I had received an email outlining an oil and filter change for $99.00 which I thought was a fair value. The advisor said it was time for an engine air filter and quoted something over $100.00 which I declined. The idea of 100+ for a 25.00 item was ridiculous, but similar to a quote from an independent service house. I changed the filter in about 10 minutes. This is not meant as a criticism of BMW Woodlands but rather a heads up. The advisor didn’t attempt a hard sell and simply said he understood. I appreciated the way he handled my objection.The oil change was done quickly, people were professional and friendly. I’ll continue to rely on BMW Woodlands for service needs as long as I think pricing is fair.

I dont think service advisors should make the clients feel bad for a survey rating first of all. I worked with Jeff Whitaker for 8 years and he sent me a text saying I should see another service advisor because of a rating. To be honest, I gave 3 stars because the car I received smelled bad. What is the point of a survey if someone cant be honest??? I called and talked to the service manager, Jimmy Fink, blamed me and literally told me, you used too work here you should know how the survey works .. are you kidding?? So you guys are going to rag out your clients because of an honest survey?? So because I used to work there youre going to treat make me feel bad? Wow!! Sadly the 1960 BMW dealership is too far for me to take my car to service but going forward I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A BMW FROM THIS DEALERSHIP EVERY AGAIN!!!!!! I am on my third lease with BMW of The Woodlands, and gave them last look on my current lease. NEVER AGAIN. I will never complete a survey again but because of the intimidation tactics I will make sure to paste this review where I can. I cant wait for the texts I will be receiving from the dealership after this review with more blame.

So initially I had a good experience. I bought a 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback for a reasonable price after searching high and low for one. Unfortunately since the day I purchased I have not been assisted in the slightest bit with receiving my financing documents or my bill of sale. I have called twice, chatted, emailed, and texted and have only been stalled. It would appear they put you at priority until you purchase from them, then you become irrelevant. I understand business, but it has been weeks and it only takes minutes to email documents over.

Salesperson and Financing were great. The used Acura that I bought is in fantastic mechanical condition. The reason for three stars is the detail shops attention to detail. It is very clear that both air filters (cabin and engine) were not changed in 3.5 years, there was tree sap on every horizontal surface of the car, and there were liquid spots on back seat leather. The spots on the seat was the most frustrating topic because I did not notice the spots on the middle rear seat leather because the arm rest was put down, covering the spots. I used leather cleaner and was able to remove the spotting but my issue was that either the detail crew did not see them because the arm rest was down (inattention to detail) or the spots were observed and the solution was to simply put the armrest down to cover the spots when a simple wipe with leather cleaner could have addressed. Tree sap came off with a clay bar (30 minutes) and air filters were $25 bucks to change. Not big asks GM.I know the response to this review will be, glad you brought this to our attention, if youd be willing though, our General Manager would love to talk with you and rectify these issues. In a preemptive response to that, I have already e-mailed the GM and the direct response was, We can take a look at the items below, but I cannot guarantee that they will be fixed.I can guarantee they were fixed because I have already addressed and the car is great. I just wanted the feedback to make its way to the team changing over your cars. If they need more time for a proper changeover, please tell your customers that we would like some more time to make sure the car meets our standards and yours.

Before buying my wife her first BMW, I had always heard great things about their service department.Well I can say now after two appointments at The Woodlands BMW our experience has been completely unimpressive.Today was my wife’s second visit here., simple for some routine maintenance. Why would you set up a routine oil change and have it take 2hr 15 min and not offer my wife a loaner car? If a loaner car wasn’t available, why not give her a ride home? We were told any appointment more than an hour a loaner car or ride home is standard service.The BMW experience is one of the reasons we pay so much for their vehicles. It supposed to be carefree maintenance while your car is new.During our first visit here the same lack of customer experience. They had our car overnight and didn’t even wash the exterior after being worked on over night.My last complaint but only because you made her sit their for over 2 hours. Other BMW dealership’s Have a very comfortable waiting lounges, not yours! Nothing special for sure. Sitting on a bench over by the windows. Time to find another dealer.Our next luxury car won’t be a BMW. The service experience hasn’t been what was promised.

