB came through

I love this place has everything I need wish I had one in my hometown but Ill drive 10 mi to it lots of courtesy and politeness and prices there are awesome.

It was a pleasant experience and found everything I needed and saved 12.00.

Always a pleasant experience going into this HEB. It is a bit smaller than many of the stores, but it hasnt impacted the selection. Great supply of premade food, healthier options, and friendly employees!

It was not too crowded. I was in and out as soon as I found what I needed. Easy parking and flow of traffic was ok. Sometimes I feel rushed getting groceries after 10 but not so much at HEB Texas city.

Went to Heb this morning...checked ourselves out...very cold inside store...saw a reasonable pot of flowers which my husband bought for our neighbor...hope she loved them...great experience@!

Was stocked better than most Walmart stores. Love the different variety and quantities.

The store is good but the people are ridiculous. In the butter section 2 large females were sitting in the display. Chatting and texting with 2 others, completely blocking the area. Their butts were in the display. Wish I had taken a picture.

Probably the smallest HEB in Texas. Dont know why they did that but it does have some nice foods to choose from. Friendly staff. Parking lot small. ♿

Saw this guy helping 2 elderly ladies to load the groceries they bought here in H.E.B in the middle of the hot 🌞 as temperatures peaked at 102°F kudos for that guy it seems everyone has a way to show some kindness to others this is why i love H.E.B keep the good works guys

Love heb as always.. But make sure MR B ( dr pepper name of brand) mr B.. need keep replacement! Every time we buy it some of them are old soda.. Taste very bland! Wasted my money on them. I want them fresh! They probbaly old, shaked to much while in big truck delivery to heb. Just ugh! Please check date or old looks whatever. Stop give us bad soda bland drinks that taste very yuk not even bubbley or tastey real soda. Smh

In this grocery store, my partner asked me to purchase our needs. We like this shop because there is a decent variety of different things for them. Their workers are so helpful and compassionate. If you would like to prepare a fancy meal at home, this is also the best place to come. Among the rest, the best! Highly recommended to everyone!

Best place in Texas. Needs to be bigger for delivering for more jobs for people with anxiety so we dont have to deal with other people and we can still make money!

Ryan needs a raise. Lol. We asked him exactly where we could find pimentos its the most random thing that I think anyone could ask for. Not only knew The Isle it was in but and how far down. Would have given 5 stars but the meat section needed a bit of cleaning on the shelves.

Picked up a few things for the house. The associates are nice.

Low rank compared to other HEBs. Food and wine selections are pared down compared to other sister stores. Customer service is acceptable.

I use go in and shop and it can be a little crowded but there pickys are really good and love being able get sushi. I know just do curbside and i love it the people really nice and are fast and if you forget something there fast to fix the problem by calling right away and if you cant go back and get it the refund you right away i love it no more being overwhelmed with so many people

Love HEB but this location has limited baked goods. Today no fresh bread, rolls or hamburger buns in the bakery. No pies either. Love their meat.

I dont care for this HEB.My phone was takin from this store. I set it down on a Brisket. Seen the ribs and left it on total accident returned to the brisket and my phone was gone. Took it as a loss and maybe someone needed it more than I did. But the manager at the time was a a hole. Treated me as if I just gave my phone away. Didnt want to help me over the loud speaker on physically look for my phone.

Its a small place with not meat dept. It doesnt have much parking and just seems like not much of a selection. It is a smaller town and good location just not big enough and item location in store could be better.

Best heb Ive been to. It was Easter and there were a ton of employees, almost too manybecause you are almost running into them and having to say excuse me every 5 seconds. Nevertheless everyone was helpful and even had the buddy character walking around for the kids. one employee actually just heard me out loud talking about what I needed and he immediately told me what aisle it was on, it was pretty cool. And this place has the best cereal selection Ive ever seen for off brand and name brand cereals in giant bags! And they are only five bucks a bag! Maybe having to make more trips out to this heb even though it is far away

Generally can find what I need, but there is often little variety on the shelves. Prices are good which means the store is always crowded.

First time in this particular HEB but I wasnt very impressed. Went in for a cookie cake and they had 2 that were exactly the same. No options at all. Luckily the colors were boyish. But the container they were in were nasty. They both had saying sorta brownish sticky substance on the underside & top side. Had to get the less sticky of the 2. The gentleman that worked back there was very kind. Did a great job on the words to the cake and he double checked to make sure he spelled the name right. That I appreciated.

I love, love HEB been going there with my parents since I was a little girl. They have always had good prices.I even go to the 146 area.They have a bigger store.When I go home to Victoria, I go to HEB there too.

I absolutely love their vegetables here, theyre always fresh. I also love the fact that they have jars of sauce ready to go & all you have to do is add your meat 4 quick meals during the week after work. I absolutely in fattic Lee do not like the parking lot! Total nightmare!

Why post the signs if youre not going to enforce them?UPDATE:Its been a couple months since my original review. I decided to give HEB another try today. NO ONE HAD A ******* MASK ON!! It was even worse this time! I LEFT MY BASKET IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AISLE AND WALKED OUT.PLEASE 🙏 go to the Krogers right across the street- they have security guards to make sure people have one on when they come in and that they keep it on

I find HEB to be an awesome place to shop, and they always have what Im looking for. One stop shopping, thats what Im talking about. Cashiers and managers couldnt be nicer. The managers or other workers always say can I help you find something? Great store.
