Giving Jeff in the service department 5 stars. The guy is awesome. Have dealt with a few of the other guys from the service department and just wasn’t the same attention. I felt like the others couldn’t be bothered to help. Knowing these machines need plenty of servicing, if we do get another it’ll be because of Jeff’s assistance when it comes to service time.
I recently took my 3 series in for 1yr inspection. Jeff Whitaker kept me updated during the process & returned my vehicle washed & sterilized sooner than I expected. Not only are the advisors accommodating but their Service Mgr. Jimmy is always available to answer any questions or concerns I have about my vehicle. He even took the time to help set my temp controls. Thank you for a great experience!
Having lived in Australia, Belgium, and now living in the USA (always driving a BMW) this BMW dealership has been the best I have ever experienced. All credit goes to Christine (Service Advisor). Impressed with her true professionalism, communication, trust, and genuine caring of my vehicle. Recommend whoever goes to this dealership for a service to always ask for Christine.
After simply calling In to get general information. Bobby, in the service department answered the phone and not with the best of tone. But I proceed to inform him of the information I needed and he was suppose to transfer me. He then hangs up the phone and I called back multiple times he would answer and hang up the phone. Not only is that childish but very unprofessional and should NOT be in that type of working environment.I called back and select a different department and LOVELY Missy answered and the phone with the upmost uplifting spirit and I said to myself, THATS A BMW EMPLOYEE!
I took my X5 there for an inspection. Experience with service advisors at some other dealerships left me with a bad feeling. I am always nervous about a small job being turned into a massive job with a bunch of work that is not necessary. Christine in service immediately made me feel like I was dealing with a friend who would tell me exactly what was going on. She told me that my brake pads were good for a lot longer than the onboard computer said they were. I APPRECIATE THAT! Glad to have found her!
James (sales), Ronald (finance) and Christine (service) were all great people! They made my daughters first car buying experience pleasant, the way it should be.
Service reps lack the professionalism one would expect from this brand. Dropped off 540i for warranty work and was told that if I don’t return loaner that same day I will get fined. Had other off issues on previous visits. Customers service culture is that of Russia. Do not recommend.
First off, let me state that I purchased 3 BMWs within 1 years time and had all 3 cars serviced at BMW Woodlands. I was already suspicious of the fact of how often they tried to get me to change tires. At 12,000 miles of my 750I, i was on my 3rd set of tires on and on the 2nd set of the X5. and I do not drive aggressive. I dont put this blame on them, it was me that said yes to this, but just to tell you how they operate. With that being said, they pressured me into buying a tire warranty in which i gave in and purchased. When i brought that vehicle in, they did not catch that I had purchased the tire warranty and billed my credit card for $5600 for a new set of tires. Upon me catching this mistake, they refused to honor the warranty and now have stopped answering calls and emails.
Wanted to give a shout out to Christine for going above and beyond to give a customer what she was looking for. Thanks for your help and a good laugh.
Your parts are very much overpriced and their telephone employee and customer service is not very helpful.
Once again please to everyone do not go there to have service done on your car or truck. Mr Todd is a racist and we will be starting a protest against the dealership. In Honor of my mason brother. Mr Jermaine Brown. We are sticking by him for the way he was treated there.
I don’t think I can say enough about service advisor Honza Hajicek. He’s amazing and when my 535i had a major backfiring issue he went above and beyond to accommodate my inconvenience. It was late around 6:15pm on a Friday and I was on my way to a wedding rehearsal and my car went into limp mode. Luckily I was close by BMW of the woodlands. He was the last one there and immediately assessed the damaged to my vehicle and assured me that he would take care of everything. He got me in a loaner and back on my way to the wedding rehearsal in less than 30 min. This is the epitome of impeccable customer service and I can’t thank him enough for taking care of me and the issue with my car. I will only deal with BMW of the Woodlands and Honza for my maintenance needs going forward. You gained a customer because of this man! Thanks Honza!
Excellent service!!
Great dealership, terrible service. Waited over 40 minutes just to hear a bike for sale run. Mechanic apparently didnt know how to change the battery or jump start it.. Not sure. Left without testing the bike. Poipu
I took my 530 bmw that I need it to sell and theMechanics add up so much in maintenance issues even when the I already spent about $9,000. fixing it. I was only asking $4,500.,but They suggested I had to spend about $3,500. more in suspension and sensors. They are really greedy, I lost my sale because They discourage my customer.
Great service advisor.
Showed up at 7 AM for a repair that was quoted for ~$800. Arrived and, after asking, was told it would now be over $1200. 50% difference! Very unprofessional and a waste of my morning.
