Horrible pharmacy and customer service is the worse I’ve ever experienced at any Walgreens. This needs to be addressed and I will be writing the corporate office. Poor management and lack of service.

Their pharmacy is a joke. Completely understaffed and insanely long wait time. One pharmacist told me last week that if I booked my appointment for a Covid booster shot after October 2 that I could get my shot done because I was due at six months on October 5th. I did as she said and booked an appointment seven hours before October 5, I am a schoolteacher and I’m not always available for their appointment times. When I arrived I was told I could not have the booster because I was not at six months and I was skipping the line. I am seven hours from being at exactly 6 months from getting my shot and they will not allow me to get it. I understand having to wait but I have had the pharmacist tell me I could book the appointment after asking, and booking as she told me, to being turned away after arriving is ridiculous. I’m a teacher and their appointment times are not conducive to normal working hours since they only have appointments between 9:30 and 5:15. Just be honest about policies. Walgreens shouldn’t allow appointments to be made if you don’t qualify.

Great customer service - especially store manager.

Bad customer service in the pharmacy. Get better help! The business is “Walgreens” not the line to get into Heaven. The fair-skin female African American is a smart mouth and was rude to all people - a senior citizen. In reality, it was obvious she had no clue on how to answer a customer’s question (the response to which I should not have heard) or didn’t care, and just sounded totally unprofessional either way. Select better pharmacy help. Your help makes you look bad and sound incompetent. Your pharmacy is the staple of why Walgreen calls itself a drugstore. Your help needs to get a clue.

Love this Walgreens! Great Pharmacy! The staff go out of their way to help you in every department...Extremely careful, they were cleaning up when we got there and when we left. Just wanted too say,”Thank You”.And God’s blessings!

First, I did not realize there was a Walgreens on Woodlands Parkway for there are many trees. The store attendant was very customer friendly and greeted me. Secondly, everyone was very helpful; mainly in cosmetics. Most of all, the store was impeccably clean and organized. The store manager was very informed, attentive, great manners, and professional. I loved the atmosphere and will be visiting this Walgreens here on...

Deloris refused to look up 2 items that I bought from this store. She had the nerve to say she wouldn’t help me because I don’t have the receipt.That is 100 percent against store policy and if she would have done the right thing she would have saw - she in fact DID carry the item and I bought them from that store. I am also calling Walgreens Corporate as she violated store policy.

Pharmacy had good security procedure in place for me to follow to pick up prescription for my friend.

Had a prescription called in to this Walgreens while on vacation. Pharmacy clerk was very nice.

I drove up to the drive thru and waited behind a car in front of me to be helped. The car in front me waited and no one came to the window. They ended up driving off. Once I pulled up to the window I was told by the employee through the intercom that they would be right with me. So I waited and waited all while watching three employees walk past the window and or shuffling papers laughing amongst one another. Then a fourth employee came up and not one of them stopped to help me at that point. After waiting approximately 20 min I pressed the call button. I waited some more until the same employee told me again they would be right with me, when I responded asking how much longer will it would be I didn’t get a response. Finally after 30 min the employee came to the window. As I handed him my prescription I said if it is going to take longer than 30-1hr I would take my prescription elsewhere. He took my prescription and told me it would be ready in 30- 1 hr. I came back 1 hour and 5 min later, and the female employee tells me that it’s not due to be ready for 40 min but we will have it ready in 15. The customer service at this Walgreens is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. I understand the pharmacy gets busy but not to acknowledge a customer when 4 employees were working and had no one at the counter they were assisting is unacceptable.y

Shame I asked to put a product on hold and the staff said he would hold it and come to find out I drove 40 minutes for nothing. The manager was understanding and tried to help just a shame when you try to be polite and kind and confirm things and waste your time.

Do I have the option of zero stars? With that, allow me to insist the pharmacy staff at this location receive some customer relations training from the Research/Gosling Walgreens staff. If you are a customer seeking a decent group of pharmacists, search elsewhere. This locations staff is consistently rude/unprofessional. Whereas most of us on planet earth are required to practice self control & speak to customers with a reasonable level of professionalism, this locations pharmacy staff is not required to do so.

They dont have a FedEx location. Wasting my time

This store rates 5 stars for cleanliness, friendly staff, and an excellent beauty consultants. I had red carpet service from Kim in cosmetics. I experienced superior service from the sweetest staff member Idalis in pharmacy. And I always enjoy the outgoing friendly help from Hilario on my way out. Ive read some of those negative reviews posted about staff at this store but I have also witness how some customers get nasty and rude with the pharmacy staff but the staff somehow manages to put up with all that verbal abuse from some customers who dont get their way. Treat others how youd like to be treated.

Jessica at all and all the pharmacy staff are always so very helpful and friendly. In fact the whole store has a very friendly vibe. They welcome you when you come in, and help you with any prescription you have with great customer service. I wont go to any other Walgreens!

This locations staff is consistently rude/unprofessional...I cant agree more. Only 1 out of 4 people was trying to help, and 3 people were busy chatting. They didnt care for the item a customer was looking for. Wont visit again, what a waste of time!

The staff there are some of the nicest people i am likely to ever meet! even though im not an adult they treat me with the same respect they would give an adult and have never minded me biking here on my own. would reccomend to others!

I wish I could give zero stars. My daughter went in to have her pain meds refilled after a serious surgery. Even after the doctor decided she needed it, they REFUSED to fill it. She had take the previous script as instructed. Because she is a 22 year old young woman with silver hair and tatoos, they made and assumption that she was a pill head, although she has zero history of abuse. Simple case of discrimination. My daughter left in pain and in tears after being talked down to and treated poorly. NEVER again. A 3 piece suit would have had the refill no problem. Shame on you.

The pharmacy help is great especially Robert! He always greats us by name, you couldnt ask for better service from him!

Went here about six months ago to get my prescriptions because they were the closest to my house. Every time I go there wether through the drive-thru or inside or even talked to someone on the phone, everyone that I have dealt with in the pharmacy department are very rude and unprofessional. I cant believe this is acceptable and in a pharmacy?

Horrible pharmacy. We stopped in the way home from the hospital. Took the drive through. Had to walk inside to sign. Then was told by very rude pharmacist itd take an hour even though the pharmacy has no one waiting.
