I brought my vehicle in that had been displaying a low tire pressure light and told the guys there that we had filled the tire with air the night before and that it was again showing low tire pressure the next morning. The Goodyear guys looked at my tire and said it was fine and just need some air. Well, after waking up this morning, I discovered that the tire was flat. I had to have AAA come out to air it up so that I could take it to another tire place. The guys at Discount Tire quickly discovered a nail in my tire and patched it. Problem solved. This should have been an easy diagnosis and repair for the Goodyear team, but instead they missed it. Fortunately, I wasnt stranded anywhere or in danger with a flat tire on the highway, which could have happened. I will not be using this tire center ever again. I gave them 2 stars since the guy I talked with was at least polite. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They were able to take my car in the same day and finished in a timely matter. I’m very happy with their service and work .

Been using this shop for years and always have a great experience. Everyone is friendly and best of all Ive NEVER felt pressured to do unnecessary repairs. Theyre always honest and will tell you what can wait or if what you had a question about is doing just fine.

Brought my car in for a a/c diagnosis and even though they couldnt figure out the issue they didnt try to throw parts at it and waste my money like other shops in the area. Spent 4 hours looking at it and theyre not even charging a diagnostic fee because they couldnt find the issue. Would definitely return.

The one star isn’t even deserved, I went to get an alignment, one of the managers tried to charge me 125 dollars OVER, after I paid for a warranty. They didn’t notify when my vehicle was ready to be picked up, and my alignment got worse. My wheel now PULLS to the right; and my steering wheel is LOPSIDED. I called and asked for a statement explaining the work that was put into my vehicle, and the worker laugh and said if I wanted an invoice I would need to pay for one again. ANY other Goodyear is amazing, with outstanding customer service, NOT this location. One of the most disrespectful, disgusting experiences I have ever had.

I simply cannot say enough good things about this place. Dave and Danny don’t beat around the bush and are always done with the work within a day, two days tops. They are both very kind and easygoing people and their mechanics know what they are doing. Never had an issue there, plus the waiting area is comfortable with a water dispenser, big screen TV and lots of magazines. Go see Dave and Danny, they will take care of you and your vehicle.

Ive been bringing my cars here for 10 years (inspections, batteries, tires) and have always received great service. This a.m. I took my car in for a slow leak in the tire. They took about 10 minutes to find the puncture, plug it and have me on my way. Great service.

Beware of the guy at the counter with long hair. He is always in a bad mood and hates his job. He actually YELLED at me after I asked some questions and I am not exaggerating. How rude and disrespectful. He needs to leave his problems at home!

Visited this location on two occasions. The first time was to have a battery replaced on a 2013 Ford Taurus. Dave was at the front counter and was very rude and acted like he would rather not have my business. His customer service skills are basically nonexistent. I decided to give them another chance and went back months later for an oil change. Encountered a younger gentleman at the counter and he was very pleasant to speak with and had great customer service skills. Upon mentioning my previous visit the comment was made that yep that sounds like Dave which in a business setting dealing with customers should be considered totally unacceptable by store management/ownership. My 19 year old daughter visited this location today for a safety inspection and was treated by Dave in the same uncourteous manner. Aggressive and curt like he was having a bad day, which apparently from other reviews is about every day. She quickly decided to leave due to his behavior without allowing any work to be performed. Based on this terrible first experience, and my daughters recent experience, I would suggest that the store owners move Dave off the front counter and away from dealing directly with customers (even if he is the store manager or possibly even the owner). Repeat business will surely increase by having a person at the front counter who knows how to treat customers with respect and understands it is the repeat customer who determines the ultimate business success. I have no complaints with the service guys and their quality of work, but neither myself nor my family members will return to interact with such a rude person as Dave. This is unfortunate as I feel the business is good but Dave is running off potential repeat business due to his lack of basic customer service skills.

Incredibly honest about what needs to be done as far as repairs and maintenance. They wont recommend anything to be done unless it is urgent. That is something that is lacking in this industry. Ill be bringing all of my future vehicles here for the foreseeable future.