This time it was not a good experience buying a car at BMW of Woodlands. The market is good for the dealers and then your loyalty or being a good customer has no value anymore. I can understand that there is no price negotiation on the new car. I can also understand the not so good value on an almost perfect X5. But rudeness from a manager is not acceptable.

Everything was fine except it took a couple of days longer then agreed because the technicians did not look at the primary reported problem until the day the car was supposed to be finished. parts then had to be ordered which caused the delay. understand the shop had the car for 3 workdays before they looked at it.

My wife and I purchased our second vehicle yesterday from BMW of the Woodlands. We were very impressed with the excellent service provided by the team. Our salesman, Alex Castro, is very knowledgeable about the various models and was very professional from beginning to end. We did not feel pressured or rushed to make a decision which allowed for a very positive car buying experience. Also, hats off to the finance manager, Ronald Mitchison, he was also very professional, welcoming and made us feel very comfortable closing the deal. We will definitely be returning when its time for us to trade in or buy a new vehicle.

I brought my wifes 2019 X-5 in for service (brake system flush, oil and filter change) yesterday at the scheduled appointment time of 7am. I asked my adviser to please help get me out soon as I had work piled up and needed to get back to the office. Just over an hour later, my wifes car was ready to roll. Perfect service experience! I worked with Aaron on a new truck purchase. I came up from Pearland despite the long drive because they had a great deal on the truck I wanted in the colors I was searching for. However, I was impressed at every turn with the customer service, engagement level and follow up to make sure everything came out perfectly.I went to BMW Of The Woodlands just because they had the right vehicle. I’ll go back for the next purchase because everyone there was excellent and Aaron’s service was exceptional.

Had an appointment, simple oil change (5k inspection). Upon arriving and checked in I was told they will check to ensure they have a filter and let me know ...something that should have been done when I made the appointment. After waiting an hour and 40 min I inquired of the status and was told 20 min they are finishing up. After another 40 min went back and they said it was complete and sending to the wash and the valet would bring around. After a few minutes of waiting outside the valet let me know I was 3rd or 4th in line and it would be 30 min to an hour. At this point I obviously declined the wash and went on my way. Have not had this experience with other dealerships (Lexus, Toyota, Ford) so just thought it was a bit long. Not horrible, just not what you expect when you have an appointment, and needing to seek out updates myself.

These are professional salesman and understand the need. Rather than talking too much and wasting each other’s time we could quickly find the used car. The ambiance of the showroom is also very attractive. The paperwork took a bit longer but not bad at all. Overall a good experience. They have a lot of choices as well.

Do not buy a BMW from this dealership. The service is terrible. They put you on hold forever just to try and schedule an oil change. I have called three days and left messages to ask questions for a finance manager and still no one has called me back. The receptionist is also short and rushed in her message taking and felt very put out to relay my messages. Worst service ever.

Although I have no complaints about Mr Pham, my service advisor, who was very professional, the phone service is awful and messed up.I pushed the prompt I was asked to and it would say it didnt recognize the response.Its rare to get a live person to answer the phone and no real receptionist in the bldg at all. The direct lines do not actually get to the person you are trying to reach.Disappointing for a place that sells quality level cars to be providing used car lot type phone system service

I brought my car in for a oil change plus I was having problems with my wipers in the automatic mode. After waiting 2 hours the service advisor informed me that they would need 2-3 hours longer to diagnosis the problem with the wipers although he experienced the issue when he tried the wipers. When I got home and read the technicians report he said he couldn’t replicate the problem. So for a simple problem I am expected to bring my car back, have the problem diagnosed with the likelihood of bringing it back a third time if the parts needed were not in inventory.I am not satisfied with this level of service. It is clear the technician didn’t even try to diagnose the issue.

Absolutely incredible experience! I worked closely with Neil, the GM, and he was nothing but helpful and attentive, even while he was in a meeting. I had found a vehicle at a different Autonation dealership and Neil worked his magic to get it for me after we settled on a great fair price. Neil really cares about the customers needs and wants and does everything he can to help. I really cant find enough good things to say about him! Once we agreed to everything, he hooked me up with one of his salesman, Aaron McCormick. Let me just say Aaron is awesome! Hes funny, helpful and really cares about his customers. In addition, Aaron really knows his BMWs, especially the Ms. My car did have a scrape on one of the wheels when I got it and both Neil and Aaron were very on top of it and got the repair set up super fast. This is an awesome dealership and totally worth the drive! Be sure you ask for Aaron for your salesperson.

