Hard to see from the main highway i-45 and 242. But the GPS takes you right there. Large typical Walmart, very clean in a safe neighborhood. They greeted me fast, the car was repaired fast and very reasonable price. Everyone was very nice. It was my first time here and I will come back again. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Service writer slow to even acknowledge me, even though he looked at me 3 times and just stood there. The other guys altogether avoided us. There were only 2 vehicles ahead of me getting an oil change and he told me that the wait would be two hours. Two hours for 2 oil changes and to change my tires? With 4 guys????? I think they were hoping I said that I didnt want any service. Thats extremely slow. An hour understandable.....2 hours for thosejobs......wayyyyy too slow.

Dee, the manager and her team went above and beyond today Sunday 31, 2020 to solve an oil drain plug leak that was left unsolved in my initial visit for an oil change.Dee not only returned my money but also gifted me with a container of degreaser to clean the oil stains left on my drive way. I was going to give them 4 stars subtracting 1 star due to the incompetence of the initial tech but Dee brought the A Team and solved the problem. You guys get 5 stars.

Go see Chris! I arrived at 7am on a Tuesday. I was a tad worried due to the bad reviews, but Im glad I came through! :DI needed a tire change for my 2016 Ford Fiesta and Chris helped me with assessment of my car tires and gave his very honest opinion on their condition unlike the guy at Discount Tire who was telling me to change both my back tires which were still good for a few more months. Im not the most knowledgeable when it comes to cars but Chris was super thorough and gave me tips on what too look for when it came to tire maintenance! Definitely not someone who will refer services you do not actually need.I purchased a pretty license plate cover and some new valve caps and he was happy to put them on for me. He also called my phone to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle or if he had any questions. Even left some helpful technician comment reminders on my receipt so I would know when to change my other tires.Overall I was very pleased with his service and will definitely be returning to this Walmart to have my vehicle serviced in the future!

Went there to get 4 tires changed and I called to see how much it costs per tire. They told me it was $12.50 per tire. I told them ahead of time I had my own tires and I needed to dispose 2 of them and how much that would cost and they told me $1.50 per tire. So I go there thinking I am going to spend about $50 (what my girlfriend spent to get hers mounted with her own tires) and after 2.5 hours of them doing who knows what (a blind person can change them faster) the bill is $94. I call and tell them that they overcharged me for services I didnt want and they also charged me to dispose 4 tires but they gave me 2 back? How dumb do you have to be to do that. I spoke with the service manager (Ramon) and he said he would refund me about $50. I drive all the way there to get my refund and now all of a sudden he tells me he can only refund me $16 because his boss told him I couldnt get the other services refunded. My biggest issue here is that they were not clear at all with their pricing and then decide not to refund me for what I didnt even know I was going to get done. I couldve gone to a small tire shop and got it done cheaper than what those idiots charged me. I definitely dont recommend coming here unless you want to 1) over pay and get robbed and 2) waste your time. I would give zero stars but I cant.

Bought a rear tire for my riding lawn mower and put it on the wheel on my own that night. I couldnt inflate the tire myself because the large gap between the tire and the rim(about 2). I brought the wheel and tire to Walmart the next day so that they could try to fill it up. They offered to do it complimentary. The large gap between the rim and tire gave them trouble as well, but they got it to right after 20 minutes of hard work. I was impressed by the amount of effort they put into a free job. The technicians in the garage are phenomenal.

Had a really bad experience at this location. We got our oil change at a Walmart in Georgia while in family vacation. This past Thursday we took the car in and two hours later went to pick it back up. They said they could not change the oil because the drain plug was “rounded” and they couldn’t get it off. They never called to tell us this, as I could have ran to orielly and picked one up so I asked if I got one how long would it take, they said I would have to get back in line. (Remind you my vehicle sat there for over a hour with no notification).Either way I stopped and got one Friday on my way from work. Today we took it back and they stated they could not perform the oil change because they could not get the drain plug out due to it being badly “stripped”. I asked what is the solution, because the last place who touched the car was Walmart. They suggested I take it back or try to get into contact with the past Walmart (in Georgia) to see what they could do. I asked why would that be necessary as it was a Walmart store (not like they are franchises). He told me they didn’t have the equipment they needed to get it off etc.... I asked who was going to pay for the damages and mechanics cost associated with extracting the plug and he told me I needed to call the Georgia store. So I walked outside and immediately called the Georgia store. The guy from Georgia was super helpful. He said that he fixes issues from other Walmart’s all the time and he is not sure why they (woodlands store)could not perform the task. He also stated that I should have not been sent to another Walmart location to deal with a problem since they are all connected. The Georgia manager asked if there was another location I could possibly go to to see if they said the same thing. I took my vehicle to the Walmart service center on Louetta and 45 and the drain plug was extracted and the oil was changed without any issues. I will not be returning to this location.