I came here to get a second opinion after a bad experience elsewhere. I had heard excellent things about this shop and I was not disappointed. Not only did they double check and assure me that the repairs I had been quoted earlier at another shop were not necessary, but while I was waiting I also heard the manager call a customer to say that he had checked with the manufacturer and that some of the maintenance the customer had requested was not needed yet. I also heard him greet several customers by name as they walked in. Great customer service- it is clear that they have many loyal customers. I’m happy to now be one of them!

Im a regular customer there and spend a decent amount of money on maintenance there and was told I would have to give them 150 an hour for them to look at my car and tell me if there was something wrong with my wheel. Couldnt even finish what I was saying before the guy started being rude and making a joke about it. Since when do they charge for estimates? Guess Ill be getting future maintenance on my car done elsewhere.

Most of the reviews here are from MEN. It is so obvious that Dave the owner hates WOMEN. He is a true MISOGYNIST at its best!!!! He is the rudest, most angry man that I have seriously ever dealt with and always has been for the last 20 or so years. I ONLY go there in emergency situations because it is so close and convenient. He treats women like we are insignificant and beneath him!! BEWARE He purposely under inflates your front tires so that they will wear out faster!!! He fixed my sons flat tire for free, but resents it because he is not getting paid. I did purchase these from him by the way! Then I asked him if all the tires were checked for proper air pressure, because the front tires looked low. He screamed at me and said YES we checked them all, and the front tires will always look low because of the weight of the engine. BS!! I had a tire gauge at home, and checked the front tires, they both were suspiciously exactly the same 31 lbs. Back tires were exactly 35 lbs. The correct pressure on all of the tires is 35 lbs. He obviously takes advantage of women and assumes that we are all idiots! Hey Dave, your WRONG! You need anger management classes and an attitude adjustment! He is so arrogant and knows that he has endless customers because of his location. Thats why he doesnt care how he treats his customers!!!

Danny provided excellent service - will definitely be a return customer! All 4 tires replaced in 1 hour just as he stated on the phone (tire pressure and torque were right too). When I asked for the tire mail-in rebate form, Danny had already filled it out for me.

I dont know what shop the other reviewers go to, but it doesnt sound like the same place. We have been taking our cars there for as long as I can remember. Yes, we have tried other shops and many of those were very good also. This one is just better.I do know what a bad repair shop is like. Discovered it when we first moved to Houston. I also know that the dealers arent always good either. Had one of those here too.So Im sticking with the service I know.

We have had service done here for nearly 20 years mainly out of convenience. We dont buy tires here very often but we do have them do most of the work on our cars. They are not the least expensive, but over the years Ive found the management to be very fair and honest. Several times they have fixed problems for free when other people wanted to replace expensive parts.

No one mentioned pricing. This place charges a lot for labor. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, no one was in the bay working. Some of you guys are paying for labor that doesnt exist. I took my vehicle elsewhere. I initially asked for a diagnostic. I didnt even get a decent printout of what the issue was. Just was basically left empty handed. Poor work ethics. I honestly had a more pleasant experience with firestone and a small auto shop.

I have been taking all my vehicles (4 in total) here for 15 years and I will continue to do so. David and Kevin are personal and courteous. I trust their work and when I have issues - they addressed them quickly and professionally. Just this year, CCC replaced a broken engine mount, multiple brake jobs, oil changes, state inspections and two new sets of tires. All of these jobs were done right. The only re-due was when the tire pressure sensor came on after replacing a flat tire. It was taken care of....

Tire pressure sensor showed low. Came in and within minutes, for free, they identified the low tire with a nail and plugged it for free. I tipped as was happy to have problem resolved free and quickly!

I found the manager/owner to be rude on several occasions. I had my tires rotated and lost a hubcap a few days later. When I contacted them, the person on the phone said it was because my vehicle was 14 years old (it is actually 12 years old). I wont be back.