My BMW needed an oil change and I must say I have never had a better experience at any dealership. Booked the appointment online the night before and got right in the next morning.Pulled up to the service center, the automatic garage doors open and drove into their air conditioned garage.My service advisor promptly greeted me and offered me a spot in their comfortable lounge while my car was serviced.Overall this was a 10 out of 10 experience and other dealerships should take note of how this service center does it!

Turned out two actually had nails in them and needed to order the them. They were received the very next day and installed immediately after being received.

My Service Advisor Mr. Tom Pham is my go to for all maintenance on my BMW. Tom is professional, knowledgeable, and has impeccable follow up. I am checked in at my scheduled time within minutes, provided a loaner (if needed) and on the road in less than (30) minutes. Tom keeps in contact via text or phone and advises when my vehicle is ready. My car is detailed and awaiting my arrival upon completion of service. I cant ask for better client services. !! Upon Checkout Tom advises my next upcoming service and promises a reminder prior..

I was discussing a purchase of a Porsche form this dealership. I made sure I spoke with the dealer regarding being reliable and well inspected for mechanical issues as well as cosmetic. They assured me the vehicle had went through a detailed and thorough multi point inspection, and everything was great.I originally planned to drive down to Houston from Dallas to go see and purchase the car, however I opted to have a friend go look at it for me that lives locally.On the test drive the car over heated, the check engine light came on, a tire sensor light was flashing, and the vehicle was having problems accelerating.This is extremely bothersome because it was a waste of time. How could the car have possibly been inspected with all these errors and issues. Why wasn’t the car driven first. Not only was it not honest, it isn’t safe.I hate when dealerships will say anything to make a sale. Very disappointed.

Update: I have contacted the dealership 3 times to talk to the GM with no response. Sounds like the do not care about their clients.I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. The car was advertised with a working DVD/CD system. I purchased the vehicle and had to wait 3 hours to do financing (it was a pretty slow in there that day and made me late for picking up my kids from school. I got the vehicle home tested the DVD player and it doesnt work. I contacted my salesman immediately and he told me to bring it in the next day, which I did but that was a total waste of time as they never even looked at it and told me to schedule another time to bring it in. Mind you I live 45 mins away and have children to care for as well. So I rescheduled for a few days later when I had someone who could watch my children only to get a text saying they had to postpone me yet again. So I go in for the 3rd scheduled time (11 days later) and they finally looked at it only to tell me they would have to run it by the warranty department which I knew would not cover it. This is not a warranty issue this is a false advertisement by dealership and they should make it right, and not charge me $2500 to fix their mistake. I would have returned the car to them if I would have known they were not going to make it right, but since they kept pushing me back to have it looked at I was past my 5 days. I have asked 3 times for the GM contact information and no one that I talked with would give it to me. I am very upset and would not recommend anyone to use them as a dealership

Worst Experience Ever.My X5 got totaled and I had Extended Warranty on the car. From last 3 months I am trying to contact the Finance Manager and he is busy from last 3 months . I drove 2 hrs and made a trip to the dealership and STEVEN who says he is the Sales Manager of that Woodland Dealership make me leave telling me that today is Saturday and it will take 3 to 4 hrs before the finance manager will meet me and told me to send him the email with the loan payoff letter and he will take take of everything . Its been 20 days he also doesnt come on the phone now . They dont have inventory but they are busy from last 3 months . I wanted to buy my NEW X5 but never from this place . Neil the General Manager no one wants to give me his phone number or email address so that I can contact him. I paid BMW Woodland and I have a right to speak to the General Manager. I will be contacting to BMW Financial Services

I had been looking for a vehicle for roughly a week and had many bad encounters at other dealerships that had left a bad taste in my mouth. I was looking at a Challenger and received a call from Aaron at BMW of The Woodlands to which he scheduled an appointment. I arrived way early and he still took the time to work with me. When the challenger fell through he went above and beyond to get me set up with a vehicle that I would like and could easily afford. We looked at many options and ultimately played it safe with a 2015 Ford Taurus. Aaron spent over 2 hours just learning my interests and looking through stock to find the perfect car. I wasn’t even looking for another sedan and yet I love the car. Aaron wasn’t in it for himself, he was dead set of making sure I got something that fit what I was looking for and at the same time something I hadn’t thought about. Don’t waste your time at other dealerships, go straight to BMW of The Woodlands and ask for Aaron, he will take care of you!!

