Customer service on 10/9 was absolute trash, the little girl with long black hair working the counter has an attitude problem and needs to not represent your store to your customer. Disrespectful and immature.

Ive been shopping here for years and recently experienced some very poor customer service. I tried some new products from a relatively new line in the store. I took them home, used them 1-2 times each and didnt care for them at all. I tried to take them back, with my receipt in hand and the store wouldnt accept my return, 3 days after my purchase. They told me that since I had used the products I had to contact the distributor directly, so I did just that. The distributor informed me that they didnt understand why this location refused my return because even if the product had been used they would absolutely accept the return from RDA. So, effectively RDA would be reimbursed from the distributor and not be out any money, but instead they choose poor customer service. Buyer beware