Here early Sunday morning and the air compressor locked up and they cant check tires or service tires because no one is willing to help. Go to discount tires at lease you will get better and faster service

3 hours to get two tires changed and 1 rim replaced. I was never called to pick up my car, then I go pick up my car and the tires were changed but the rim was not replaced. Now I have to go back tomorrow and tell them to change it. I went to Walmart expecting to save some money but it would have been better to go across the street because Walmart prices on tires are just the same as any other place

Isnt the first time I have the worst experience in Walmart, but today was the last straw, I arrived for a change of battery and the person who answered me said it was an hour and a half, and left me talking alone, ok I will wait. I approached him again and he told me it was 3 hours, seriously 3 hours to change a battery. I could not wait so long, I came back and again ignored me and left me talking alone. It should be noted that I was with my wife and my babies twins and I could not wait that long. The manager should do something about it, because he should not have people like that working. Of course I went from there to another place where I had a better service, as I say, if you dont like attend to people, dont work with customers service.

I came in this morning to get a oil change and the desk girl Lexi Randall was racist and very unprofessional and the area manager! I always come to this location to get my car serviced and today I was treated horribly! I will not be coming back. The only person who was professional and said she will handle what happened is the station manager who is over everyone! Lexi should find another job because her customer service skills are bad!

Poor customer service. Went in for a simple oil change that usually takes 10 minutes any other place, and they told me to wait 45 minutes. After 1 hour, I went back to get my car, and they told me to come back in another 40 minutes. Had they told me it would take so long I wouldn’t have left my car at all. Extremely disappointed in my experience.

Save your sanity and DO NOT have your car serviced here. Dropped my car off at 1pm for tires, oil, wipers and to replace a brake light. Between 2-6pm I received 5 phone calls from 3 different people regarding my car. First they didn’t have a filter to change oil. They asked me if I could bring one up there and I said I would be headed to parts store then to Walmart to drop the filter off. 30mins later another phone call about the same thing. I told them someone already called me and I’m almost at Walmart to bring a filter. Around 3:30pm I received another call that the filter didn’t fit but they found one they had that would fit and did I want them to use that filter and it was $10. I was like, Well ya..duh. I mean I need my oil changed. Around 5pm another call asking about tire rotation and other random stuff. The guy that called I’m assuming had the wrong slip on what I needed done to my car. I told them ‘no I’m getting new tires not a rotation’ and then retold the other repairs needed. The guy was clueless. I asked for an update on my car and was told nothing had been started but they are getting right to it. 🙄. It’s now close to 6pm and I get another call. This time the guy is saying I don’t need new tires. I was like ‘there’s weather rot on all the tires and the tires are close to 5 years old’. He told me to just wipe them with armour oil and he thinks they are just scratches. I assured him it’s weather rot and I’d like all new tires. I went back and forth with him. I’ve never had to practically beg someone to take my money. It’s now close to 7pm, closing time. I haven’t had a call to pick my car up so I decide to drive down and check things out. My car was parked in parking lot, looked ready to go. Not sure why they didn’t call me as that seems to be the only thing they are good at doing. Went to pay and the cashier lady Laurie how I talked with 2 times now tells me that they didn’t do my tires because they didn’t have the wheel lock key to remove the bolts. I have no ducking idea why they waited and made me loose an entire day on just an oil change! The wipers were not done either. I was told and paid for the brake light replacement, however upon returning home I noticed the brake light was actually NOT fixed. I opened the back of the light area and I see that they had removed the busted bulb, shoved the socket all the way to the side and flipped it backwards and just left it as so. I did find a bulb package in my back seat with one bulb missing so I guess they started working on it but who knows. I replaced bulb myself. This entire experience was a total mess. These incompetent ‘mechanics’ are obviously incredibly lazy and illiterate. I would not recommend anyone to go to this Walmart for auto care. Runnnnnn.

I often don’t feel required to ever post reviews but this is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever seen. We came for a battery change and were told that it would be a 40 minute wait. We assumed that this was reasonable considering there were some cars already in there being worked on and we had to run some errands inside Walmart anyways. We arrived at 3pm and it is now 5:30pm, a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a battery change. We asked several employees repeatedly what was taking so long and no one was able to give us an answer. Eventually, we were finally able to find someone who knew what was going on and we found out that our car had been sitting there for over two hours with no one working on it. Apparently, no one there knew how to change our car battery and the man who was supposed to be working on it was no where to be found and had to be paged. This is our first and last time visiting the Walmart Auto Service center. On top of this outrageous customer service we had to listen to the employees bad attitudes and complaints about their lack of breaks.

Just needed to get my tires rotated and balanced. Was told at arrival it would be 30-45 mins, here I am 2 hours later and only 2 tires have been done. Now when I got here there was no one in front of me for tires. I have seen at least 4 employees out there. Frustration at the max, wouldnt recommend anyone come for service in this department.

We were on a roadtrip when we ended up with a flat. Its Sunday so most tire shops are closed. We decided to try Walmart tire & lube express. We were the 2nd customer in the line up for tires (one was already being worked on). We were told 2 hours for new tires. Even though this was horrible, we decided to just stay put and get them here to avoid wasting anymore time. (We were already way behind schedule because of this.) As of this review, it has been well over 2 hours with multiple customers checked out ahead of us. I will NEVER recommend Walmart for auto care to anyone (friend OR foe). And if I didnt see that they have my car up and being worked on, we would have already left. Absolutely unbelievable.