Don’t go to this place. Terrible customer service. Managers will laugh at your face and tell you not to trust BMW dealers.When purchasing used cars make sure you take them to another BMW dealers or personal mechanics to inspect a car because this dealer will sell you a car that needs serious mechanic work.I drove 1000 miles to Texas because I was told (lied), that 2016 BMW x5m, SUV that I was interested in, only with 37k miles, is in “PERFECT” condition. But when I took the car to Advantage BMW they found oil leaks worth of $21000. By the way, prior to me taking this x5m from Woodlands BMW I had to basically fight this car out of hands of salesman by name of Sean to take it to another bmw dealership to do pre purchase inspection, because they were trying to cover up and make sure nobody finds out about mechanical issues!I dealt with many bmw dealers before but this dealer stood out the most unprofessional. Manager told me that they’re not responsible for finding mechanic issues of the car before selling. Told me that they do not perform 100+ point inspection before selling, but they only do 50 point inspection. Which is still include in it inspection of leaking engine and transmission.

I had a great experience today with Aaron McCormick and Malik in finance. They explained everything clearly, and worked well within my finances to get me my dream car. I did not get the same feel as I have received from other BMW dealerships. No one explained anything to me about what was done, or asked me how the car was even performing. I had questions and was told that id hear back from them with the answers and I still havent. I just hope my car was serviced properly.

However, Abeer and the team did a great job when it came time to work with us on a build for the vehicle. The delivery was faster than discussed and getting the process wrapped up was fairly smooth.

I, recently, bought a BMW X3. The overall experience was satisfying. Sales associate, Mattias, went above and beyond to test drive the car and putting the deal together. I gave it 3 star because of the time I spent in finance room signing documents, with the finance manager persisting selling AutoNations extra warranties and plans and adding extras to monthly payment which was normal but I was not interested. Conversation and insisting kept going despite I stated several times that I am not interested. Being asked what is the reason I am declining! and there will be no help when I would be back crying for help because I have not driven a luxury car yet and dont know how costly it is and so on!!!. That was very annoying and awkward at a BMW dealership that service expectations are the highest. The car owners manual was missing which I was told will be sent to me, not a big deal!

I find that BMW dealership is way out of line on their charges. There are other companies who also are experts on BMW which are more reasonable. Battery at your dealership costs $525.00 compatible battery at SAMS and Costco costs $179.00 plus $60. for registering. Oil change quotes are always $189.00 Dealership has a running coupon for $99.00 why not quote the coupon price that way you are more apt to get the business. Changing spark plugs your quote is $599. Others charge $289.00. I would love to give you business but not at the high prices you quote.

I have reached out to my sales rep, finance manager, title dept, etc. with no return call, no response on email. When I call the dealership I get hung up on.I then finally got in touch with the GM, Steve Lutz. He promised me I would get the Title for my vehicle for two weeks. Their trade in offer was more of an insult than anything, and I actually got almost 3x as much at their AutoNation counterpart just a little south. They talk a good game, but theyll cheat you. Literally would not sell me a car today because I wanted to pay cash (not like a suitcase of money, but buy outright). Over the course of several hours, I was thrown every excuse in the book as to why they could not sell me a car:I was out of town? Paperwork takes too long? First come, first served? Bank Check? Oh that money wont work, need cashiers check? Okay fine, I hurdled through all that, but if someone else showed up on the lot between now and when I procure the cashiers check, they reserve the right to sell to someone else. I offered a deposit to hold while I went to get their money. Facepalm.I was literally trying to give them money... But I wasnt financing; so they couldnt maximize their payout with me. Its a luxury car they knew they would have no problem selling. So they just ran me around until I couldnt take it anymore. I felt sorry for the sales guy, constantly having to deliver spun messages and runarounds from management because they dont have the gall to orchestrate the spin themselves. They took money out of his pocket today.Bottom line, its obviously not about the buyer here.... not thats any surprise when dealing with cars sales. But they need a reminder they are selling a luxury brand. Lastly, if this shady-ness is representative of Auto Nation dealers as a whole, happy to look elsewhere.

