I absolutely love this place. Jaleesa is my favorite and she makes you feel so comfortable the entire. She is wonderful at engaging in conversation too. The front desk is always very accommodating as well. I am always recommending my friends to try it out. Ladies save yourself the hassle and get waxed!!!

I cannot recommend European Wax Center enough!! I have had some seriously bad experiences getting waxed so I almost didn’t go but I am sooo glad I did!! Korinne was amazing!! She did such a great job and was very sweet and professional!! She understood my hesitations and took her time to make sure I was comfortable and did a great job!! She made sure I was happy with the services I received and didn’t treat me like I was “just another customer” or try to just rush me out the door. She is the best and I definitely recommend going to see her!!

I am literally sitting outside their door at my appointment time while they are having a team meeting at a time they suppose to open. So all the customers have to wait outside. Better change another time or find a manager who knows how to arrange the time. If you can’t make it on time, then don’t book it.

Laura is the best!! I have put off getting a Brazilian for so long, due to cost and also because the pain made me nervous, but it’s so worth it!! Laura took her time and helped answer all my questions about aftercare as well. Also she does a great job on my eyebrows!! I don’t have much to work with in that department lol and she never takes off too much, which is great because I’ve had them butchered in the past at other places. I couldn’t recommend more!!

Korine is the absolute best I’ve ever worked with. If I could give her 10 stars I would! Since the very first time I came in, she made me feel so calm and comfortable and I can never go anywhere else. The facility and all the rooms are always so nice a clean and I definitely always look forward to coming in just to see Korine every month!

I went here for waxing and oh my... what a terrible experience!The front desk team was very friendly, but the person who did my wax was not friendly at all. It was like I was on an assembly line and she had to get me waxed me within 15 mins to attend the next client.I have gotten waxed at many places, and it usually takes 30 - 40 mins given that the experience is painful, and the person getting waxed needs break here and there to catch their breath. The person who was waxing me showed little compassion to my pain, and just brushed it off like it was nothing. She yelled when I try to put my hand where she had just stripped off the wax, telling me to keep my hands off that area. 10 mins into the session, my lower body was shivering. This has never happened to me before. Neve has my body reacted like this to waxing. I had to force conversations with her to divert my mind from all the discomfort. She didnt even give me privacy to change (didnt leave the room). Definitely not go

I got my first wax ever-a Brazilian at that- at EWC a couple months ago with Megan. Let me tell you.. it was some of the worst pain I’ve ever felt and I cried genuine tears of pain half way through, but Megan was absolutely PHENOMENAL and she is seriously the only reason I came back.. and will continue to come back as long as I live here. I had no idea what to expect.. and she explained everything from beginning to end. She took her time with me and I was so comforting when I was hurting. She was honest and she was right about everything. The subsequent waxes are INFINITELY better than the initial one. Being spread eagle in front of a stranger is such a scary thing.. and Megan is amazing, patient, and so good at calming your nerves. I am so thankful that I was placed with her. Also, the wax passes are worth every penny!!

The unlimited wax pass is awesome and so worth it! Their EWC app is convenient and so easy to use to book or reschedule appointments. Paxton and Sara at the front desk are so sweet and helpful! Of my two services, one was new for me and I was concerned how my skin would react. She explained everything super well and ended up having a great experience. Not only was she able to work with me during this CoVid-19 mess, she offered solutions and was able to refund my passes, due to relocation with no Wax Centers in my new area. I have been a long time customer, and I highly recommend Sydney for any of your waxing needs! Communication with Kelly through emails were timely and very clear to understand. In addition the follow up calls were top notch. This is a company that cares about their customers, Kelly & Sydney are no exception! Kelly went above and beyond, especially with so many businesses losing customers and money at this uncertain time. She took care of me even though I will no longer be able to use their services.