If I could give them a zero or minus star I would. The sales people from bottom to top management here are full of misleading. They sell you a vehicle that has so many issues without letting you know. Even if you pin point the issues, theyll just divert and ignore the whole conversation. They call their vehicles, inspected and certified, seriously!! thats a joke. Go there, if you wanna be ripped off. Zero at customer service, no phone replies. Their promises made to be broken. Be smart, have a second opinion by your own personal mechenic before any purchase. Later on, after the deal closed, they dont know you.

Wonderful job of servicing my X-7. Service writer was prompt and fast allowing me to go to customer lounge area. Coffee and water and some snacks were available while the service was performed.Jimmy Franks service manager does a great job managing his team and Neil Maddox the GM runs a tight ship on the entire dealership.Five stars.

I would advise anyone that is Black Not to go to this Place. They will screw you . There service department is the worst . I took my car there for A/C work I was told to fix it would cost $1250.00 then I got a call back and was told another $260.00 then I was called back again and was told it was going to cost $7000.00 They dont know what they are doing . The service manager is rude & hates Black People . I purchased this car in March . I contacted The Manager of The dealership and never even got a phone call back . This is the worst dealership in Texas

Initially I was pleased with the service. However after having my car home for a week and not inspecting the work that was done I found that something t as simple as attaching the plastic cover to a seat motor that was replaced was not installed and just laid under the seat. I suspect because it was a difficult angle or possibly the plastic clip was damaged when originally removing it and the technician didn’t bother to let my advisor know about. It is unfortunate because I live about 30 min from the dealership and don’t have tine to make an appointment to have it installed . I would just prefer to drop in and have someone come out and pop it on.

I pulled into bmw with an issue and I was greeted fairly quickly. I explained my issue and we got to work on getting my info. I explained I wasnt comfortable driving my car with the engine overheat light and car going into limp mode. I was able to leave it with them and less than 24 hours later ( I didnt have an appointment) I had the car back. Based on the initial conversation I was reminded that is was potentially a known part failure and there is a recall. If that was the case it wouldnt cost me. My service tech was extremely personable. And for once I didnt leave a car at a service department thinking the worst. It was the recall and it didnt cost me.

I was just the worst service. They did not complete what they told me that they were going to do. They just lied and lied… I guess u just always will have bad experience with dealers. I wish I can just take my truck back…Is unavailable the way how they just laughed at me.. the worst experience in this dealer. The person that promised me stuff never fulfilled them. They rest a lot of money on my trade in for the same problem that the car that I was going to buy had it… and they didn’t even fix it..

Service team responded quickly to my arrival in the bay. I needed my fluids checked to make sure all was well before my short road trip.. One service rep ran my keys and informed me that I needed a little coolant and therefore service guy came with the coolant, but then stated that I didnt need coolant at all.. I didnt have a signal in my vehicle asking for coolant.. so there was a little hesitation on my part as to why there was misinformation. After driving off, I didnt think to even ask about other fluids but Im hopeful that all is well. My in dash computer showed all was well, but I wanted to be sure.. Ill update if anything changes..

BMW WOODLANDS always seems to get it wrong when it comes to providing services on my car. This time, I went in for an all points inspection and car wash (free birthday wash) and was there 3 hours because they lost my car key. To add insult to injury, now, my trunk emblem is GONE, MISSING and I know someone saw it or found it. I don’t see me ever purchasing another bmw - will trek back to Lexus and the service at Lexus IS 5 star.

I normally like BMW of The Woodlands. I service 2 BMW cars there and my daughter purchased a used car from them. Last week I visited for only a state inspection, however, and my service advisor told me my rear brake pads were down to approximately 2mm and possibly wouldn’t pass inspection and he gave me an $1100 quote to replace them. I declined. A few weeks before my car was thoroughly inspected on a lift with the wheels off and the brakes were said (on video) to have approximately 50% life left in them. I won’t hold this again the dealership since this is the first time it’s happened, but I also won’t use that service representative again.
